Tlaib is worse than a rabid animal. She doesn’t know what she is talking about. The problem with vaping is not with the company selling the product – Juul or other venders like that. It is with bootleg ingredients and bootleg products. People should have some FACTS behind them before they make reckless accusations. As usual, they want to destroy companies that may have a product that appears to help people.

Always remember DEMS hate any form of capitalism and what exists has to be taxed to death proceeds given to the beggar DEM base. Gov. Andrew Cuomo has officially banned flavored e-cigarettes in the state through executive action. The Public Health and Health Planning Council approved the move later in the week, giving shops a two-week grace period to get the vaping fluid off their shelves. The ban will last 90 days, at the end of which the council will vote again on whether to extend it. The New York State Vapor Association, a trade association representing vape shops in the state, protested the ban after it was initially announced by Cuomo last Sunday. Meanwhile INFANTICIDE is perfectly legal and encouraged in New York state!

Claims that people are dying from it or having medical issues is because they are vaping bootleg THC cartridges (cannabis) bought on the street, which are filled with Vitamin E oils, butane and who knows what else! The producers of this don’t care about the quality or safety. This bootleg stuff will gum up your lungs over time and lead to pneumonia or other health problems. The people getting sick from vaping are not using the flavored nicotine infused vaping juice available at Vape Shops selling it along with legitimate e-cigarettes.

While vaping is not ideal, it has gotten people off cigarettes. Cigarettes are much worse. I’ve read, Juul vaping cuts out 95% – 98% of the bad stuff found in cigarettes. It eases the nicotine addiction. Nicotine is just one of 4,000 chemicals found in cigarette smoke. While many of these chemicals are recognized as carcinogens, nicotine has up until now only been considered addictive rather than carcinogenic. It is heavily used in smoking cessation products in patches, gum, and now in the popular electronic cigarette, or e-cigarette. Long term effects of vaping through Juul or other recognized venders is still open for debate. I was curious about it so I read up on it.

Another hidden issue is LESS revenue for the government. I hear that using Juul to get off smoking is cheaper than cigarettes. The tobacco companies have been losing billions. The e-cigarette is quite popular and cheaper than other smoking cession products so pharmaceutical companies are also losing billions on Chantix, Nicoderm and Nicorette to name a few. Billions are lost on tobacco taxes and it has gotten worse with vaping.

Eavesdropping on another forum… they say a bottle of legitimate vape juice is less than a 12 pack of beer and lasts a month. Would a liberal want more taxes than allowing you to use a product that is less damaging to getting off of cigarettes? OF COURSE! Tax and spend is the DEM motto! NY is always hungry for money. People are fleeing in droves from NY as well as other high tax states. Welfare recipients, illegals and criminals in their sanctuary cities aren’t filling up the tax couffer!

This is just another B.S. situation where people engage in stupid and irresponsible behavior, then get labeled as victims, then get rewarded for their stupid, irresponsible behavior with multi-million dollar payouts through lawsuits. There was a time in America when hard work was the way to riches, but now all you have to do is claim to be a victim. Fake sexual harassment claims, opioids, now e-cigs, it’s all the same get rich through fake victim hood racket.
