If global warming is real and a threat to the world, why do people keeping temperature records keep “adjusting” or “rectifying” the data to make it look like warming is increasing?
Story continues below advertisementFrom Down Under, a member of the federal House of Representatives named Craig Kelly — a member of the Liberal Party, which is conservative — has caught that nation’s Bureau of Meteorology altering graphs showing the number of very hot days so as to obscure the fact that 1952 had more of them than recent years and adding a newly “discovered” hot day to a more recent year to make it appear that they are increasing.
I quote and use graphics from his Facebook account:
Not only did the Bureau’s graph showing the year 1952 as having the highest ‘number of very hot days’ (and the year 2011 with the lowest number) disappear down a memory hole — but a new ‘rectified’ graph has appeared in another section of their website.
And surprise, surprise — the year 1952 no longer has the highest ‘number of very hot days’. The old graph recorded 21 very hot days in 1952, while the new ‘rectified’ graph shows only 16 very hot days.
Further, for the year 2011 — which embarrassingly for Alarmists previously had the lowest ‘number of very hot days’ going back to 1910 — the Bureau has skilfully been able to find another very hot day for 2011, (I wonder where it was hiding ?) so that year no longer holds the lowest record !
As Orwell foretold in the novel 1984 ……….

This isn’t happening, or has happened, simply in Australia. Take a look at U.S. NOAA data. Look at charts, still available, from the early nineties … compare them to their current charts. 1923 (hottest year on record) wasn’t only falsified, it totally disappeared. Look at the 1950s, the data was revised to show temperatures close to 5 degrees Fahrenheit, lower … and the list goes on and on and on. Then, does anyone recall the East Anglia emails, showing that a consortium of nations falsifying data?

That was what the East Anglia emails were about. Leaked emails, directly showing collusion to misstate historical records and fabricate new ones. However, upon discovery it was …. “Never mind. It doesn’t make any difference … the jury is in”. You cannot make up this stuff. Yet, seemingly intelligent people have bought into this lie, hook and sinker.

California Goes off the Deep End, Labels Road kill a ‘Healthy’ Food Source

If defecting and urinating in public as a “human right”, legislating immorality, protecting criminals, legalizing illegal drug use, now add legitimizing through legislation of course, eating road kill as a “healthy” alternative and ethically responsible for maintaining the environment. From my perspective, there is a big difference in game hunting and proper animal handling for later consumption.
DEM Governor, Gavin Newsom approved Senate Bill No. 395 into law on 1-/18/19 allowing residents to access the bounty of food that awaits them on the side of the interstate.
“It is the intent of this act,” the law reads, “to make available to Californians tens of thousands of pounds of a healthy, wild, big game food source that currently is wasted each year following wildlife-vehicle collisions.”... The law allows the taking of “any deer, elk, pronghorn antelope, or wild pig,” killed in a traffic accident..
“The state is not liable for any harm, injury, loss, or damage arising out of the recovery, possession, use, transport, or consumption of any wild game animal legally salvaged pursuant to this section,” the law states.
Wild game can be full of parasites and diseases just waiting to make the jump to a human host. Handling animals without proper knowledge can lead to severe illness.
Do flies, ticks, fleas and maggots add extra crunch?

Does the smell of death add to the ambiance?
What I noticed is there are more websites advocating for eating road kill including PETA!
“While the best thing for animals, the environment and human health is to go vegan,” People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) spokeswoman Sophia Charchuk said,
“road kill is certainly a superior option to the neatly shrink-wrapped packages of meat in the supermarket.”

Personally speaking, I can’t see traveling along a road and seeing a dead animal as a road side dinner. Who knows what diseases it could have had! Hit and dine, meals under wheels, drive by cooking,
hit and eat and straight off the hood, just doesn’t gin up my appetite.

Maybe it’s just me but only under the most dire circumstances would I consider this.
So, if you’re getting bored of the same old diet, a spot of road kill might provide some much-needed variety. ‘I’ve eaten mice, snakes, robins, owls, buzzards, polecats, and otters,’ McGowan says. ‘I’m a sucker for deer and pheasant though, and I love fox. It’s delicious – like a very lean, sweet tasting pork. Similar to rat actually. I can’t really describe it – you’ll have to try it yourself!’

I was a member of a group, back in the eighties, that worked with the Iowa DNR to harvest “roadkill” deer. We would butcher the critters, dress and wrap the meat, and take it to homeless shelters and food pantries. We couldn’t keep up with demand.
Would I eat road kill? I eat deer that I shoot. I spent hours and hundreds of dollars dressing out road kill deer to donate. Yes, I ate some. Our group, and others like it, would get a call from the DNR … and off we would go.

I’d rather buy it at the food store. A relative would shoot deer and eat it as well as pheasants. I simply couldn’t eat it. I’m too squeamish.

Unfortunately, upland game fowl numbers have decreased, as the wild turkey population, coyote population, and raccoon population has increased. Pheasant and quail, that used to be plentiful, have been decimated.
Today, I slaughtered six of my old hens. Had to be done. Cull the herd. Although my wife insisted upon having chickens, she won’t eat any of ours. I did not want chickens … not at all … but my lord and master HAD to have them. She doesn’t understand the kill-what-you-eat / eat-what-you-kill philosophy. Buying your meat at a butcher shop or grocery store simply means that you’ve hired a hit man.

It doesn’t need to be exposed. The records are there. NOAA made the mistake of posting it’s old records, graphs, and charts online. Although they’ve been taken down, many true scientists have them. All we have to do is read the East Anglia University emails … Of course, as Albert Gore, Jr. stated, “That doesn’t matter. The jury is in.”
And, old newspaper articles, many dating back to the Nineteenth Century … It’s all there.

Yup, it commenced a little over thirty years ago, when the drought of ’88 hit. There was a ridge, entitled “The Ridge of Doom”, that devastated most crops West of the Mississippi. Temperatures, although substantially lower than the twenties, were daily over 100F, commencing as early as April. That was when “Global Warming” really caught steam. What followed was, of course, lie upon lie, upon lie.

Canadian Govt. Scrapped 100 Years Of Inconvenient Data On Climate Change

Canadians already suspicious of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s carbon tax will likely be even more suspicious given a report by Ottawa-based Blacklock’s Reporter that Environment Canada omitted a century’s worth of observed weather data in developing its computer models on the impacts of climate change.
The scrapping of all observed weather data from 1850 to 1949 was necessary, a spokesman for Environment Canada told Blacklock’s Reporter, after researchers concluded that historically, there weren’t enough weather stations to create a reliable data set for that 100-year period.
“The historical data is not observed historical data,” the spokesman said. “It is modeled historical data … 24 models from historical simulations spanning 1950 to 2005 were used.”

These computer simulations are part of the federal government’s ClimateData.ca website launched by Environment Minister Catherine McKenna on Aug. 15.
She described it as “an important next step in giving our decision-makers even greater access to important climate data for long-term planning. The more each of us uses this type of information, the more it will help.”
Blacklock’s Reporter, which describes itself as “the only reporter-owned and operated newsroom in Ottawa” focusing on intensive reporting of government documents, notes that in many cases the observed temperatures scrapped by Environment Canada in creating its computer models were higher in the past than today.
For example, Vancouver had a higher record temperature in 1910 (30.6C) [87.08F] than in 2017 (29.5C) [85.1F].
Toronto had a warmer summer in 1852 (32.2C) [89.96F] than in 2017 (31.7C) [89.06F].
The highest temperature in Moncton in 2017 was four degrees cooler than in 1906.
To be fair, the fact that it omitted observed weather data from 1850 to 1949 in developing its computer models is not evidence in and of itself of an attempt by Environment Canada to mislead the public.
Omitting observed historical weather data from computer models is common in climate science because of differences in the quality of the reporting of weather data today, compared to 1850 when historical records started being kept.
Also, weather is not climate.
Computer climate models don’t claim to predict what the weather will be like on any given day, month or year.
They predict long-term weather and climate patterns.
Climate scientists test their validity by assessing whether their models predicting future climate patterns can explain climate change patterns in the past, which is based on more data than that provided solely by historical records.
Finally, the fact that in some cases regional temperatures were warmer in the past than today, does not disprove the theory of human-induced climate change.

Excellent!!! Great find. I remember this like it was yesterday. I have been telling my friends about the “Ice Age Warning” touted and preached back then. We were supposed to all be frozen solid by now. I just couldn’t find any articles to prove my assertions. They seem to have all disappeared. Well done, thanks for this.

Of the thirty two countries carrying out climate studies for the UN, thirty one all use the same computer models to substantiate the UN political agenda, the one that doesn’t is the model the Russians use and shows the temperature rise
in the last half of the 20th century was not 1.5 deg C as the UN claims but 0.7 of a degree.
Anyone can verify this by hearing the Mark Levine interview with Dr Patrick Michaels.

Whether there is global warming from human CO2 or not – The truth is that humanity will do nothing about it till at least some major coastal cities are lost to the sea. Money and power is simply too important. Humans can be very good at pulling together but it takes an outstanding leader and good solid kick in the backside to do it.
Take migration. It is a marvelous means by which the west sells its life style to keep their economies bubbling along. The consequence is that over population simply moves from countries that have an over population issue to those that don’t.
My point of view is that the earth stored a lot of carbon over the billions of years. Humanity is releasing it much faster than tectonic plate movement / erosion would naturally release it. Found one article years ago where a maths guy applied AI to the issue. What caught my attention was the starting year of the “warming”. Interesting coincidence.

Saw a really old newspaper article from the “Dust Bowl” era….scientists were saying then it was because of a LACK OF CO2…they were importing it into some of those areas…..
I know that article is somewhere on my computer, but finding it would take a long time…..I am covered over in work, but when I find it, I’ll put it out for everyone.
I believe I got it from the Roger Hedgecock radio show in California…..is he still on the air? Does anyone know?

Peter…..75% of the ice caps are already under water. That means that the water is already displaced and it wouldn’t change the sea level a single bit. When water freezes….it expands 7 to 8%. That leaves about 13% of water left to actually increase the sea level. Since the ice caps are continually growing in some regions and shrink in others…and that’s how it has and will always be…..there will be no cities lost to rising sea levels. You’re simply repeating the propaganda that you have bought into. Take your own advice and don’t be a lemming.

Democrat legislators have drafted a bill to import at least 50,000 “climate refugees” per year despite the damaging impact on Americans’ wages and rents.
“America will continue to stand tall as a safe haven for immigrants,” declared Rep. Nydia Velázquez (D-NY), who was born in Puerto Rico and chairs the House Committee on Small Business. She said:
Despite this Administration’s efforts to strip the world’s most vulnerable populations of refuge … this legislation will not only reaffirm our nation’s longstanding role as a home to those fleeing conflict and disasters, but it will also update it to reflect changes to our world brought on by a changing climate.
The bill is titled the “Climate Displaced Persons Act,” and it offers green cards to “climate-displaced persons … [who] are individuals who have been forcibly displaced by climate change or climate-induced disruptions, such as sea-level rise, glacial outburst floods, desertification or fires … there could be as many as 200 million CDPs by 2050 globally,” said a statement from Velázquez‘s office.
“The new program would admit a minimum of 50,000 CDPs, beginning with Fiscal Year 2020, allowing CDPs to access resettlement opportunities,” the statement said.
But the progressive advocates are hoping to welcome many extra migrants into Americans’ homeland, which progressives have tried to relabel as a “Nation of Immigrants”:
Since 2008, catastrophic weather has displaced an average of 24 million people per year, according to data from the Swiss-based nonprofit Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre. That number could climb to anywhere from 140 million to 300 million to 1 billion by 2050. The World Bank estimated last year that climate change effects in just three regions ― sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia and Latin America ― could force 143 million people to flee by the middle of the century.
Velázquez‘s bill is a potential boon to special interests and a disaster for Americans.

I saw with my own eyes where they faked data. I was looking at the weather patterns because phoenix had a cold spell and snow. I was looking at how cold it was all over the place. I happened to see that they showed Inverness Scotland for one day at 100 degrees F for a day in January, impossible. Then the nearby larger cities were normal temps and every one in a while a few towns in Scotland, England, Finland etc showed 100 degrees and 110 and then normal temps next day. this was to affect the average because after the end of the month or the year the particular day would disappear from records and there would just be an average that was scewed by the fake numbers. That day of web surfing opened my eyes and made me never believe their data ever again.

We’re frequently told that this is “settled science”. If it was indeed settled they wouldn’t need to keep fudging the numbers. How many times have they been caught doing this now? How many folks remember the 60’s + 70’s as so hot in summer the lawns quit growing- even turning brown- so hot you couldn’t sleep at night.
That was reality lived in the North close to the Canadian border.
