Trump campaign says Twitter ad ban will ‘silence conservatives’

11

The Republicans must have been aware that the social media platforms would try to suppress their campaigns in 2020. Far-Left Twitter knows that the Republican Party is far more dependent on social media than the Democrats are.

The mainstream media outlets are hostile to Republicans, and are essentially the marketing arm of the Democrat Party. As such, the MSM will never report on the Republicans objectively or accurately.

Social media advertising is the most effective way for Republicans and Conservatives to counter attack the unhinged Democrats, and their equally unhinged allies in the mainstream media.

This decision by Twitter could have huge implications in 2020 for all races. President Trump and the Republicans must vigorously fight this decision. Without social media the Republican Party could become the Whig Party in the not too distant future.

Trump campaign says Twitter ad block will ‘silence conservatives’

‘Twitter just walked away from hundreds of millions of dollars of potential revenue’

By The Verge, October 30th, 2019:

On Wednesday, Twitter announced that it would ban all political advertising on the platform next month, a move President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign is calling “a very dumb decision.”

Twitter’s move to ban all political ads comes after weeks of lawmakers berating Facebook over its own policy that allows politicians to lie in ads. Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign was the first to take issue with the policy, penning letters to Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube demanding that they ban ads that contain false or misleading information. Those letters were prompted by false ads placed by the Trump campaign.

In its statement, Trump’s campaign manager Brad Parscale alleged that Twitter’s new political ads ban could hurt Republicans more than Democrats, harkening back to the party’s baseless theory that conservative speech is censored more on social media.

“Twitter just walked away from hundreds of millions of dollars of potential revenue, a very dumb decision for their stockholders,” Parscale said in a statement. “Will Twitter also be stopping ads from biased liberal media outlets who will now run unchecked as they buy obvious political content meant to attack Republicans? This is yet another attempt to silence conservatives, since Twitter knows President Trump has the most sophisticated online program ever known.”

Twitter’s actual revenue from campaign advertising is significantly smaller than Parscale’s figure, coming it at less than $1 million in recent cycles.

All one has to remember is that Hillary SUPPORTS Twitter’s ban, and is calling on Facebook to do the same. Elections matter, and it shows just how much on the precipice we were and still are.

Brad and other conservatives should now plan for word-of-mouth tweets and retweets by fellow conservatives — to flood Twitter with conservative messages anyway.

Love Trump because he isn’t a creature of D.C. however, because he isn’t, he didn’t understand the necessity of adequately cleaning house upon his unexpected arrival. He was warned and Obama telegraphed his intention to lay mines before Trump took command. I think Trump assumed people who remained would remain as faithful to the Constitution as he intended to be.I’m certain he regrets this now, unfortunately. Moreover. He has allowed the House to continue their reckless spending spree unabated and this is going to cost all of us as well as him. Otherwise, there isn’t a more perfectly suited man alive than him to be what we need him to be. That’s why he is both feared and despised.

Also. Twitter sucks already but don’t worry, it will only suck even more. Stop giving them your free content. Gellerreport.com is where it’s @.

I recently met a man who has deep connections within the U.S. State Department, and according to him they have 3 goals:
1. Promote Islam
2. Promote the LGBTQ agenda
3. Promote abortion
Obviously these are hold overs from Obama’s administration who are pushing this sick plan.

What’s interesting is that the three goals are in conflict with one another…except to the extent they weaken the USA.

I honestly don’t understand the GOP…President Trump has resources to deal with Twitter at DOJ, FCC, FTC, FEC, US Senate, etc. But despite this having been an issue since Day One, I still don’t see a strategy…For starters, he could post his Tweets daily on his own webpage, so you could subscribe by email or click directly, like the Drudge Report (or GellerReport.com). I’d like to see a list of his tweets available as a website, kind of like an answer to the Red Book of Chairman Mao–quotes for every occasion. Also, he could publish his collected tweets as a book! He’s obviously short-staffed on this issue…
