French Jews have once again been betrayed by French officials. One of the burglars said “You Jews have money,” and yet the prosecutors refuse to classify the attack as a hate crime. That is because the victims of the attack are Jews. Jews need to get the hell out of France promptly.
France: No hate crime charges against burglars who targeted Jews
Several days ago, a French judge ruled that a Muslim man who killed his Jewish neighbor Sarah Halimi in Paris in 2017, while shouting “Allahu Akbar” is probably not criminally responsible for his actions because he had smoked marijuana beforehand.

Prosecutors in France did not include the aggravated element of a hate crime in indictments of three men who allegedly singled out a Jewish family for a burglary at their home, JTA reported on Tuesday.
In the 2017 incident, the suspects are accused of breaking into the Paris-area home of Roger Pinto, the president of Siona, a group that represents Sephardic Jews.
The attackers, two of whom were wearing masks, beat Pinto’s son and wife in the home in the northeastern suburb of Livry Gargan. One of the burglars said “You Jews have money,” according to the family members.
French police arrested five suspects in connection with the incident in December of 2017. Prosecutors said at the time that the suspects would be charged with a home invasion with aggravated elements of a hate crime.
The National Bureau for Vigilance Against Anti-Semitism, or BNVCA, said Tuesday that it was “astounded and indignant” over the indictment filed this month against the five defendants. They are to stand trial for burglary, BNVCA said.

Translation: Fiend was not accountable, therefore not evil, so ought not be punished? (Marijuana responsible?)
Demented far Left reasoning, partly explain perverse ruling? Taint of antisemitism too. But perhaps also present — craven measure of “submission” to Islamism: intimidating foreign presence in French Republic. Officialdom moved with fear? Latent dread below surface, of societal fabric tenuous? In that frame, civilized Jews expendable. “But woe to us, if we upset violence-prone young Mohammedans among us.” (?) Specter of civil unrest, mind of the ruling class? So disposable JUSTICE.
Atrocity against Ms. Halimi by HATE-filled Muslim, who had stabbed her: “After throwing Halimi from a third-floor window, Traoré returned to the first apartment where the family, still cowering in a room [ when woman of which had earlier been beaten by him, or accomplice {details unclear} exclaimed, ‘Allahu Akbar’ ] and awaiting the police, again heard him praying aloud.” — Wikipedia. No, inhaled marijuana not the cause (though gateway to dark places), but poisoned-minded — EVIL Islamist Muslim(s)!

So in France if you commit a crime against a Jewish person after smoking Marijuana… you are not responsible and should not be punished,
No doubt about it, France will soon rule that if a Muslim murders a non Muslim the murderer was simply obeying the commands in his religion and therefore cannot be guilty of a crime because he or she was simply practicing their religion.

It’s a crazy situation where Jews can now no longer feel safe in Europe… It seemed like Europeans had finally divested themselves of antisemitism after WW11… But that was 75 years ago.. Now Jews have to face the same situation again… At least, this time, they have a country they can go to.. If I was in their situation, I think I’d be packing up and heading to Israel…The Vichy Government in France did not treat the Jewish population of France well. Macron is a de facto Vichy Government leader for these times, will turn French sovereignity over to EU = Germany.

So french judge thinks one is not responsible of his actions if intoxicated or under influence? Might as well say that one is not responsible of anything one does after eating beans.
French jews need to make aliyah to the holy land sooner than later. Pretty much the same situation for german or swedish jews also.
Sadly there’ll be so many people who need to make the move, I’m honestly quite worried if there will be enough new jobs in Israel. Sure they re innovative but it’s a very small country.

Rather than Jews Being forced to flee to Israel a far better course would be for the US to demand that governments in Europe provide for their protection against the Muslim hordes they have invited or allowed to settle in their countries. We can do this with sanctions for those that do not comply. The US controls directly 25% of the world’s total trade and economic resources. It indirectly controls another 20%. Trump can simply tell Macron or Merkel you either protect your Jews and Christians from these savages or we will impose a 30% tariffs on all German and French goods imported into the USA. I assure you they will scream but they will comply.

There is something that can be done to bring a halt to these horrific attacks against Jews and Christians in France.Lest we forget there has been an active campaign against Christian Monuments in France as well as Jewish, and these killings are the last straw. I urge Trump and Bibi to sanction France until they protect the Jews and Christian Monuments from these Muslim savages they have flooded their country with. If the French cannot protect France, then we have an obligation to do so, just as we threw out the Nazis and Vichy we have to once again protect the French and preserve their culture and heritage.

We can be sure that if in the unlikely event somebody invaded a Muslim home it would be hate crime without any doubt. Hell we only have to look at them harshly to be charged. You cannot fix prejudice any more than you can fix stupid
