After two years, CAIR has been successfully repelled from the classrooms of San Diego.
This legal victory is in the context of:
- Parents of San Diego schools students in a rage over CAIR’s proposed access to their children
- Charles LiMandri stating that out of tens of thousands of students, there were only 7 cases of bullying in the district, none of which were religious in origin.
- CAIR-approved texts for the classroom included “Teaching Against Islamophobia (Counterpoints),” which states:
“9/11 in part reflected the rage toward the U.S. pulsing through the veins of many Muslims,’ and ‘the indifference displayed by many U.S. policymakers toward the suffering of everyday people around the Islamic world fanned the flames of this anti-American fury.’”

San Diego still has a severe CAIR problem.
- Here is Hanif Mohebi, Executive Director CAIR San Diego lying about Muslims forced into oncoming traffic. There is no mention of this in CAIR’s report or anywhere else.
- Hanif Mohebi gets all puffed up over the “Punish a Muslim Day” hoax.
- CAIR exploited the murder of Shaima Alawadi before washing their hands of her when it was determined to be a case of domestic violence.
- CAIR San Diego lied in an effort to have Greenfield Middle School principal fired.
- The San Diego City Council honored Hamas-linked CAIR with a special day of appreciation.
Families Reach Comprehensive Settlement with San Diego School District in Lawsuit Challenging Anti-Islamophobia Initiative
The settlement agreement ensures an equally safe and supportive learning environment for students of all religious beliefs.
Yesterday, FCDF attorneys finalized a settlement agreement with the San Diego Unified School District that resolves a federal lawsuit challenging the District’s “Anti-Islamophobia Initiative.” FCDF representing five families, along with two advocacy organizations, San Diego Asian Americans for Equality and Citizens for Quality Education, sued the District in 2017, alleging that the anti-Muslim bullying program violated the First Amendment because it was religiously preferential.
“Nowhere is religious liberty and equal protection more critical than in our schools,” said Charles LiMandri, FCDF’s Chief Counsel. “We commend the District for taking affirmative steps to ensure that students of all faiths may learn and thrive in a safe and nondiscriminatory environment.”
The District’s Initiative, which was developed in collaboration with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), mandated training on “how to become allies to Muslim students,” provided for CAIR officials to teach students about Islamic religious practices, and authorized the Islamic group to revise school curricula to ensure more a “inclusive” portrayal of Islam.
The complaint alleged that the Initiative violated the Constitution because it (1) singled out Muslim students for preferential benefits and (2) empowered CAIR with governmental decision-making authority, thereby constituting government entanglement with religion.
Under the terms of the settlement agreement, the District distributed a policy memo to area superintendents and principals regarding the First Amendment’s “limits on the conduct of public school officials as it relates to religious activity.” These directives include:
To address religious preferentialism:
• “Educators should treat each religion with equal respect, with the time and attention spent discussing each religion being proportionate to its impact on history and human development and the material presented in its historical context.”
• “Educational material on religious subjects must be neutral and may not be presented in a manner that promotes one religion over another.”
In response to CAIR’s activism:
• “Educators or other staff sponsoring guest speakers at District events must ask them not to use their position or influence on students to forward their own religious, political, economic or social views or and shall take active steps to neutralize whatever bias has been presented.”
• “Guest speakers from religious organizations are not permitted to present to students on religious topics.”

In a shocking declaration, the UK Home Office “has claimed Christianity is not a religion of peace after turning down a Christian covert’s bid for asylum in an ‘unbelievably offensive’ letter quoting bloodthirsty passages from the Bible…..The Iranian national was turned down for asylum in 2016, with the Home Office claiming his conversion from Islam was inconsistent’ with his claim Christianity is a peaceful religion.”
The Home Office also mocked the Iranian national for believing in Christ:
“You affirmed in your AIR that Jesus is your saviour, but then claimed that He would not be able to save you from the Iranian regime….It is therefore considered that you have no conviction in your faith and your belief in Jesus is half-hearted.”
The passages cited in the Iranian national’s rejection letter were from the book of Revelation, as well as Leviticus and other parts of the Old Testament. Nice try, but Revelation is a prophetic account, not a call to violence; also, there is no global problem of Christians and Jews citing violent verses from Revelation or the Old Testament and acting upon them. Jihadists, however, are citing the Qur’an to justify their violence, and doing so repeatedly and openly.
Despite this, the UK government continues to allow in the worst jihadist hate preachers, who further the jihad against its own people. Over 100 jihadist hate speakers were invited in and hosted at British universities during the academic year of 2016 and 2017. And as previously reported on Jihad Watch:

The Brits have been notoriously anti-Jewish. During the British Mandate known as the Balfour Accords the brits were vigorously bent on giving an overwhelming advantage to the Arabs. One Example was allowing the Arabs to have guns but making it illegal for Jews to have them. All weapons the Jews got had to be smuggled in.

The British sold Israel the most advanced MBT in the world with their up-gunned British Centurion in the early 1970’s (along w/parts and ammo). The advanced sights on this MBT made all the difference along the Suez Canal in the Yom Kippur War. I’m not sure if any IDF armored brigades up in the North (i.e. in the Golan) had the up-gunned British Centurion.

Mohammad was illiterate. He was a gigolo who worked for an older wealthy woman that had a caravan business. This is how he heard about Judaism and Christianity. He borrowed from both and created a religion and used that to conquer land. When the SOB, Mohammad, died in AD 632 no one was specifically designated to take over so there was a split – Shia and Sunny and then fracturing of that into other groups. It’s totally made up.
It’s estimated that Christ died around AD 30 or AD 33. Luke 1:5 mentions that Herod was on the throne shortly before the birth of Jesus so this and some other events help to place His life and death in history. They also estimate He was born between 6 and 4 BC.

I have noticed that all their “teaching” involved ways for us to get along with them. We always had to change our ways to suit them. They never even worry about getting along with us, because in their eyes, they are far superior to us. Exactly like demorats. Bipartisanship means giving up our beliefs and principles and going along with any hair brained scheme they happen to come up with, like this Green Raw Deal. Well good for San Diego’s parents for seeing this exactly like it is, proselytizing for Islam. Now this is happening to the school district in Newton, Ma. They’re teaching the conflict with Israel and Palestine for one thing and it’s totally biased against Israel. You can check it out if you want to know more. Pretty sad when fact checkers for the history books let blatant lies stand as factual and then teach it to the kids. No wonder anti-Semitism is on the rise.

CAIR’s explanation for fighting against the fabricated term “Islamophobia” is pure propaganda, and misleading at its core. Jihad was the cause of the attack, not some claimed anger against the U.S. for allowing suffering. Pure bunk. Anyone challenging the supremacy of Islam, will be attacked. That was the true source of their anger. CAIR and all other Muslim Brotherhood organizations should be purged from the U.S. permanently.
