Second Swedish municipality which took in too many welfare-dependent migrants faces financial ruin.
After taking in close to 3,000 ‘asylum seekers’ in just three years, the municipality of Hässelholm in southern Sweden faces financial ruin as up to 80 percent of migrants taken in remain on welfare.
When speaking about the issue, Lars Johnsson, Hässleholm’s City Council chairman, said that the municipality has no less than 100 completely illiterate migrants and another 200 which are very poorly educated.
With this in mind, Johnsson declared that “It will in principle be impossible to get them to work,” Kristianstadsbladet reports.
Since 2012, social assistance costs have surged, increasing from 32 million Swedish krona or 2,960,522 euros to 54 million krona or 4,996,258 euros this year. Costs are expected to increase by an additional six million krona or 555,000 euros each year.
30 million krona has already been put aside by the municipality to deal with the projected costs, but close to half of that has already been used.

“We would need 100 million krona from the state to go injury-free, to keep our noses above the surface,” Johnsson said.
The primary concern behind the municipality’s looming financial crisis is the termination of what is referred to as the establishment period – a two-year grace period where the Swedish national government pays the cost to house and integrate migrants.
According to Lena Wallentheim, a local Social Democrat, the two year ‘establishment period’ does not provide enough time to properly integrate migrants into the workforce.
“When the Employment Service withdraws, it becomes a double blow. The costs then fall on the municipality, in the form of support grants,” Wallentheim said.
For City Council chairmen Johnsson, the problem should have been dealt with long ago.
“The fear of discussing the issue has been devastating. It is unfortunate that we have not been able to discuss soberly without the racist card coming out,” he said.
Word of Hässelholm’s looming financial crisis comes less than a month after officials from the municipality of Bengtsfors were forced to ask the national government for aid due to the enormous financial burden that has been placed upon their taxpayers as a result of taking in too many welfare-dependent migrants.

It’s also why I don’t think politicians pay much, if any, taxes. No way they’d see their own money wasted the way they do ours. Another thing is they just don’t want to do anything to solve Americas problem. Even the little bit of work they do is far to much overload for them. New York state is TOTALLY trashed. I used to believe it was just NYC and and liberal cities. It used to be the suburbs and the rural areas were conservative. NOPE! These areas are also being trashed up with third worlders and illegals.
My youngest one just finished up a summer internship with a division of Bayer in West Chester county. The position was great and good experience for her. She was shocked that out of 25 interns only 3 were LEGAL U.S. citizens. The rest were on FOREIGN STUDENT VISAS! Trump needs to somehow fix that. What’s the point of STEM if foreigners are given preference over internships and jobs? We just finished moving her out this weekend. People are LEAVING NY state in droves.

It’s a sad statement… they vote for the idiots who enable this to happen… when things get predictably ugly, they flee… reminds me of locusts… they devastate an area then move on.
By them retreating from the mess they’ve made, their only making it possible for nogo zones to get established. And once that happens, those “regions” will start to implement their own legal system such as sharia courts (hence nogo zones). Eventually, if they can’t take over the whole region, they’ll start agitating for their smaller autonomous region. We’ve seen it in Bosnia… we sided with the Muslims who were simply “doing their thing”… aka migration jihad, that escalated to “victim” status and eventually when other countries like the US had compassion for the “victim”, handed the victory to those who should not have it.

India and Persia (Iran) for example used to be some of the most enlightened, richest places on Earth. They were centers of learning, trade and culture until they too were invaded by the barbarian hordes of Arabia/Turkey and were turned into third world wastelands.
India however managed to retain most of its culture and is starting to modernize once again. Unfortunately, nearly 100% of Iranians/Persians have been Islamified though many hold onto their pre-Islamic past and plan to revive it if they’re able to gain power.
This is what is in store for the West if we allow these parasites to multiply and continue to immigrate. We should be sending them all back and ban Islam to save our freedom and way of life. Let’s learn from the mistakes of other nations and not repeat them.

Not sure if Shiite accept tafsir ibn Kathir but his commentary on Quran 3:28 says: believers smile in the face of unbelievers but curse them in their heart. And even for the Sunnis, taqiya is allowed until the end times. Quran 3:28 instructs Muslins not to take the unbeliever as a friend. The tafsir goes beyond that… not just not befriending but actively cursing. How sick is that!?!? Not all Muslims are aware of this Quranic verse let alone the tafsir… good luck differentiating between one who genuinely befriends you from the smiley one who is cursing you in their heart.

I’ve watched congress after congress and they just will not bend to the will of the American taxpayers. They have always found some kind of way to waste our money. I remember when the government was spending millions which some folk couldn’t count that high, others were in total shock of even hearing such a high number. Then they went to billions, still not good enough so now they’re in the trillions, and already there is talk of the “Green New Deal,” with a price tag of nearly $100 trillion. What Sweden hasn’t officially realised is that the whole country is becoming Hässleholm. What happens when Swedish runs out of “other people’s money”? That may kill off the social assistance system and it will be the elderly and natural Swedish citizens who paid into the system that will suffer the most.
Who knows – maybe the newcomers will move to Germany, France, or Belgium where free housing and overly generous welfare support are still being offered. Maybe they might go back to North Africa, Middle East, or a country ending in “istan” when the free-bees run out.
Sadly, the lowest I.Q. national leader of Planet Earth, Baby Doc Justin Trudeau, will open the doors and let them in. Once in Canada they have CDN$50,000 in annual financial assistance, free housing (usually in a hotel) and a pass when they break laws. Add to that being sent to the beginning of the line for more health services than Canadians receive. He has been doing all this for almost four years.

Maybe you can invite those 100 completely illiterate degenerate immigrants to your house for some coffee and Swedish lessons. As they leave, you can personally hand them their municipal checks. It wont save your city but, at least you can tell yourself you were making a difference.’

unfortunately, Lars Johnsson has no freedom to decide who to allow and not to allow in his council. He is forced to take them. It’s a Merkel EU directive. They can’t reject them, they can’t throw them out. The Swedes are also too insipid to fight back and refuse to implement EU directives.

There is no equivalent arabic word or phrase for “work ethic”. It’s a foreign concept to Arabs. Why do you think arab countries are shitholes. Large chunks of the population don’t work and most of those that do have crappy low paying jobs. The arabs have always thumbed their nose at western civilization and now Europe and Scandinavia are saddled with millions of lazy, unskilled people who show nothing but contempt for their hosts. These countries will pay for many years for their suicidal open door policy.
