The Democrats want to end the Electoral College to guarantee a one-party system for the United States. States such as California and New York have been ruined since they are practically controlled by the Democrats. More states would surely go down the drain if America only has one electable party.
However, the well being of America does not matter to the corrupt and mad Democrats, since their only concern is obtaining permanent political power. Only a decisive victory for President Trump and the Republicans in 2020 can stop the anti-America Democrats.

We are both a democracy and a federation of states. The Electoral College was designed specifically to prevent the tyranny of big states over small states, as was the U.S. Senate, which affords all states, large and small, equal representation. If we do away with the Electoral College, we might as well do away with the Senate.
In 2016, the Electoral College worked precisely as intended. It prevented Hillary Clinton’s 6-million-vote victory in California and New York from cancelling her 3-million-vote loss in the 48 other states.
The second knock on the Electoral College is that voters in most states feel their votes don’t matter, that the entire contest is waged in a handful of swing or “battleground” states.
Yet, if we did away with the Electoral College in favor of the national popular vote, the election would still be decided in a handful of states — populous states such as California and New York. Even though both of those states are deep blue, the GOP candidate would still fish in their waters, because swinging 1 or 2 percent into the red column would be worth more than swinging 1 to 2 percent in a smaller state. Voters in small states, such as Connecticut, would be permanently and completely disenfranchised.
Moreover, candidates would campaign in big media markets (which, of course, are in big states) in order to reach as many potential voters as efficiently as possible. This would favor media personalities and celluloid campaigns. Candidates would never have to meet voters one-on-one, as they do currently in small swing states. (The Hill)
Nevada Passes Bill To Give Electoral Votes To National Popular Vote Winner
The Daily Wire,By James Barrett, May 22, 2019:
If Nevada’s Democratic governor signs a bill passed by the state senate Tuesday into law, his state will have moved the National Popular Vote movement six votes closer to effectively nullifying the Electoral College as established in the U.S. Constitution.
By a vote of 12-8, the Nevada Senate passed AB 186 on Tuesday, which if signed by Gov. Steve Sisolak, will add Nevada’s six electoral votes to the 189 votes already pledged by 14 other states in the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, which would “guarantee the Presidency to the candidate who receives the most popular votes across all 50 states and the District of Columbia.” If triggered, the pact would override the majority decision of voters in particular states.
Thus far, 14 states and one district have officially passed the measure, their collective electoral vote total currently at 189. The compact requires a minimum of 270 total pledged electoral votes to go into effect. Should Sisolak sign the bill, the total would edge up to 195 votes.

I assume you include the voter fraud included with the illegals voting. If we don’t get something done about the millions of illegals coming in we will soon not have a conservative win another election on the national level.

Roberts is very corrupt and needs to be impeached, and that is unlikely. I never did like Kavenaugh. It did cross my mind that that fake dog and pony show about his alleged rapes could have been engineered to gin up sympathy and have people look the other way from his actual record.
Decent Americans are extremely apathetic and frequently know little about what is going on behind the scenes. I hate to say this, but many Christians have been brainwashed into a sort of “the Lord said it was going to be this way” attitude that prevents them from acting. Meanwhile, the Left is very organized, busy, well financed, and highly motivated. This once great nation can be lost due to apathy.

this is not a democracy. in a democracy, the majority rules like a mob, like the democrat party. we are a constitutional republic made up of 50 states, and there are beautiful reasons why the president is elected by state electors and not yet a simple national vote count. further, the democrat-controlled state of nevada cannot vote to ignore the constitution, and they know that. we have reached a point where trying to reason with these demons is pointless. wonder what comes next

One big problem with the National Popular Vote (NPV) Compact, and there are many, is that Electors are independent regardless of any pledges, and are allowed to vote for anyone they wish. Now, how are electors who are pledged to Trump, party loyalists, going to be coerced into voting for a Commiecrat who got enough illegals to vote for him in California to put him over the top in the popular vote? It just is not going to happen. This is just another LibTard delusion that is tearing the country apart.
