NY Times: Possible Indictment for Andrew McCabe, DOJ in Final Stages

The wheels of justice grind slowly, but at least under President Trump they are grinding forward.

Possible Indictment For Andrew McCabe: DOJ in Final Stages (NYTimes)
By
Staff Writer, Sara Carter, August 26, 2019

New York Times reported this morning that federal prosecutors appear to be close to a decision on whether to charge former FBI official Andrew McCabe over actions during the Hillary Clinton email investigation, as well as his role in the surveillance warrants against Trump campaign associates during the Russia investigation.

McCabe’s lawyers recently met with DOJ attorneys who would handle a prosecution – an indication of a possible indictment, reported NY Times.

The McCabe developments come just days after CNN announced it has hired the former FBI official as a paid commentator – a move that has drawn criticism. President Trump tweeted last week that the hiring of McCabe was “disgraceful.”

Then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired McCabe in March 2018 after the Justice Department inspector general report found he had repeatedly misstated his involvement in a leak to The Wall Street Journal regarding an FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

A source close to the process confirmed to Fox News that the inspector general files on McCabe went to U.S. Attorney John Durham, who is probing the origins of the Russia case, to investigate his actions.

Earlier this month, McCabe sued the FBI and the Justice Department over his firing, arguing it was part of Trump’s plan to rid the bureau of leaders he perceived as disloyal to him.

They ought to copy the Democrat fascists, and arrest him with a police raid at 5 AM.

As much as I would enjoy watching the payback; the Democrat deep state should be made to pay for those assaults under the color of authority too. Not by getting the same but by being punished to the full extent of the law…

Don’t forget to notify the media before sending in the pre-dawn raid.

That’ll last less than fifteen minutes, if it ever occurs. I’m making book and offering serious odds … NO high level Democrat Party member, elected or appointed, will face any jail time for their involvement in any of this (Clownton’s treason, efforts for the coup, etc.)
Any takers?

Hey, santashandler … I’ve been offering twenty-to-one odds … Still NO takers. I had better participation when I made book that the Tooth Fairy wasn’t real.

You ain’t getting any of my money. The lesson here? When dealing with the feds invoke the 5th immediately. There’s a two tiered justice and ours ain’t the lenient one…

Say, Andrew-

How’s that lawsuit to get your job back (along with back pay and vested pension rights, if I recall correctly) going?

As I recall, that gambit of “just following orders” didn’t work so well for Albert Speer. Just sayin’.

“Possible”?
What will CNN do without McCabe?
Then again FOX hired disgraced LIAR, Donna Brazille.

Nolte: 6 Reasons CNN Hired Disgraced Former FBI Official Andrew McCabe

. Russia Collusion Hoax Forever
2. CNN Loves to Mislead Viewers
3. Payoff (for illegal leaks)
4. Trolling Trump (get a rise out of Trump)
5. Hypocrisy (CNN thrives on shameless hypocrisy as their audience dwindles)
6. McCabe Freakin’ Hates Trump

Maybe one more is needed. McCable can try to defend himself to the public on CNN.

When they start locking them up and charging them with Treason, I will ease my pains, but not till Hillary, Bill, Soros and many others charged for many crimes including against children will I see justice been done.

No deals for lighter sentence, only that he may save his death by serving rest of his times behind bars, “term of your natural life!”

Nothing will happen to him. Or, he’ll be “found” on the eve of his trial, in his car, at the bottom of a canyon.

“Earlier this month, McCabe sued the FBI and the Justice Department over his firing, arguing it was part of Trump’s plan to rid the bureau of leaders he perceived as disloyal to him.” Just HOW, is he going to prove he was fired because Trump wanted his cronies in there. That will be a cool trick to see him pull that off.

Barr is fast becoming a figure head. Nothing more. He could go up against the machine and have a very short career, or look the other way and have a nice retirement. What do you think he’ll choose.

Ms. Sara Carter, now there a real investigative reporter!

As for source of info cited, on charge of falsely imitating a journalist news site (NYT), that “engine of wickedness” should be indicted. Subversive propaganda portal, towards America Republic treacherous disloyal.

Flynn was indicted for less. If McCabe isn’t indicted and goes to trial then WE all have the best possible confirmation of a two tier justice system in the U.S. This will only lead to people believing there is no justice and therefore no law. What we will have is anarchy. It isn’t just the FBI and DOJ that are tainted by recent events but the more this continues the more it affects all of law enforcement right down to the cop on the street with all those that have suffered from illegal asset forfeiture seizures. Appears our forefathers knew best when they gave us the Second Amendment. God help us all.

The wheels of justice are like the Tin man they need some oil. In the case of Hillary they outline her crimes then let her off to run again to be the leader of the free World. In the case of the deep state, they dawdle and dither away the time and lose the house and will lose the senate and the presidency if they don’t start prosecuting people. but first they need to issue the mainstream media cease and desist orders for their lies and propaganda supporting the deep state weaponization of government and the coup. Otherwise they will continue seeding insurrection hate and violence against our country culture, citizens and duly elected officials
