The left wanted Gallagher strung up in service to the Islamic State. Patriots, heroes, and veterans to the gallows.

Chief Gallagher has been charged with mistreating an ISIS terrorist during combat operations!

On Patriot’s Day, Sept 11th 2018, NCIS snatched Chief Gallagher in the midst of TBI treatment, shackled him, kept him shackled in solitary confinement for 72 hrs.
He has been in pre-trial confinement for over 4 months and counting.
Chief Gallagher has been Indefinitely Detained, repeatedly denied access to medical care, and has limited access to his attorneys.

If this can happen to Chief Gallagher, it can happen to anyone. Even by the Navy SEALs standard, Chief Gallagher’s  biography is extraordinary (read it here).

In the case of Eddie Gallagher, charged with the murder of an ISIS detainee, there is little to no physical evidence of guilt. There is no autopsy or body to show that a murder even occurred. Instead, the case is built solely on the claims of a few junior SEALs, who did not report the alleged incident for months, and only started making claims after Chief Gallagher reported them for cowardice in combat and his genuine concerns over their ability to perform the mission.

Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher found not guilty of murder

The jury in the military trial of Navy SEAL Chief Eddie Gallagher has found him not guilty of premeditated murder and attempted murder during a deployment to Iraq in 2017.

He was, however, found guilty of unlawfully posing for a picture with a human casualty.

The verdict was reached after about a day of deliberation. The government and defense attorneys both made closing arguments in the case on Monday, after presenting testimony from numerous witnesses over two weeks.

Gallagher, 40, was charged with premeditated murder over an alleged stabbing of a wounded ISIS fighter in Mosul, and attempted premeditated murder over alleged unlawful sniper shots taken at an old man and a young girl. He was also charged with wrongfully posing for an unofficial photo with a human casualty.

The charge of unlawfully posing for a photo — which was shown throughout the court martial — carries a maximum penalty of four months’ confinement, though Gallagher is likely to get credit for the eight months he served in the brig prior to his trial, Navy spokesman Brian O’Rourke told Task & Purpose.

Throughout the trial, prosecutors painted Gallagher as a man, proud of his kill, who sent a “trophy photo” of the murdered detainee to friends, while the defense argued that the government and NCIS agents had a “target fixation” on Gallagher that led them to not ask important questions or consider alternatives.

Navy Cmdr. Jeff Pietrzyk, the lead prosecutor, acknowledged that a wounded ISIS fighter wouldn’t get much sympathy from the jury or anyone else. “I’m not going to argue to you that this was a particularly sympathetic victim,” he said. Before he was hit by a U.S. air strike, Pietrzyk said, “he would’ve done anything in his power to kill Americans.”

But, Pietrzyk said, he was no longer fighting, and receiving medical care. “At that point, he was no longer a lawful target,” he said. “We’re not ISIS. When we capture someone they’re out of the fight. That’s it.”

In laying out the government’s case, Pietrzyk mentioned other SEALs had testified that Gallagher had fired on innocent civilians from a sniper tower. He went on to say that Gallagher had tried to obstruct justice and retaliate against those who reported on him by threatening that he “had shit on all of them.”

Defense attorney Tim Parlatore, however, asserted that “this case is not about a murder. It’s about a mutiny.” He said it was only a few “young entitled” members of the SEAL platoon who hated Gallagher that reported him for war crimes. Parlatore said those SEALs had taken part in a mutiny and conspired in a text message “sewing circle” to get back at him for stealing items from them and putting them at unnecessary risk on the battlefield.

Anyone that kills an ISIS terrorist is never guilty of murder, he is performing a community service, and should be rewarded.

Socialists live in the city of hate
– because they BUILD the city of hate
– the socialist tyrants promote crime, hate, violence
– poverty, exploitation, sex addictions and all dysfunctions
– they cause terrible poverty while gathering all money to themselves
– they rule by an authoritarian oligarchy that thirsts for power
– and they never give up, never tell the truth, never apologize
– these are all the things that I learned from Venezuela

Indeed he did.

But who’s in charge now?! And what has he done to reverse this insanity and return our military training and rules of engagement to some semblance of normalcy where we fight for only a single reason: To win!

Those “young entitled” SEALS who brought this action on Gallagher, will be found out, if not already. They will be ostracized by their own and shamed. And they will eventually be forced out of the Navy because no one will want to work with them ever again. In fact, they might just get orders to a particularly dangerous place in Afghanistan and not make it back. Because…..sh*t happens.

The US Navy is actually a very small world. Backstabbers’ reputations follow them from duty station to duty station.
And with social media, words of their misdeeds will travel even faster than when I was in.

In WW2 there were many examples of chivalry between opposing armies at least on the Western battlefields, and many of barbarity of course. However when fighting against Muslims one can never expect chivalry or even common humanity as their goal and pleasure is to kill non believers including non combatants as cruelly as possible. Non Muslims do not even rate as humans to Muslims

The only criminals in that courtroom were the prosecutors who fabricated this case against Gallagher, and who have undoubtedly done the same to many others. These fools are in the service of of the LibTard establishment that is dedicated to destroying military morale and combat effectiveness. Navy “Commander” Jeff Pietrzyk will most likely take his poisonous attitudes to employment with the DOJ and will soon be a federal prosecutor at a courthouse near you.

A standing military is trained for one purpose: to cordon, rout, and kill the enemy. To criminalize for what the soldier is trained to do makes no sense. In a day of non-uniformed enemy combatants the lines may blur a bit. But a standing professional army such as our own should be able to weather the storms. A demoralized standing army will lose fighting spirit, which saves lives. This episode merely shows that company/unit morale is always a leadership problem.

Two things are deeply disturbing besides the stupid waste of taxpayer money & time of prosecuting this officer who WAS FIGHTING TERRORISTS FOR THE USA ON BEHALF OF THE TERRORISTS HE WAS FIGHTING. FIRST, HOW HE WAS DENIED HIS CIVIL RIGHTS AS A US CITIZEN BEFORE THE TRIAL; 2ND; WHAT KIND OF US SOLDIERS WERE THESE WHO STABBED ONE OF THEIR OWN IN THE BACK LIKE THAT ON BEHALF OF TERRORISTS? In VietNam a few bad, grossly incompetent officers were “fragged” ie killed in accidents staged by their own men who were defending themselves from them. I SAY IT IS TIME TO DO IT AGAIN TO THE LIKES OF THEM AS TARGET PRACTICE FOR WHAT I BELIEVE MUST COME!

Gallagher was found guilty of one charge, the least of them – posing with a corpse. He still faces four years confinement and loss of one rank. The hearing for that charge is today.

While I do not advocate ‘unlawful sniper shots taken at an old man and a young girl’ (and he should have prosecuted for that. But let me be clear.

‘…mistreating an ISIS terrorist during combat operations!’ Really?!

Only in modern-day America (where we have literally gone insane in so many different ways) can such an inane, nonsensical statement/charge be leveled against a soldier fighting a ‘war against terror.’

Punished (facing years of imprisonment) for doing what he was trained to do? Tying his hands behind his back in a time of war? He should have put a bullet in that Muslim’s head! And, then, made certain he was dead. If not, finish the job!

But, no, not in this perverted, corrupt, politically-correct Obama’s military!

I’ll give you one guess, unless Trump turns this madness around, as to who’s going to lose this war?

The fact that Navy Seal Eddie Gallagher was dragged through this military trial to satiate those with an unjust agenda was beyond deplorable. Our men and women who serve have their hands tied when fighting these ISIS vermin; it has more often than not placed numerous courageous men and women in do or die situations. Then, they must quantify if a ‘shoot’ is politically, militarily correct, while comrades are maimed or killed. Political/military correctness has cause copious lives from the time of the Vietnam War. Our troops meanwhile do not have the benefits of the parasitical enemy, in this case, ISIS; because the feckin’ military and political overlords tie their hands.

Gallagher is not the only one facing such charges; there are many others whose lives and families are battling our military for neutralizing the Jihad vermin, the likes of whom, the Democratic-Islamist Party deem as comrades.

Somewhat related at lest in principle, Ziggy: community organizers, the Phoenix mayor and the media have gone to war against the Phoenix Police Department in like manner over a recent law-enforcement issue.

Some have demanded that the entire Phoenix Police Department be disbanded or shut down.
