Ilhan Omar Trashes America — Again — In New York Times Op-ed
Breitbart, July 25, 2019:Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) has published an op-ed in the New York Times on Thursday in which she urges readers to go beyond condemning President Donald Trump as a racist, and “confront” his policies. Along the way, she confirms Trump’s basic criticism of her: namely, that she does not like the United States of America, at least as she finds it.
In the op-ed, “It Is Not Enough to Condemn Trump’s Racism,” Omar repeats a set of familiar — and discredited — attacks on Trump. The most egregious of these is her claim that Trump “tacitly accepted” the white supremacists in Charlottesville, Virginia, who chanted “Jews will not replace us” at a rally in August 2017.
In fact, Trump explicitly condemned them, several times, doing so “in the strongest possible terms” (Aug. 12, 2017), calling them “repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans” (Aug. 14), and saying they should be “condemned totally” (Aug. 15).
Story continues below advertisementNowhere does Omar address her long history of antisemitic and racist statements, including a recently unearthed interview with Al-Jazeera in 2018 in which she said that Americans ought to be “more fearful of white men.” Omar dodges criticism of her antisemitism by accusing Trump of “efforts to pit religious minorities against one another.”
She also repeats a number of false claims about the administration’s policies, decrying “the caging of immigrant children at the border or the banning of Muslim immigrants or the allowing of segregation in public housing.”
But the most telling passage in Omar’s op-ed is when she describes her feelings about America — the country that sent its soldiers to die in defense of her native country, Somalia, and the country where her family found refuge. She describes the discrepancy between “the America we expected to find and the one we actually experienced,” adding:
The America we arrived in was different from the one my grandfather had hoped to find. The land of opportunity he imagined in 1992 was in fact full of challenges. People identified me in ways that were foreign to me: immigrant, black. I learned that these identities carried stigmas, and I experienced prejudice as a visibly Muslim woman.
Omar never expresses gratitude toward the United States. She acknowledges that “our Constitution and democratic institutions are the tools to make it better,” but the country and its people, as they are, are simply not good enough.
In so doing, Omar proves Trump’s criticism of her and the so-called far-left “Squad” correct. She does not like the United States of America; she is willing to lie about it; and she refuses to check her ugly prejudices at the door.

Obama “tacitly accepted” the sniper that Black Lives Matter posted, in Dallas, Texas. Even following the murder of five people, by the BLM sniper, Obama had them (BLM) at the White House several times.

Having read the op-ed, I am compelled to respond to her commentary by pointing out that not once in her article does she ever deal with, or refer, to
the fact that the belief system that she has been trained to follow, a belief system that has become very active in this country over the last 25 years, has
affected the mentality of those who follow it, a mentality that is the total anti-thesis of everything that makes America very special. She talks about the “soul
of our nation” and she talks about her family “seeking a better life in the United States,” referring to “challenges” we face, and she states that our
Constitution provides us with the “tools to make better” this country; all words with meaning; yet, she nowhere refers to her Islamic belief system, which
has been shown to adversely affect those who follow it, and which we all should know that when Islam’s principles are applied, despotism, Aryanism and
domination becomes applicable, as she seemingly admitted was the case where she emigrated from, where such conduct violates the concepts of due process and equal protection. She accuses our leaders of racism and bigotry, yet I see nothing in her commentary that rises to that level by those she accuses. To the contrary, she has expressed her poisoned mentality, poisoned by her belief in Islam, and if she is facing bigotry it is self-imposed. As Churchill long ago espoused, Islam represents a clear and present danger to free world societies, and we are now seeing its attack against everything we hold sanctimonious here. I believe she should not get platforms from which she can generate her venom, until she first comes to grips with her acceptance of the fact that her motivation constitutes conduct prompted by her belief system, conduct that is adversarial to everything that is so special about being American.

I fully appreciate your comment. She is a “cancer” and one can expect that she will continue her obscene rhetoric to the lasting damage of the now free falling Democratic Party. Nevertheless, I fear that her adverse influence on some of the lunatics, haters and promoters of violence will cause dangerous events to occur. I hope that she will ultimately become thought of as the mental case that she and those like her have become.

It is not surprising; after all, the NYT is no more than a propaganda rag for the perfidious, hateful, anti-American, anti-Jew Ilhan Omar and others of the Democratic-Nazi-Islamic Party. It is nothing new, this alleged newspaper, news platform is a cog within the Fifth Column MSM. It provides a platform or soapbox from which Omar and others to propagate treason, hate-mongering, or unbridled anti-America, antisemitic dogmas. In itself, this is a reason for the indictment of the NYT, and the likes of Ilhan Omar. It will never come to pass, as the nation is rife with these verminous sorts.
