House Dem Sets Up Legal Defense Fund For Allegedly Molesting Child

7

Rep. Tony Cardenas, a Democrat from California, has just won the approval of the House Ethics Committee to establish a legal defense fund to fight off charges of molesting a teenage girl.

Talk about seedy.

Cardenas is accused of first drugging the girl, who was 16 at the time of incident, and then sexually molesting her.

The girl’s father worked with Cardenas at the time.

More from The Daily Caller:

The House Committee on Ethics approved a defense fund that allows California Democratic Rep. Tony Cardenas to receive up to $5,000 annually from donors to cover legal costs for a molestation allegation against him.

Cardenas was accused of drugging and molesting a 16-year-old girl whose father worked for him at the time in 2007, when he was a Los Angeles City Council member, according to reports by Politico. The girl, who was a rising golfer, went with the Democratic lawmaker to a golfing event and collapsed after drinking a glass of water that Cardenas gave her, which she recalls “tasted distinctly different from both tap and filtered water.”

The girl alleged that en route to the hospital, Cardenas touched her breasts and genitals. She did not tell anyone because she feared his power and influence in the community, according to Politico.
Because the incident happened before Cardenas became a congressman, it may not be fodder for investigation by the Ethics Committee. However, because the accuser’s father was employed by the congressman, that may give the committee means to probe further, although it is unclear if they will.

Cardenas has denied the allegations, saying they are “100 percent, categorically untrue,” according to the Los Angeles Daily News. He has since went on to win the primary in California and will go on to face off Republican candidate Benny Bernal in the race for California’s 29th House district seat.

Pedophilia ain’t just for moslems … it’s a long standing practice of Democrat Party members. This is but the tip of the iceberg.

It figures for a party that claims to stand for LGBTQ+ “rights” – mainly, at the expense of “normals.” It figures for a party that insists on inflicting biological males onto women and children in women’s bathrooms (thus increasing the risk for both to be sexually assaulted or worse) – and smears anyone who stands against same as “bigoted” and “transphobic.” This is a party that consorts with groups like the so-called “Human Rights Campaign” which in its makeup, front-group background and the rest is indistinguishable from HAMAS-CAIR – in HRC’s case, a front for pedophiles, child rapists, child molesters, child sexual predators, human traffickers, peeping toms and other classes of sex offenders, and very possibly even an affiliate of NAMBLA. The Dems, after all, were the party of Barney Frank and Gerry Studds, among others.

Can anyone elaborate on the success rate of prosecution by the Ethics committee? I seem to recall it is very low-or none at all.

Someone told me that the Watergate scandal was really about gaining dirt on the Democratic party and their lust for children. Probably false report, but who knows anymore?
