Iranian President Warns Europe: Undercut U.S. Or We’ll Stop Limiting Enrichment Of Uranium

On Wednesday, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani threatened that Iran would start increasing its stock of low enriched uranium and of heavy water, warning that if Europe didn’t undercut American efforts to isolate Iran, Iran would end limiting its enrichment of uranium.
Mr. Rouhani said that starting on Wednesday, Iran would begin to build up its stockpiles of low enriched uranium and of heavy water, which is used in nuclear reactors — including a reactor that could give Iran a source of bomb-grade plutonium. If the Europeans fail to compensate for the unilateral American sanctions, he said, Iran will resume construction of the Arak nuclear reactor, a facility that was shut down, and its key components dismantled, under the deal. Mr. Rouhani then threatened a potentially more severe step. If the Europeans do not find a way to help Iran “reap our benefits,” especially in petroleum exports and banking transactions, in 60 days Iran will end the limits on the enrichment of uranium, he said.
Rouhani tweeted on Thursday, “Starting today, Iran does not keep its enriched uranium and produced heavy water limited. The EU/E3+2 will face Iran’s further actions if they can not fulfill their obligations within the next 60 days and secure Iran’s interests. Win-Win conditions will be accepted.”

As The Washington Post noted, “Uranium used as fuel in power plants needs to be enriched only to a low level. However, when it is enriched to much higher levels, it can be used as fissile material in nuclear weapons.”
Mark Dubowitz, CEO of Foundation for Defense of Democracies, stated, “The regime in Iran remains committed to nuclear weapons capability. Any Iranian move to expand their nuclear program should be met with the most severe sanctions — and an unambiguous warning from Washington that all other instruments of American power are available to stop the ayatollahs’ atomic drive.”
Great Britain’s junior foreign minister, Mark Field, called the Iranian announcement an “unwelcome step.” French Defense Minister Florence Parly echoed, “Today, nothing would be worse than Iran, itself, leaving this accord.”
Yet European countries have been undermining the United States’ determination to weaken the despotic Iranian regime using sanctions; European and Iranian officials are pushing the Instrument in Support of Trade Exchanges (INSTEX), which undercuts America’s desire to isolate Iran. Sen. Ted Cruz blistered the Europeans in a statement reading:
It is unfortunate that our European partners are spending their diplomatic and material capital creating mechanisms that break up American sanctions, rather than siding with us and the Iranian people against the Ayatollahs’ regime. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps dominates entire sectors of the Iranian economy, and there is no such thing as a safe transaction. The United States should be prepared to use all relevant measures, including visa denials and asset forfeitures, to protect the integrity of our sanctions and the maximum pressure campaign, and I will continue to work with the Trump administration and my colleagues to ensure that we do.
Olli Heinonen, former Deputy Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA ) and head of its Department of Safeguards, explained the necessity of the U.S. revoking waivers (which it has done) enabling Iran to ship abroad excess supplies of enriched uranium and heavy water:
Under the terms of what is formally known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Iran may stockpile no more than 300 kilograms of low-enriched uranium (LEU), i.e. uranium hexafluoride enriched up to a 3.67 percent concentration of the U-235 isotope, and no more than 130 metric tons of heavy water. Thanks to a waiver that allowed it to export excess LEU to Russia, Iran maintained the option to continue enriching uranium under the JCPOA. A waiver also enabled Iran to ship excess heavy water to Oman for storage, from where it could be sold to foreign customers.
By revoking the waivers, the U.S. is pressuring Iran to stop the production of LEU and heavy water. Currently, there is an oversupply of LEU and heavy water in the global marketplace, which means that Iran would be unlikely to find customers even if it were allowed to export these items.
Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has been consulting with Iranian ally Russian President Vladimir Putin; Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Putin saw “no alternative” to the Iran nuclear deal.

Which brings us to the question of what is motivating the German government to side with Iran against Washington.
Germany has long been Iran’s protector in Europe. Merkel is the reason that the EU has refused to outlaw Hezbollah. Due to Germany, the EU made an artificial distinction between the Iranian proxy group’s “military wing” and its “civilian wing.” The latter is permitted to operate legally in EU member states. Hezbollah thus uses its presence in Europe to indoctrinate and recruit members and to fundraise. As the Jerusalem Post has reported, German intelligence estimates that there are 950 Hezbollah terrorists operating in Germany.

The three captured terrorists were released by West Germany after the hijacking of Lufthansa Flight 615 in October 1972. Mossad, Israel’s intelligence agency, tracked down the men and others associated with the Munich massacre and assassinated them as part of Operation Wrath of God.
When the Lufthansa airplane was seized by sympathisers of Black September during the Beirut-Ankara part of a multi-stopover flight from Damascus to Frankfurt, the West German authorities complied with the demand of having the prisoners released. They were handed over at Zagreb Airport, and the hijacked aircraft was flown to Tripoli, where all hostages were released.[1] The liberated Munich attackers were granted asylum by Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.

Eleven Israelis were killed and they released the murders. I really can’t wrap my mind around that. Also Germany lied about how the hostages were treated. They were beaten and at least one was castrated.

Thanks for that Felix1999 you really are a gem of information here. I never knew “moderate” Gadaffi granted the Munich terrorists asylum. You have to wonder, even though Israel killed the f’ing muslums directly involved in the terrorist attack at the Munich Olympics you just know there had to have been many other f’ing muslums indirectly involved in the attack (financing, logistics etc.) who never faced any punishment whatsoever.

You mentioned a while ago that you thought the current Islamic empire might play a role in end time prophecies. At that time, you weren’t specific about which role. Have you thought anymore about it.
I know that the second beast of Rev.13:11 is : 1] – spread around the world ; 2] – is very aggressive and even bloodthirsty (verse 13:15) ; 3] – is likely a political power, and 4] – may prefer beheading as its’ favored means of killing (Rev. 20:4).
We already know they are anticipating their “Madri”, and that this entity is very likely the Antichrist. When he comes and is revealed, after the first 3.5yrs., for what he really is (at least to some), he will require a ready made “army” that has a worldwide presence ; an army already with a taste for violence and blood in the name of “god”. Who better a fit than the Muhammadans.
I have begun to think that Islam is the instrument of God’s final judgement. The mystifying swift and “under the radar” proliferation of them in nations everywhere, is eyeopening. That that flies in the face of every conventional thought concerning regulated “immigration” and how not to overwhelm an existing culture, cannot be just dismissed as a “mistake”, and seems to imply “special” help.
This conclusion would also necessitate accepting that His final judgement has already begun or is on the verge of doing so. The evidence for this though goes way beyond just what we see concerning Islam’s spread and the evil it contains. The great apostasy of the church, world events and end time prophecy converging and aligning as never before, and the collapsing of the Judeo/Christian western civilization, are all significant pieces of evidence as well. It further implies that wherever Islam spreads the most, is also perhaps where judgement may be the most severe, and also a reason to resist same. Let me know your thoughts.

I think about it allot.. I believe Islam does play a role in prophecy. I can only speculate on what kind of a role. Is Islam the spiritual component for a one world religion? A communist one world government wouldn’t want Islam as the “religion” so I am not sure if it will be some kind of a
hideous “interfaith” compromise. Seeing how intolerant Islam is I am not sure they’d accept not being dominate as the religion. I have trouble seeing intolerant communism and Islam coexisting. That’s a puzzle to me. Either way, I am hopeful my family and loved ones will not be here when that happens. If this is not stopped, what is coming is worse than anything we can imagine and it will be on a global scale with no where to run to to get away from it.

“Is Islam the spiritual component for a one world religion?”, I would have to say, yes. Rev.13 describes an entity that forces people to do different things or be killed : Rev. 13:12 – forces the world to worship the first beast (Madri – Antichrist) ; 13:14 – forces the world to make an image to the beast ; 13:15 – kills those who don’t worship the image of the beast ; 13: 16/17 – forces all to take the mark of the beast and forces sellers to only sell to so marked. There is a definite “spiritual” component to this beast and all the “image” references do not necessarily exclude Islam as this would be their “Madri”, and not an earthly figure. As for a religion that forces people to do things, Islam has perfected it over the centuries (although, Catholicism did a number like that too in her past).
“Communism” had/has an atheistic component, and therefore may not be the best fit, as you point out. However, substitute that with “totalitarianism” and the “fit” now becomes optional when mixed with a “theocracy”.
You are definitely right about the horrors that will accompany any such development, and that there will be no place to run to escape it. I assume you’re hoping for yourself and family to “not be here”, that it is either far, far off or that the rapture happens beforehand if it’s closer than you think.
I could be wrong, but I personally think that the world has less than 10yrs. Too many things converging, and I am a bit alarmed that the growing push back is going to force their hand. A single event, if it is large enough, can change things quite quickly. The forces behind all this are not about to just walk away and have no intention of letting a rising opposition thwart their goals

If push comes to shove, A glass car park where Iran used to be should be considered….If they want nukes, let’s give them nukes…However, strict sanctions is the way to go.. The D.C. swamp is getting frustrated with Trump’s use of tariffs because they are effective. The swamp wants to legislative that away and require their approval for any tariff use. This is a legitimate power of a President. It is a clash between branches. The swamp wants to neuter Trump.
I agree that it would be a good idea to tariff German exports since they do that to U.S. products and keeps them from selling well. I’d also like to see Trump withdraw our military from Germany. Merkel refuses to pay her NATO obligation and is doing nothing about the invasion. The EU has become an enemy of the U.S..

I don’t see the big deal here. The United States of America is a sovereign nation. Likewise, so is the UK, France, and Germany. If the United States chooses to NOT do ANY business with a nation that does business with ireene, that is their right. If froggyland and krautland do business with ireene, that is their choice … and their right. So, 200% tariffs and kraut cars and 1000% tariffs on froggy wines and cheese … No big deal. Or, better yet, NO kraut cars or froggy cheese.

For no other reason than Iran’s bomb, Trump must be reelected next year. Can you see the Democrats destroying the mad mullahs’ nuclear sites? Remember that Obama warned Israel that if they attempted to do the job themselves he had ordered the Sixth Fleet to shoot down their planes. If America gets a Democratic president, Israel will take no notice of any similar warning because its existence will be at stake and anyway they don’t have their own MOPs nor the means of delivery so they will have to use nukes.
