Around 170,000 Google searches with antisemitic content are made every year in the UK – around around ten percent of which involve violent language or intentions – a new report has revealed.

Using Google search data from 2004 to 2018, the report by the CST and Antisemitism Policy Trust also showed that Britain ranks third in the world for searches about “Zionism”, behind only Israel and Lebanon – 29 percent higher than in the US.

Searches for the word in the UK rose 25-fold in April 2016, after Ken Livingstone made comments about “Hitler supporting Zionism”. “Hitler Zionism” is the fourth most popular search about Zionism in Britain.

Other data, focused on different parts of the country, showed that antisemitic searches are just as high in cities that mostly vote Labour as they are in cities that mostly vote Conservative, and that antisemitic searches are higher in Wales than any other part of the UK.

The report also identified specific days or times when the volume of antisemitic searches rose sharply.

There was a 79 percent rise in antisemitic Google searches in April 2018, most of which occurred on the day after Jewish community representatives met Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn.

In another example, each year, on Holocaust Memorial Day (January 27), searches for “Holocaust hoax” are roughly 30 percent above average.

And in the days following Israel’s victory in the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest, antisemitic searches increased by 30 percent.

The report was written by Seth Stephens-Davidowitz, the New York Times best-selling author of Everybody Lies: What the Internet Can Tell Us About Who We Really Are.

It showed that in the UK, there are more Google searches into the Rothschild banking family than for top Jewish celebrities such as David Baddiel or Tracy-Ann Oberman.

Most of these searches are looking for conspiracy theories related to the Rothschild domination of the world.

The report found that searches for the Rothschilds have risen 39 per cent in the past three years. Moreover, in months when searches for information on the Rothschild family increase, other antisemitic searches also increase in number

It discovered that the top negative stereotypes searched for in relation to Jews are that they are “evil” and “racist.” It also found that the most common antisemitic Google searches in the United Kingdom are for jokes mocking Jews – and that there is a direct correlation between these searches and those mocking other minorities: someone who searches for “Jew jokes” is 100 times more likely to also search for “n***** jokes”.

The report found that, of the more than 9,000 threads on the site Stormfront related to feminism, 60 percent also mention Jews.

The two Jewish parliamentarians with the most mentions on the siteare Margaret Hodge and Luciana Berger. In the far-right site’s history, there have been 14 percent more mentions of female Jewish MPs than male Jewish MPs, but UK male Jewish celebrities are mentioned more than UK female Jewish celebrities.

Regarding Luciana Berger, the Jewish Labour MP for Liverpool Wavertree, the report found that there are more searches in Google for “Luciana Berger Jew” than for “Luciana Berger policy”, “Luciana Berger votes” or “Luciana Berger Brexit.”

Dave Rich, head of policy for CST, said: “The internet provides answers to every question anybody might ask, and that includes antisemites asking how to kill Jews or conspiracy theorists wondering whether it is true that the Holocaust didn’t happen.

“Search engines and internet companies have a responsibility to ensure that people asking these questions are directed away from hateful content and towards material that might challenge their prejudices.”

Danny Stone, chief executive of the Antisemitism Policy Trust, said: “Google has made it a lot easier for us to see what people are looking for behind closed doors. It’s certainly interesting but in this case, it’s also frightening.

“In a world where people are increasingly reliant on the web for their information, the prominence of quality material must be a priority. We now need Google, YouTube and other technology companies to make it a lot harder for people to fall down rabbit holes of hatred.”

I’m utterly distressed and grieved that my beloved heritage country has this voluminous, ugly streak of antisemitism running in its veins. I didn’t need this article to make me aware of it; I’ve read of it elsewhere and encountered it personally in conversation with British citizens. However, the solutions proposed in the last paragraph and two paragraphs back from it are likewise ominous. Do we really want Google, YouTube and other tech companies directing thought–as they actually are doing–with their algorithms, demonitization, bans and such? They define people and organizations fighting Islamic supremacy and terror as “hate groups.” They wrongfully view this site, the David Horowitz freedom center, even Prager University and a slew of other sites that defend and promote freedom as way stations in that “rabbit hole of hate.” I’m glad they are able to track and tell us how many people are searching various types of information, but I don’t trust them for definitions of what is hateful and what isn’t and certainly don’t want them as gatekeepers of what we see and don’t see. They, in conjunction with the SPLC mis-classify the best people standing against hate, especially anti-semitism, as haters.

Just an aside: I know this is juvenile, but having mentioned the SPLC, I can’t resist sharing that, in light of what we know about its finances and what we experience of its mislabeling, my translation of the acronym is Sleaze Pit and Libel Center.

May banned Pamela Geller & Robert Spencer from British territory & Trump instead of banning May from American territory, went into the same ignorant & hateful behavior & said of Pamela Geller: “Why is she insulting everybody?” That showed what a vile person he is & that we need a better leader.
Consequently he also promotes Muhammadist social media as Twitter & Facebook which censor Non-muhammadist thought-process. He sells weapons to Twitter stake-owner Saudi Arabia & is not interested in an educated public. Under Trump there won’t be no much needed reformation of the internet. But we need that change now, not in some distant future.
I propose we work with me, then I can supervise the reformation & more.
Wikipedia is also Muhammadist. Wikiislam is a source to research for example racism, sadism or pederasty of unjust Muhammad, though last time I checked they made unacceptable excuses for his pederasty.
When people search for Hitler, Muhammad & roots of racism & slavery they should be challenged. They should find this information:
•Africans are enslaved, castrated, divorced, beaten & killed today in Saudi Arabia & enslaved in the UAE, Oman, Yemen, Kuwait, Lebanon, Bahrain, North-Sudan, Libya (surge), Algeria (surge), Mauritania (20 percent), Niger, Mali, Somalia, Nigeria in emulation of unjust Muhammad who started the global African slave-trade by saying his unproven deity had turned Africans black so Africans’ descendants would be slaves to Arabs & Turks.
•Unjust Muhammad burned people for not praying, crucified critics, commanded the lifelong torture of clitodirectomy, forced theism on anyone, raped, tortured, declared war on atheists, Jews & all other Non-muhammadists & ‘kissed’ penises of boys & sucked boys’ tongues & lips.
•Hitler viewed the unjust Muhammadism as ultimate Nazi religion that as he told his architect & minister of war Albert Speer matches the German temperament better & many Nazi criminals openly converted to the unjust Muhammadism after the war & worked for the Egyptian Muhammadist tyranny under Nasser or in Syria.
Collaborator of Goebbels Johann von Leers for example openly converted to the unjust Muhammadism, changed his name to Omar Amin von Leers & worked for Nasser in Egypt where he was welcomed solemnly by the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem Haj Amin El-Husseini.
During the war Leers wrote an article in 1942 for the Nazi-newspaper “Die Judenfrage” in which he idolized unjust Muhammad: “The hostility of Muhammad towards the Jews had a consequence: the Oriental Jews were totally paralyzed. If the rest of the world had adopted a similar policy, we would not have the ‘Jewish question’. Islam has made an eternal service to the world by preventing the conquest of Arabia by the Jews”.

The left has more or less allowed for the enabling of anti-Semitism. They try so hard to push the false narrative that “Islamophobia” is our greatest problem, not anti-Jewish sentiment.
