The Saudi military member who fatally shot three people at a U.S. naval base in Florida hosted a dinner party earlier in the week where he and three others watched videos of mass shootings, a U.S. official said on Saturday.
Saudi aviator Mohammed Saeed al-Shamrani was killed by sheriff’s deputies in the attack at Naval Air Station Pensacola on Friday in Florida, after killing three and wounding 12.
One of the three Saudi military students who attended al-Shamrani’s twisted dinner party was caught videotaping outside the building while the shooting was taking place, said the U.S. official, who spoke on condition of anonymity after being briefed by federal authorities.
Two other Saudi students watched from a car nearby, the official said.
The official said 10 Saudi students were being held on the base Saturday while several others were unaccounted for.
U.S. officials say they are investigating the attack for possible links to terrorism.

Al-Shamrani opened fire in a classroom at the base Friday morning, killing three Americans.
The FBI is examining social media posts and investigating whether Al-Shamrani acted alone or was connected to any broader group.
The assault, which prompted a massive law enforcement response and base lockdown, ended when a sheriff’s deputy killed the attacker. Eight people were hurt in the attack, including the deputy and a second deputy who was with him.
Family members on Saturday identified one of the victims as a 23-year-old recent graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy who alerted first responders to where the shooter was even after he had been shot several times.
‘Joshua Kaleb Watson saved countless lives today with his own,’ Adam Watson wrote on Facebook. ‘He died a hero and we are beyond proud but there is a hole in our hearts that can never be filled.’
Watson was a native of Enterprise, Alabama who was actively involved in JROTC and National Honor Society in high school.
After graduating from high school in 2014, he spent four years at the U.S. Naval Academy, where he competed as part of the academy’s elite rifle team. He graduated from the academy in May and was commissioned as an ensign.

I am sure the Democrats and others of the pro-Jihad persuasion deem this as an aberration. Mario Alexis Portella is correct in saying that Trump promised a Muslim ban. Although, blaming Trump is a tad unfair; the Democrats and its leftist Jihad huggers have done everything in their power and fake-news to make the enemies of the state, not Muslims but Trump and company.

Please note that we were informed that this Muslims savage had been intensively vetted before being accepted into Pensacola program and allowed into the U.S. So what kind of incompetent vetting is this? The sooner that U.S. military personnel are educated in Islam’s history and read the Qur’an, the better, but Barack Obama had all education material on Islam scrubbed from military, FBI, CIA and Homeland Security educational material, and now they are flying blind. If we are going to continue training foreign military personnel in the use of armament bought here, we should establish a stricter screening process based on the criteria in 8 US Code Section 1182 entitled “Inadmissible Aliens”. Evidently a whack job like this is not an anomaly in Saudi circles.
After the VA Tech massacre in ’07, I began carrying a concealed weapon everywhere, especially to church. If one cannot sit in a classroom safely anymore, society has something dreadfully wrong with it.
