Yes, it is a violation of the UCMJ. The military is also required to follow a chain of command, and this fool did not do that. He went right to Schiff! My husband served 20 years in the Air Force, and he would have never done what this officer did. He still believes in his oath to this day, bless him.

And it’s probably illegal for Schiff to participate in and facility a crime, which is why he quickly shut things down when the question came up.
Strange how the Democrats keep fishing for a crime to pin on Trump only to end up highlighting their own criminal activities. Even when they try to rig the system and do everything in secret, they still end up covered in crap.

Twitter announces it will refuse all political advertising

Twitter will no longer run any political advertising promoting candidates or particular hot-button issues, CEO Jack Dorsey announced Wednesday.
The announcement comes amid ongoing controversy over rival Facebook’s decision to allow misinformation in political advertising, a move decried by top Democrats recently.
Dorsey said Wednesday afternoon that Twitter’s stance from now on will be that “political message reach should be earned, not bought.”
“We’ve made the decision to stop all political advertising on Twitter globally,” Dorsey wrote in a Twitter thread. “A political message earns reach when people decide to follow an account or retweet. Paying for reach removes that decision, forcing highly optimized and targeted political messages on people. We believe this decision should not be compromised by money.”
Twitter’s announcement comes as Facebook, a much larger rival, continues to face a whirlwind of controversy over its own policies concerning political ads.
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg maintained at a congressional hearing earlier this month that the platform runs political ads out of a desire to promote public discourse.

All of the top 2020 Democratic presidential candidates have slammed Facebook over its political ads policies, accusing the social media giant of profiting from misinformation.
Other Democratic lawmakers, activist groups and even Facebook employees have slammed the company over the issue, accusing the social media giant of profiting from and helping to spread misinformation.
Controversy escalated earlier this month after Facebook declined to remove an ad from President Trump’s campaign attacking former Vice President Joe Biden, a top political rival, that multiple Democratic contenders noted contained ungrounded allegations.
Twitter in its announcement Wednesday also sought to differentiate itself publicly from Facebook, with Dorsey specifically taking issue with some of the rhetoric Facebook has used around “free expression” to justify its positions to run political ads.
“It’s not credible for us to say: ‘We’re working hard to stop people from gaming our systems to spread misleading info, buuut if someone pays us to target and force people to see their political ad…well…they can say whatever they want!'” Dorsey wrote in a clear jab at Zuckerberg, about an hour before a Facebook earnings call.
Dorsey said Twitter will share its “final policy” by Nov. 15 and begin enforcing it by the following week.
Google and Facebook have the largest piece of the digital advertising market. But Twitter is an important platform for candidates and issue groups to run campaigns promoting their views.
Dorsey also called for “more forward-looking political ad regulation,” noting that it is “very difficult to do.”
Since the 2016 presidential election, lawmakers in the House and Senate have weighed proposals and introduced legislation around online political advertising but none of them have bared out.
“This isn’t about free expression,” Dorsey wrote. “This is about paying for reach. And paying to increase the reach of political speech has significant ramifications that today’s democratic infrastructure may not be prepared to handle. It’s worth stepping back in order to address.”

He’s a perfumed prince. His uniform shows that he’s an infantry officer but it’s obvious from his hands, his indoor skin and his portliness that he doesn’t actually spend any time performing the duties of an infantry officer. Someone did ensure that he attended all the schools so that he could get “all tabbed out”.

If the person he shared it with is authorized to receive it (like others on the NSC staff) it’s not an issue.
Not to mention that there’s no evidence he’s a never-Trumper, and even if he is that doesn’t change that what he’s saying is true.
