Iran-backed Houthi rebels launched a drone attack on three airports in Saudi Arabia.By World Israel News Staff, August 5, 2019:

Targets included the King Khalid Air Base and two civilian airports, the Abha International Airport and Najran Regional Airport, the Houthi spokesman said. All are located in the Kingdom’s southwest near the border with Yemen.

He said the attacks were in response to the “crimes” committed by the Saudi-led coalition, “referring to 21 Saudi airstrikes that have hit Yemen over the past 48 hours,” Iran-based PressTV reports.

PressTV says that the Houthis used domestically-developed Qasef-2K (Striker-2K) drones in the attacks.

The Houthis are supported by Iran.

Late last month, Saudi Arabia reported that the Houthis hit Abha airport with a missile, killing a Syrian resident and wounding seven civilians.

I do not doubt the Saudis have committed war crimes in Yemen. Of course, since Israel wasn’t involved, there will be no condemnation or accounting for such crimes.

Oh, wait a minute. If there were no Israel, peace would reign supreme in the Middle East (unless you are Christain, Zoroastrian, Bahai, Buddhist, Hindu, Hare Krishna, Wiccan, animist, atheist- but these are minor side issues). So at root, it is Israel’s fault. Silly me.

I don’t see any problem a few nukes can’t resolve in Iran.

Saudi Arabia is useless, can’t even clean up its own backyard with all its money and resources.
