The antisemitic and pro-jihad ICC will be investigating Israel for war crimes, at the behest of the terrorists in the Palestinian Authority. Naturally Israel will not co-operate with this anti-Semitic decision. However, a decision against Israel could lead to the ICC issuing global arrest warrants for Israeli officials. The United States firmly denounced this outrageous decision, but should also sanction this corrupt kangaroo court.

There is sufficient evidence to investigate alleged Israeli and Palestinian war crimes committed in the West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip, the international criminal court has announced.
In a landmark decision, the ICC said it saw “no substantial reasons to believe that an investigation would not serve the interests of justice”.
The announcement ended years of preliminary investigations into alleged crimes by both Israeli forces and Palestinians, and signalled that the court was preparing to open a formal investigation.
A statement published by the court’s chief prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, on the court’s website on Friday said her office “has concluded with the determination that all the statutory criteria under the Rome statute for the opening of an investigation have been met”.
“In brief, I am satisfied that war crimes have been or are being committed in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip”.
Bensouda’s statement followed a legal opinion published earlier on Friday by Israel’s attorney general, Avichai Mandelblit, arguing that the court had no jurisdiction in the West Bank or in Gaza – apparently

After a series of difficulties with the law, George Bensouda was shot dead outside a bar in St. Paul, Minnesota on January 29, 2017.
So not only is she a standout lawyer, she’s a great mom. Ya gotta love it.

…no different than the inane, set up, unmeritorious impeachment nonsense that was the conduct of the Democrats. Israel is the whipping nation of the Arab/Islamic world, and they do not understand the concept of justice. I wonder if this court will come out with findings that Gaza is an aggressor and murderer of the Israeli’s and that the Palestinians also promote terror and violence against innocents. I doubt that they are capable of truthfully concluding that Israel was granted rights to all the land including Gaza, Judea and Samaria, and that the Arabs are rejecting that granting, as I, like most others, believe they are intending only to castigate Israel.

ISRAEL WILL LAUGH AT THEM AND DEPRIVE THEM FROM ENTERING ISRAEL, at least they had better. The ICC IS CRIMINAL itself these days, especially if they believe the PLO or any other TERRORIST organization that wants Israel to be held for trial for DEFENDING themselves.
If the ICC is going to do this, then they are going to have to go after our AMERICAN SEALS and any other SPECIAL FORCES groups in all countries!

Kangaroo court that can only judge nations that have consented and joined. So what effect can it have on Israel?
The outcome is known before the “judges” sit to hear so called evidence. It will be like the Dems conducting a fair trial for impeachment. They will pick and disallow witnesses. Truth be damned.

I agree with you but this is a serious threat. With the outcome not in doubt Israels leaders and even common soldiers straying into juridictions that recognise the ICC can be arrested and transported to the Hague for trial and imprisonment. There are other implications as well that couldbe harmful to Israel and its supporters.

This is a very serious development. Its all out, scorched earth law war against Israel and its supporters. It must be checked and confronted immediately and decisively. The USA who doesn’t recognize the ICC should now together with Israel sanction the organization, declare the organization, its judges and employees persona non grata, and prevent any US organization or individual from contributing its support. Perhaps, a declaration that they are a terrorist-controlled organization may be appropriate. Legislation supporting the implementation of these sanctions should be immediately introduced so the Commiecrats can go on record whether they support Israel or not. Let’s not let this opportunity go to waste! If the House fails to support this legislation then the President should implement it by executive order.
