A rejected Iraqi asylum seeker in Germany has been sentenced to life in prison for the rape and murder of a 14-year-old girl.

The possibility of release after 15 years, as is common in Germany, will most likely be ruled out due to a ‘particular severity of guilt’, the Bild newspaper reported.
The four-month case sparked a nationwide debate on Germany’s refugee policy, and led to anti-migrant protests across the country.

Susanna Maria Feldman, 14, from Mainz was missing for over 10 days sparking a widespread search operation in May last year
Bashar beat, raped and strangled Ms Feldman, from Mainz, to death in a wooded area near his refugee shelter over a year ago.
Her body was then buried in a shallow grave covered with leaves, twigs and soil, near railway tracks.

Her remains were found by authorities two weeks later on June 6, 2018, following a tip-off.
However, he was arrested by Kurdish security forces and, despite the absence of a formal extradition treaty between Baghdad and Berlin, taken back to Germany.
Bashar’s conviction signals the end of the four-month trial that ignited a heated debate on the nation’s refugee policy.
Bashar is believed to have arrived in Germany in October 2015, during the global migrant crisis.
Angela Merkel’s government introduced an ‘open door’ refugee policy that year, which was abandoned three years later.
Bashar’s request for asylum was rejected in December 2016, but despite this he obtained a temporary residence permit pending his appeal.
Merkel later conceded in a TV interview that ‘the case shows how important it is that people who don’t have residency rights quickly face a court and can be speedily sent back home’.

He faces a separate trial from March 19, accused of having twice raped an 11-year-old girl – once in April 2018 after locking her in his room, and again near a supermarket carpark the following month.
To Germany’s far right, Bashar has become a symbol of the threat allegedly posed by a wave of mostly Middle Eastern newcomers.
Before the trial, the anti-Islam Alternative for Germany (AfD) party again blamed Chancellor Angela Merkel’s grand coalition or ‘GroKo’ government for Ms Feldman’s death.
‘The problem isn’t “the right” but the knife-man immigration caused by the GroKo that has caused ever more bloody crimes,’ the party wrote in a Facebook post.
The AfD became the biggest opposition party when it entered parliament in 2017, riding a wave of public anger over sexual assaults and other violent crimes committed by some recent migrants.
In another case last year, the fatal stabbing of a German man in the eastern city of Chemnitz, allegedly by immigrants, sparked outbursts of mob violence in which far-right extremists hunted people of foreign appearance through the streets.

One would think that rape and murder is always deemed as ‘Exceptional Severity.’ Not only when the victim is an innocent teenager but any woman who is a victim of such a heinous crime. The victims, of course, are non-Muslim while the rapist, murderer is 99.99% of the time a Muslim migrant. Frankly, Germany will never revise its Muslim migrant policies; nor do the likes of Merkel, the authorities or Judiciary give a toss about the victims and their loved ones. Welcome to the Islamic Reich of Germany.

What a patently idiotic statement.
First, he is far more than a symbol: he is a thug and a murderer. Second, one need not be “far right” to recognize that the threat posed by these Moslem migrants is very real, affecting life in much of Germany.
Third, I am not aware that Christians from the Middle East have been a problem in countries where they have located. It’s the Moslem migrants, dimwits.
Now I would not apply this sentiment to any individual victim, but as for the German nation: you are getting your just reward. Karma’s a bitch.

When victims morph into perpetrators they cease to be victims. Now, they are the adversary, the criminal. See: Abused kids who become abusers, etc.
Now that is at law; certainly on an emotional level one can understand how muslimes are forced to a degree, to become the monsters they are. However the existence of one-just one-who flees islam proves the point that they have a choice, however minimal.
Meanwhile that is why we are 100% justified in targeting nontraditional targets (women, civilians, etc.) as the enemy. Foul times require foul deeds.

I somewhat feel sorry for the people of Germany, England and France if it weren’t for the fact they keep electing leaders completely hell bent on destroying them. It is really unbelievable. Then I look at the field of democoms running in the primary and I believe we are not far behind them. I believe the main problem is the education system. Children conditioned from Kindergarten through college they are racists, our founders were evil, America is bad, all cultures are different but equal. Common sense, hopefully, will overtake them but it seems to take a lot longer than it should and for many they cling to this nonsense until their dying day..

Usually “life sentence” means no more than 20 years in Germany, regardless of the severity or heinousness of the crime. He’ll be out by 2040 most likely. This is why capital punishment should always be a thing. And German prisons are luxury hotels. And it would not surprise me if we see increasing jailbreaks in the near future, due to Germany being jammed with civilization’s worst enemies, the moslems.
