Operator of New York limo company in deadly crash arrested, charged with criminally negligent homicide
The operator of the limousine company involved in Saturday’s deadly crash in upstate New York was arrested Wednesday and is expected to face charges of criminally negligent homicide.
The plot thickens.

Story continues below advertisement… Mr. Hussain’s improbable journey — from asylum-seeking immigrant to petty criminal to terror recruiter, prosecutors, has taken yet another turn. His complicated past is central to the investigation of the nation’s deadliest crash in years.
Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo said the limo had failed inspections for problems with its brakes, suspension and chassis last month, and was being driven by a man lacking the proper license to operate a commercial vehicle. The car was also not certified to carry the 18 people riding in it when it crashed.“There is a ton of information that’s got to be processed — forensic information, witness statements and other materials,” a law enforcement official said of the investigation into the crash.
State Police have made clear that they would like to interview Mr. Hussain, 62.
Lee Kindlon, a lawyer for Mr. Hussain and Prestige, said he spoke on Tuesday with Mr. Hussain, who he said has been in Pakistan for some time dealing with health issues.
“He has indicated he is willing to come back if the investigation requires,” Mr. Kindlon said.
Citing the pending investigations, he declined further comment, saying, “I think it’s best right now to let the process take place.”

Shahed “Malik” Hussain, whose undercover work for the FBI has been controversial, testified over the course of several weeks during the ongoing trial of four Newburgh men standing trial for a terrorism plot. Hussain’s role in that sting operation came under fire recently from defense attorneys who, during their cross-examinations of the government’s star witness, pried at Hussain’s finances, conflicting statements, murky background and his previously unknown criminal history in Pakistan. The case is on schedule for closing arguments this week. Meanwhile, lawyers for two Albany men convicted in 2006 of money laundering in support of terrorism said they are closely examining whether Hussain’s testimony in the Newburgh case is in conflict with his testimony at the trial in Albany four years ago. They say the government never disclosed the fact Hussain had been arrested twice for murder in Pakistan. The government said they couldn’t confirm any details, but haven’t said what they actually knew in 2006.

ALBANY, N.Y. –The operator of a limousine company involved in a crash that killed 20 people was arrested Wednesday, state police said. It wasn’t immediately clear whether the charges were related to the deadly wreck.

Nauman Hussain was taken into custody following a traffic stop on a highway near Albany, the New York State Police said in a brief news release.
No further details were released on the charges. A phone call to Hussain’s lawyer was not immediately returned.
Hussain was the day-to-day operator of Prestige Limousine, and the son of the company’s owner.State police and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the cause of the crash, the nation’s deadliest transportation accident since an air crash outside Buffalo in February 2009 killed 50 people.
The limousine ran off the road Saturday at the bottom of a long hill in Schoharie, 25 miles west of Albany. The crash killed two pedestrians and all 18 people in the limo celebrating a woman’s birthday. The limo driver was among the dead.

first, let’s be more careful on how we describe this incident. there was no “crash”. look at the photo…..the vehicle is not dented, and in other photos the windshield is not broken. the 18 people in that car were dead before it ran over 2 pedestrians and finally ran into something solid, and my guess is that some terrorist act killed them. the fact that the democrat media and our “government” refuse to mention these pesky facts tells me that the deep state was in on this

Very peculiar photo. NO broken glass. No dents. Both tires on the rear axle look to be inflated. How did 18 people die in there? Cause of death? A sudden stop from 60 mph would have bounced people around like ping pong balls and left a MESS inside and out.
Appears to be no damage to the body at all. Some thing smells very bad about this.
I saw another photo purporting to be the limo and it was a Grey colored 3/4 ton crew cab with a canopy top.

Your analysis is keen, and I implore YOU to continue monitoring the case. I suspect cover up because the US gov’t still has not come “clean” on the Vegas shooting- a huge cover up. Since the cobwebs of Obama in all Departments are weaponized against America-doint trust one thing The Gov’t, FBI or Doj says. After Kavanaugh I trust even less the despicable and insane democrats.
After sitting on the letter; Feinstein is no more authentic than Mrs Dougtfire- kinda looks like the same-wish she had the same authenticity. OH well-so much for Congress.

cars routinely run into each other head on at high speed, and it’s normal that passengers without seat belts survive with bad injuries and are strewn all over the crash site. drunks fare even better because they are so loose and unclenched at impact. it is impossible that everyone in this undented vehicle died inside the vehicle due to a “crash”

They were on their way TO the winery or whatever it was, and probably had not had drinks yet. Unless that vehicle hit the tree at a very high speed — resulting in people being thrown forward as if dropped from several floors up in a building — it’s hard to explain why everyone died. I saw some footage of the limo being winched back out and the front was stove in but only to about 1/3 back. The rest is as seen here. The families must demand answers and not let up until they get them.

Interesting point. I noticed that too. Doesn’t seem to be one dent on the rear-elevated limo. Even the front looked fine. Seemingly, if it just “went into a ditch” even a 60 mph, you’d think it would not have caused 16 (all in the car, not including the so-called pedestrians) deaths.

Very good point. And NOBODY ever bothers to ask to see a safety inspection certificate before getting into such a vehicle. If anyone did, they would be laughed out of the party.

The Muslim pieces of garbage would simply forge or produce a fake certificate anyway, so it wouldn’t make any difference. They are skilled forgers, liars and con artists. Just look at how successfully they invade the U.S. using fake documents and get jobs they’re not qualified for by using fake certifications especially in the tech and medical fields. And, of course, any scrutiny would be “Islamophobic.”

Yuuuup. You are right. Just one question though….all these so called “migrants” who are ‘running from horrible places’ – – – – why do they ALL return “home” when that is supposed to be the reason the U.S. allows them to come here?

Well, I’m sure they ‘return home’ because they got what they needed from the U.S. In the case of Mr. Hussain, getting a nice $96k annual salary, compliments of the U.S. taxpayer. In the U.S., he can live modestly on that. In paki-land, he can live like royalty. But, I’m sure he’ll return to the U.S. at some point. You know, to renegotiate his benefits package.

None of this story adds up. There were 18 people in the vehicle & they were ALL killed in a crash where there was hardly any external damage? The front of the vehicle wasn’t all caved in? I’ve seen many vehicles that were involved in fatal accidents with multiple casualties & they ALL had serious damage to completely ripped apart. Yet this stretch limo not?
If the victims weren’t wearing seat belts then their bodies would’ve been thrown against the windows & some at least would have been shattered because of the weight & kinetic energy. All the windows appear to be intact.
The vehicle was in a poor state of repair having failed 80% of a check-list (not the average 20%). I’m wondering if Carbon Monoxide from a faulty exhaust leaked into the cabin & poisoned the people who may have been dead BEFORE the Limo came to a crashing stop? And IF Carbon Monoxide leaked into the cabin, was it negligence or by design?
The authorities are VERY silent. When that happens you just know that things are being covered up.

That certainly seems a possibility. Why then, did the authorities almost immediately put out the story of the blown stop sign, hitting pedestrians, driving into a ditch? Even they had to have questions given the nature of the crash at the scene.

The Nazis used carbon monoxide when Zyklon B wasn’t available and the walls inside the “Showers” still showed where people tried to claw thru the walls while slowly dying from the CO being pumped in from a vans exhaust.

I had a friend who lived on the East Coast for quite awhile. He said Moslem are the most rotten people to work for. Lazy, always plotting something or blaming someone.

Anyone with at least a double-digit IQ knows that something is not right about the “story” in the press. How can 18 people die in a big car that didn’t catch on fire or was crushed? I’d like to see the coroner’s report; my take is that they were all dead before the car went thru the stop and it was a terrorist killing…..the FBI should investigate!

Poison gas or another chemical agent. Likely a test run for the effectiveness of a chemical attack before they scale it up and kill 1000’s more in another public attack. The FBI has become a symbol of evil thanks to massive corruption at top levels and the lack of accountability. No one is ever held fully accountable as enemies of our nation and breakers of the rule of law for personal and political gain. I have no doubt that many conservative agents have been weeded out of positions of authority and that other conservative agents hide how they truly feel while trying to maintain law and order as best they can serving under lawless people when they would rather be serving we the people. I can’t imagine what it must be like for them, biding their time and walking on eggshells with their hands tied hoping for the corruption to be uncovered and a chance to testify against the corrupt.
No one is being held fully accountable and until they are, there is no rule of law. Firing Comey was justified, but it was a slap on the wrist. I respect President Trump and have no doubt that he has a strategy in place and it takes a long time because of the depth of corruption and how widespread it is, but it is a long hard wait for we the people.
