Clinton Foundation whistleblowers have come forward with hundreds of pages of evidence, Meadows says

Story continues below advertisementThree people have come forward with hundreds of pages of evidence of potential wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation, including misappropriation of funds and allegations of quid-pro-quo promises made to donors during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state, Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., told Fox News on Thursday.
Meadows, the leader of the conservative House Freedom Caucus, is also the chairman of the House Oversight Subcommittee on Government Operations. The panel is set to hold an investigative hearing next week on the status of the Foundation case.
U.S. Attorney John Huber was tasked to investigate the foundation last year by then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
The Clinton Foundation consistently has maintained that it is a charity, and never traded on Hillary Clinton’s position as America’s top diplomat, which she held from 2009-2013. The organization has a four-star rating from the watchdog site Charity Navigator and has touted its mission “to create economic opportunity, improve public health, and inspire civic engagement and service.”Report: FBI raids home of Clinton Foundation whistleblowerHowever, The Hill reported Thursday that prosecutors working for Huber recently requested documents from a private investigative firm that also has been looking into the foundation. The firm, MDA Analytics LLC, reportedly has contacted the IRS, the Justice Department and the FBI’s Little Rock office with evidence from its own investigation.
In addition, The Hill reported that a whistleblower submission filed with the FBI and IRS in August 2017 included internal legal reviews that the Clinton Foundation conducted between 2008 and 2011. Those reviews raised concerns about legal compliance and improper mingling of personal and charity business.

According to the Hill report, MDA investigators met with Clinton Foundation CFO Andrew Kessel in late November 2016. During the meeting, Kessel said that “one of the biggest problems was [former President Bill] Clinton’s commingling and use of business and donated funds and his personal expenses.” A separate interview memo stated that Bill Clinton “mixes and matches his personal business with that of the foundation. Many people within the foundation have tried to caution him about this but he does not listen, and there really is no talking to him.”
Last week, Fox News reported that newly filed tax documents showed donations to the Clinton Foundation plunged in the wake of Hillary Clinton’s loss to Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election. The filings showed that the foundation took in $26.6 million in 2017, a 58 percent drop from the $62.9 million it received the previous year.
A spokesman for the foundation told The New York Post the drop was “largely attributable to the absence of sponsorship and membership contributions for [the Clinton Global Initiative]”, which wrapped up in 2016. However, Meadows said that the donation drop “raises grave concerns their operations were not above board as the American people have been led to believe.
“Whenever we look at the possibility of ‘pay to play’ by government officials, current or former, it demands answers,” Meadows added, “and anyone who uses public office to sell access for their own financial benefit must be held accountable.”

Indulge me…. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if Hillary to save her own skin turned on Obama and squealed like a pig on him? She was supposed to win the first time she ran. It was Hillary that circulated doubts on Obama’s birth certificate to smear him. It didn’t work and to get even Obama called the Clinton’s, “racists”. Can you imagine how Bill, our “first black President” felt and she lost anyway. Then 2016, Trump beat her down. Again she was supposed to win. Now few want to hear her speak at her talking tour with Bill and Michele has lots of crowds and selling her book, “Becoming”. All that must bother her. She is an angry, bitter person. Wouldn’t it be nice to see Hillary spill the beans on Obama? Then again, Obama is good at getting things done without getting his hands dirty.

Why were so many people willing to protect them? Why fall on your sword for such corrupt people? Not just the people who worked for them with no power, but FBI director Comey who actually exonerated Hillary !!! Why would a man risk his reputation for the Clinton machine?

Don’t get too excited about this….Whistleblowers are supposed to be protected.
The FBI raided the house and evidence taken.. This is ILLEGAL! Most likely they will NOT let him testify with the latest excuse being “ongoing criminal investigation” Instead of “protecting sources and methods.”

The Daily Caller has an exclusive report tonight that is very troubling, and, unfortunately in alignment with a previous suspicion CTH shared when it was first announced that John Huber was scheduled to testify to congress on December 5th.
According to the Daily Caller: FBI agents raided the home of a recognized Department of Justice whistleblower who privately delivered documents pertaining to the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One to a government watchdog, according to the whistleblower’s attorney.
The Justice Department’s inspector general was informed that the documents show that federal officials failed to investigate potential criminal activity regarding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Rosatom, the Russian company that purchased Uranium One, a document reviewed by The Daily Caller News Foundation alleges.
The delivered documents also show that then-FBI Director Robert Mueller failed to investigate allegations of criminal misconduct pertaining to Rosatom and to other Russian government entities attached to Uranium One, the document reviewed by TheDCNF alleges. Mueller is now the special counsel investigating whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russia during the 2016 election.
“The bureau raided my client to seize what he legally gave Congress about the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One,” the whistleblower’s lawyer, Michael Socarras, told TheDCNF, noting that he considered the FBI’s raid to be an “outrageous disregard” of whistleblower protections. (continue reading)

Make sure you read the entire article because if the DOJ was intending to throw a bag over the entire Clinton Foundation investigation and cover-it-up, that raid is exactly what they would do. This is presumably the investigation that John Huber was/is controlling. (Huber was appointed by Obama in 2015)
If the reporting of the raid by the Daily Caller is accurate; and given the nature of the timing for that raid; and accepting the at risk elements within the whistleblower case extended beyond Hillary Clinton to Robert Mueller; and noting how the SSCI was the recipient of the information/evidence as transmitted by Michael Horowitz; there is a solid appearance of the DOJ maneuvering to cover-up the underlying DOJ/FBI corruption by seizing -and controlling- all of the evidence.

The Deep State is still calling shots. If whistleblowers are interested in martyrdom they should take the stand they have for all its worth. If not, work behind the scenes with those who expose Deep State dirty tricks – a process that grinds so slowly the perpetrators will have justice served only at their natural death..

As for activity in 2008-2011, that’s outside the statute of limitations. As for now, those chants for “Lock Her Up” could be used against the DOJ in a motion to dismiss, saying that a fair trial cannot be had.

Sadly, these three people will need more than a ‘witness protection’ program to survive. I’ve lived long enough to comprehend the depths of Clinton criminality. All the more true since Obama (and his treasonous clan) would likely ‘go down’ with them.
