The only argument you could have here is that Facebook might be subject to Israeli law. And/or the US Government has no cause for action in the case of an Israeli citizen or in an Israeli jurisdiction. And the activity – telecom service – may not be covered by treaty (although I doubt it). … If so, it could be, and should be fixed.

When Facebook violates the Constitution of the United States by censoring speech, and unlawfully discriminating against people in violation of the 14th Amendment … it is a violation of the Constitution.

It is not unconstitutional to hold them accountable.

As for Facebook’s behavior overseas:

Assuming Facebook operates as a foreign entity (as to the USA) in Israel, and assuming Sharia-compliance is legal in Israel, Facebook should still be on the hook. And it is very likely that they are.

Their activities are subject to the UCC where that applies, and to other local laws. And they are subject to numerous treaties. This would include human rights abuses.

American businesses are not simply free to violate US law on foreign soil – albeit they do so anyway. All of them are subject to a host of requirements even when they have foreign entities incorporated in said foreign countries.

But none of these rules go to my comment. All of this only goes to your silly reply.

The object of my comment was that operation of a business in the USA is a privilege – not a right. As a Demokkkratic-Nastie who hates it when Americans get a job or start a business, you should know that.

Americans must obtain a zillion levels of permission to wipe their assets long before they open a business.

And any business which violates our laws can be denied permits to operate here.

Facebook is certainly in violation of numerous laws in this case – as to acting as a foreign agent for an enemy power – and as to violating the regulations regarding interference in human rights. Likely they have also violated other regulations, but only a serious investigation would reveal those. … But none of that goes to my comment either.

Any American business that refuses service to anyone because that person is against a Hate-ideology should be not be allowed to do business in the American market until they comply with our rules.

Whether we have such a rule now with respect to telecom services is uncertain, but as to taxes, contracts, real estate, discrimination, national security, and a host of other rules – It is Constitutional – BUT IT IS THE LAW NOW!!! Businesses must already comply with numerous regulations while engaged in business overseas.

Admittedly, American businesses get away with breaking the rules: But over the years many examples of businesses violating laws have surfaced: Including child labor laws, safety, health, environment regulations, conduct of business (e.g. paola), business with foreign entities, and reporting requirements. Textiles and food manufacturers are high the list of violators.
