Michael Avenatti charged with defrauding Stormy Daniels

NEW YORK (AP) — Michael Avenatti, the attorney who rocketed to fame through his representation of porn star Stormy Daniels in her battles with President Donald Trump, was charged Wednesday with ripping her off.
Story continues below advertisementFederal prosecutors in New York City say Avenatti used a doctored document to divert about $300,000 that Daniels was supposed to get from a book deal, then used the money for personal and business expenses. Only half of that money was paid back, prosecutors said.
Daniels isn’t named in the court filing, but the details of the case, including the date her book was released, make it clear that she is the client involved.
[…]The charges pile on top of previous allegations of legal misconduct by Avenatti, who represented Daniels when she sued to be released from a nondisclosure agreement involving an alleged tryst with Trump.
Avenatti was previously charged in New York with trying to extort up to $25 million from Nike by threatening to expose claims that the shoemaker paid off high school basketball players to steer them to Nike-sponsored colleges. And in Los Angeles, he’s facing a multicount federal indictment alleging that he stole millions of dollars from clients, didn’t pay taxes, committed bank fraud and lied during bankruptcy proceedings.
Avenatti has denied the allegations against him on both coasts, saying he expects to be exonerated. The Los Angeles charges alone carry a potential penalty of more than 300 years in prison.
Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, initially hired Avenatti to handle a lawsuit she filed last year in which she sought to invalidate the nondisclosure agreement she’d signed with Trump’s then-lawyer Michael Cohen in exchange for $130,000.

Avenatti typifies the bottom-feeding attorneys of which there are too many. It is not news that these parasitical darlings the Democratic-Fascist’s adore are akin to their corruptible proclivity. One must ask, how do the Democrats evade indictment as it is clear they are not merely corrupt but treasonous? A rhetorical question. One must also ask, what took so long for AG Barr to replace the inept Jeff Sessions? It is not a rhetorical question.
One can only hope that AG William Barr has the time and the backing to take down the most corrupt and perfidious political party in this Republic’s history. As for Avenatti, he should serve significant time for his seemingly never-ending exploitation of the law. Moreover, there is time to take down the likes of Obama, Hillary Clinton, Pelosi, and a myriad of other conspirators within the Democrats’ cabal.

I am soooo ready… I just got some extremely bad news today….One way or another I am ready to
move on. I sure hope pretrib is the correct interpretation. I am hoping post trib is incorrect.
I think the clock started ticking on 1948. Anyone can see that Bible based Christianity is dying and morally we are becoming totally decrepit etc.. Hatred for Jews and Christians is over the top . In the past it was the WEST that promoted Christianity. Now it is being shunned and declining – the falling away. I will read that link carefully. I am not an expert on prophecy.

In reality, Avenatti is one of the more principled members of the Commiecrat oligarchy. Feinstein, Pelosi, Schumer, Weiner, De Blasio,and an endless list of their ilk have defrauded the taxpayers of hundreds of billions, Avenatti just a few millions.
