A 28-year-old man spewed anti-Semitic hate as he allegedly attacked an Orthodox Jewish man on the Upper East Side in New York, police said Tuesday, according to the New York Post.
Police say the suspect, Steven Jorge, punched the 65-year-old on E. 41st Street, near 3rd Avenue, around 11:00 a.m. Monday and continued to attack the man while on the ground while yelling derogatory language.
Jorge allegedly yelled “F–k you Jew bastard” before assaulting the man, who was wearing a black kippah, said Dov Hikind, former state assemblyman and founder of Americans Against Anti-Semitism.
The 28-year-old was picked up by officers later and charged with assault as a hate crime, according to the New York Post.
“What is happening in NYC, with attacks against Jews has created a deep and growing concern in our community,” Hikind said. “The victim of this hate crime is in total shock and disbelief. He is traumatized and will live forever with this wanton attack.”

Only a week ago, an Israeli Jewish woman riding on a New York subway train was assaulted by a fellow passenger in an anti-Semitic attack.
NYPD officials said in September that more than half of the hate crimes reported this year in New York City are anti-Semitic.

Unless we begin to PROSECUTE these thugs, and they suffer the consequences of their violence, whether against Jews as anti-Semitic behavior or against any other group where the violence is based on unmitigated, unfounded and unmeritorious hate, as appears the case with anti-Semitism, this vile conduct will continue, and bring us closer to a 21st. Century holocaust.

Carry a handgun (illegally) and get some training. It is better to be tried by twelve than carried by six, just as it is better to ask forgiveness than ask for intermission you will never get..
I live in Arizona, where criminals have to think twice about carjacking anyone, as we civilians have more latitude than the police in matters of self-defense.

Residents must be armed in their homes and record attacks on their phones from their windows to make certain that each and every assailant is identified, arrested, and prosecuted. They must be armed to shoot them if it looks needed to save a life which is justifiable homicide even in New York.

Maybe Jews should modify their dress code to look a little bit Amish, no one ever hears of Amish being attacked. Or they could abandon that distinctive look. Maybe Jews need to modify the response to these attacks and make it clear that the perpetrators will suffer immensely as a result! True, but here in the getting more Wild Wild West everyday thanks to our liberals uninventing America & the West, we live by a higher standard called the rule of law. So whereas we may have to start carrying for self-protection if it keeps trending way it is, we’re not advocating going that direction. As for the Jews dressing differently. I’m not advocating that they look like Amish I’m just trying to jolt them into being more flexible. My parents were both Amish but back when everybody was horse & buggy. They and the Jews are both similar in the sense they both have somewhat of a works religion based on outward appearance and hair. Maybe it’s time for an upgrade there? Especially since Jews have a long history of being easily identified singled out and persecuted. They are the smartest people on the planet and blessed by God but the orthodox are ideologically stuck in their old traditions in biblical mandates for a bygone era, because they reject Jesus as fulfilling the Bible prophecy as theirs and all of our Messiah’s savior of the world. Muslims are also stuck because they reject Jesus as the Messiah only a prophet but not the son of God. but if he’s a prophet than they should listen to what he had to say about himself. But unbelief sticks people in untenable unworkable insecure works ideologies…

I, too, am a law and order advocate but the law isn’t being sufficiently enforced. If the police care enough to investigate and actually apprehend the thugs, ultimately, the perpetrators of attacks on Jews are rarely punished. On the other hand, when you simply look at a Muslim the wrong way, there are real consequences. Deface a synagogue and receive little, if any real punishment. Simply put a piece of bacon on the ground in front of a mosque and it is a sternly punished hate crime.
As for dressing as Hasidics do, I don’t know much about why. My Jewish friends wear regular clothes, but as we’ve seen it isn’t just Jews dressing in an identifiable manner. Jews have been attacked if they’re overheard speaking Hebrew, for example. Anyway, our society should be stable and strong enough to where no one should have to alter their attire to be safe.
As for Jesus, don’t even get me started on Muslims and Jesus (Isa)! The prophet Muslims try telling us is Jesus is in no way the Jesus we just celebrated 3 days ago! Muslims are frauds, liars and master manipulators who try to trick us into thinking they’re just like us by using Jesus!
