2nd U.S. school system caught pushing Islam on kids

A legal team has dispatched a cease-and-desist letter to a school district in Washington state that promoted Islam through a Ramadan policy that provides special privileges for Muslim students.
It’s the second district in the state found to have the special policy in just the last week.
The Freedom of Conscience Defense Fund confirmed it has written to Michelle Reid, superintendent of the Northshore School District in Bothell, Washington, to insist that the policy be revoked.
The policy directs teachers to create “safe spaces” for Muslims, plan with Muslim students to let them “quietly slip away” from class for prayer, “privately offer information” about nutrition during their Ramadan fast, give “a lesson” on Ramadan and privately ask Muslim students what accommodations they want.
FCDF warned that if the district does not revoke the policy and begin compliance with the First Amendment, “then parents and students will have a legal cause of action against you and the school district.”
While students are allowed to practice their religion, the team said, and “nothing in the Constitution prohibits public schools from accommodating students’ religious exercise,” public schools are not allowed to have policies or practices that “convey a message that a particular religion, or a particular religious belief, is ‘favored.’
“Administrators and teachers must never be placed in the position of monitoring a child’s compliance with a particular religious requirement, such as prayer, dietary restrictions, or wearing a head covering,” the letter said.
The First Amendment requires, in those circumstances, neutrality on religion, the letter said.
FCDF said the district must “restore the rights of non-Muslim students of faith to be treated equally under the law” and review all instances in which the school’s Ramadan policy was enforced.
The letter followed “multiple complaints” to FCDF from members of the Bothell community as well as a teacher.
It was the district’s Diversity & Equity Department that recently issued the guidelines for Muslim students during Ramadan.
“The school district’s so-called Ramadan ‘accommodations’ run roughshod over the First Amendment and are a blatant insult to students of other faiths,” said Daniel Piedra, FCDF’s executive director. “Under the mantle of ‘diversity’ and ‘inclusion,’ school officials have exalted Islam as the state-sponsored religion. Teachers and parents are outraged, and they should be.”
Just days earlier, FCDF sent a similar letter to the Dieringer School District in Lake Tapps, Washington, about the same issue.
The Ramadan policy had been recommended by the terror-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations.
After CAIR wrote to that school suggesting various changes in policy and practice that would benefit Muslim students, district Supt. Judy Martinson implemented CAIR’s suggestions as official district policy. She distributed the CAIR letter to school principals, who in turn circulated it to all teachers and staff, FCDF said.
The guidelines included having teachers greet students in Arabic for their Ramadan holiday.

The dilemma is, either they are completely banned, or they must undergo a revamped immigration process where they are exposed to Christian teachings to A) compensate for all the lies they have been taught about Christianity, and B) to give them a solid understanding of the heritage of the land they want to call home and assimilate into.
So what’s the dilemma? I know you already know. We have collectively abandoned those Christian principles and roots, and now have nothing to offer as a buttress against their “religious” claims. This is much more evident in the rest of the West, but America is catching up real fast.
The unintended consequence of turning our backs to God and ignoring His calls to repentance, is now clear – He has withdrawn the blessings we have lived under for hundreds of years and are now defenseless against our real enemy.
That “real enemy” is not Islam. Islam is but the instrument by which judgement will be carried out, and it has already started. Talk of retaliation against this “invasion” is like suggesting the use of Bandaids is a good way to stop an arterial bleed.
What hope do we have? Getting right with God through Christ is the best hope and will eventually prove to be the only hope. Without the blessing of God, a nation or an individual, has no means to defeat evil, and evil is the real enemy we are facing now.
But, with that said, the prophetical/world event record is emphatically proclaiming that this “judgement” is not just some cyclical thing, like what can be read about in the OT, it is His great and final judgement as evidenced by all the endtime prophecies being fulfilled and setting up to be filled now and in the very near future. Were these not happening, the situation would be completely different and we could legitimately hope for and fight for a restitution of our heritage for the sake of regaining His blessings once again.
The best our resistance could bring now is a potential lessening of the scale of judgement that will accompany the areas where Islam has concentrated the most. No place will offer a total escape and perhaps in the end, no place will be able to avoid the eventual conditions layed out in scripture. Prepare accordingly and always keep your lamp filled with oil. Maranatha

Yes, Jesus is the Son of God. From the beginning, God the Father, knew mankind would choose sin over righteousness so it was HIs plan from the beginning, that He would send Jesus to die for all of us because of that sin. Jesus came WILLINGLY to die for us. If we acknowledge Him as our Savior and Lord, and follow Him and REPENT of our sins, Jesus (our intercessor) will forgive our sins and call us HIS and we will spend eternity with Him in complete ecstasy and love.

Look, I have to go now. But, in closing, I will tell you that I had a spiritual experience (totally unexpected) back in 2000. I asked God to show me Himself and He did. I knew His COMPLETE LOVE, POWER, AND COMPLETE ECSTACY. I was in a church worship service when it happened. I want to spend eternity for God, so I am mindful not to allow hate in my heart. One last thing. I understand how hate can creep into your heart. Even after I had that spiritual experience, I have to fight the haltered that tries to come into my heart, also. However, my struggle is with the way I feel about Muslims. Sometimes I give in to my feelings and post the most God-awful comments about Muslims. Even, while I am typing, I can feel the Holy Spirit trying to get my attention to stop what I am doing, but I choose to ignore Him. Later on, maybe the next day, I have to repent. You are not alone with bad feelings about other categories of people. But, you see, the difference between you and me on this is, I recognize that it is wrong and sinful and if I don’t ask for forgiveness and submit myself to Christ, I will end up on Hell for eternity. So, you see, I struggle with the sin of hate also. But, I refuse to allow myself to submerge myself in it because I don’t want to go to Hell. Believe me, just being with God is complete ecstasy!!! Jesus came down from Heaven to fulfill God’s plan. I have no idea what the Jews wanted except I think they wanted a different kind of Savior. One that would slay their enemies in this physical world. They didn’t understand that God’s Son was sent to slay SIN. We still have free will to choose right from wrong. That is why there is still evil in the world. It’s already part of the curriculum. Everything from the glowing golden era of Islam, the Andalusian myth, to all the wonders and good of the “religion of peace”, Islam is presented in a positive light that stands above all other religions (Islam is a political ideology). And if Christianity is presented it is only presented for the atrocities committed in the name of Christianity counter to Christian doctrine, ie the crusade wasn’t a response to Islamic invasion but militant Christianity an similarly the inquisition and Salem witch trials.

The Washington state constitution provides as follows:
Art. 1 Section 11 RELIGIOUS FREEDOM — Absolute freedom of conscience in all matters of religious
sentiment, belief, and worship, shall be guaranteed to every individual, and no
one shall be molested or disturbed in person, or property, on account of
religion; but the liberty of conscience hereby secured shall not be so
construed as to excuse acts of licentiousness, or justify practices
inconsistent with the peace and safety of the state. No public money or
property shall be appropriated for, or applied to any religious worship,
exercise or instruction, or the support of any religious establishment. No
religious qualification shall be required for any public office, or employment,
nor shall any person be incompetent as a witness, or juror, in consequence of
his opinion on matters of religion, nor be questioned in any court of justice
touching his religious belief to affect the weight of his testimony.
As one can read, “…no public
money or property shall be appropriated for, or applied to any religious
worship, exercise or instruction, or the support of any religious
establishment.” The word ‘shall’ means that that the words following it in the
sentence is obligatory, and not subject to any other conduct that is inconsistent
with the mandatory obligation, as I see that portion of the provision. Essentially,
no religion can be favored within Washington’s education system. Unfortunately
the conundrum is that Islamic believers are required to do things that cannot
be accommodated within school systems, especially Washington’s state
constitution. The same goes for all other faiths. A special privilege offered
to those of Islamic persuasion is inappropriate, and I expect that Washington’s
legal eagles will confirm that is the applicable law.

A far greater danger are the history and studies textbooks and instructional materials that often portray Muslim countries as advanced, sophisticated, peace loving when,in fact,the opposite is the case. Muslims destroy civilizations turning whatever countries they control into poverty and ignorance.

This is shocking and intolerable. When have Jewish, or Hindu, or Buddhist, or Atheist, or Christians students been given so much safe space, private advice, quiet advice , and other considerations?
Because this is a country of many religions, for it has been allowed to become thus, then no one religion should be able to have any special privileges whatsoever.
Practice religion to oneself, and after school hours, imo.

This would not be such an outrage if it were not for what has been done to Christianity in the schools. The powers that be have done everything possible to remove God from the schools over the last 50 years and now they are forcing a completely contradictory religion on our children. As usual, the double standards are in plain sight.
