For years, the victim kept this savage, evil secret — it was only on her deathbed that she unburdened herself. And this is the way for millions of Muslim women, taking the bullet for Islamic mores and traditions.
Speaking after the case, one of the woman’s three children said: “We would like this case to bring awareness of incest being committed, and for other people who may have experienced something similar to come forward so that other offenders who have committed similar crimes can be tried through the courts.”

The Judge, on the other hand, said:”Those who do this will be regarded as very serious offenders, but in this case, the harm is off the scale.
“You are of good character, but that is a shallow comment, because you have got away with this for years.”

A ‘wicked’ pensioner has been jailed after admitting incest charges for abusing his own daughter and fathering her three children.
Ashraf Khan, 81, from Bradford, was jailed for four-and-a-half years yesterday after his victim confessed to their children on her deathbed and they fought for justice for their mother.
The defendant was arrested after the woman’s husband, who had DNA tests to confirm the children’s parentage, reported the matter to West Yorkshire Police in 2012.
Prosecutor Abigail Langford told the court the complainant in the case was born in Pakistan in the 1960s, one of Khan’s six children.
She married her husband there in the early 1980s, before moving to Bradford, West Yorks, to join him and her father, who abused her and she went on to give birth to three children over a decade before passing away.
Her husband was praised today for bringing the children up as his own.
Miss Langford said: ‘It was on her deathbed she told her husband the defendant was in fact the father of her three children.’
The man did not report the matter to police straightaway, with Miss Langford explaining: ‘He wished to continue to act as a father and care for the children he had brought up as his own.’

When the matters were reported to police in 2012, Khan was back in Pakistan and did not return to the UK until 2016.
When he was interviewed in September of that year, the court heard he ‘denied having any sexual relations with his daughter’.
Miss Langford said a medical report concerning the three children had found various ailments ‘directly attributed to their incestual parentage’, including an inability to feel certain kinds of pain, resulting in injuries such as burns during their childhoods.
In a joint victim impact statement, the children said Khan’s offending had caused psychological damage and had impacted on their physical health.
Jonathan Durham Hall praised the victim who bravely opened her heart to her children before her death about their parentage and her ordeal
They also paid tribute to their mother’s ‘honourable’ husband for his ‘fortitude and selflessness throughout the years’.
Khan, from Bradford, pleaded guilty to three counts of incest a month ahead of a proposed trial.
His barrister, Nigel Jamieson, said his client suffered from poor health, but accepted a prison sentence would not be unjust.
He said: ‘He comes to court today knowing that it must be an immediate custodial sentence.’
The Recorder of Bradford, Judge Jonathan Durham Hall QC, told Khan: ‘You are a very dishonourable and wicked gentleman, we all now see.’
Speaking of how the woman brought Khan’s offending to light, the judge said: ‘Her deathbed confession, how dreadful that must have been. Unburdening her soul about this awful trauma she had carried with her.’
He told Khan: ‘Those who do this will be regarded as very serious offenders, but in this case, the harm is off the scale.
‘You are of good character, but that is a shallow comment, because you have got away with this for years.’
Judge Durham Hall said the guidelines for an offence of incest gave a maximum sentence of two years, but added the 18-month sentences for each three counts would run consecutively, giving a total prison term of 54 months.
Speaking after the case, one of the woman’s three children said: ‘We would like this case to bring awareness of incest being committed, and for other people who may have experienced something similar to come forward so that other offenders who have committed similar crimes can be tried through the courts.’
They also highlighted extracts from their victim impact statement, which read: ‘The only one who was there for us was a man of no blood relation who brought us up as if we were his own children.
‘The significant choice and sacrifice he made, we will never be able to be thank him enough.
‘It takes a special man to be a dad, as anyone can be a father. He is one of a kind and we will never be able to repay him for what he has done for us.
‘The man pleading guilty was life-changing for us.
‘He had portrayed a clean-cut image for many years, but secrets cannot be hidden and lies eventually catch up with you.
‘The psychological and mental damage he has done is significant to so many lives, especially to our lives.
‘It has been a long journey from discovering the horrific acts he committed to his daughter to reporting the matter to the police.
‘With the help and support of the fantastic police force and the CPS, today, after many, many years since our mother passed away, we have finally got justice for our mum.’

Realizing there are Brits on this site; unlike most, they are fighting the Islam takeover in their nation. There are moments, a few when there is positivity but more often than not, another Muslim horror story of deep-seated debauchery erases any positivity within Britain.
The Brit Government, its judiciary is culpable in this man’s, a so-called father, raped his daughter and fathered three children from his heinous pedophilia and sexual deprivation. A sentence of four years is not a judgment/verdict by this Sharia influenced judge; it is spitting in the face of British jurisprudence. The latter of which is negated by Sharia Law, obviously. I, for one, keep hoping the non-Muslim Brits will rise above this Islamic subjugation. I fear hope is fading.

NOW is the time to take action! Other wise this will continue. Brits still have the numbers. It is clear that the elite and judges are accepting hideous behavior and light on punishment. In normal times, in a dominated western civilization, life in prison would have been a more likely outcome.
What a heavy burden she carried. Had she spoken up soon, an honor killing may have been HER fate because her father would have denied it. Now technology vouched for her. What a horrible situation!

The only thing that pakky could be charged with was incest. He gave as stern a sentence, for that offense, that the law allowed:

You cannot really blame the magistrate for the light sentence.

This is a case of not the Judge creating new case law on sharia, but Sharia already being baked in to the laws. I am sure this is far more common than it is not within their “refugee” ranks.

Maximum sentence of 2 years (=24 months) per act of incest, times 3 children, equals 6 years maximum sentence, if incest only consists of actually fathering a child, or if you assume he had sex with her only 3 times, and made her pregnant with a child who lived to adulthood each time.
Why would any judge give one day less than 6 years in this circumstance?
Realistically, the chances of the perpetrator sleeping with the victim only 3 times are about zero. Incestuous pregnancies from 1st degree relationships (father-daughter, full brother-full sister, etc.) have so many genetic problems in the fetus, I bet the victim had at least one if not several miscarriages by her father, or even might have had another child/other children we weren’t told about who died in infancy.
She was married to another man during this time, and didn’t have any kids by him, which doesn’t bespeak her being particularly fertile, (unless it was a sham marriage, which is possible, but then how would you explain the husband being such a good dad to the victim’s children?)
All in all, I bet the incest was a life style for the perpetrator for a period of at least several years. There were dozens, if not hundreds, or thousands, of acts of incestuous intercourse, for which the prosecution and court are letting the perp skate for all except the magic three that actually resulted in live births. Unless it’s perfectly legal to bang your biological daughter in 21st century Britanistan, as long as she doesn’t actually give birth.

No, that’s the maximum for committing the crime, no matter how many times a sex act was performed. It appears that the daughter was an adult, and married, when all three of her piglets were spawned. The article speaks of the husband that, until DNA tests were performed, thought them to be his children. Of course, she was a pakky moslem sow … so … what else would someone expect?

I listened to one last night as I was walking my dog. He was talking to a would be leader of Ireland who sounded very clued up. A bloke by the name of Sharkey. I noted that he never swore the once which is not usual or at all what he’s like in the pub. I like the Rev. He’s a good man and now I know why he sometimes affects a liberal attitude, because YouTube are forever trying to close him down with many strikes and suspensions against him.

When in Manchester there was a bunch of us that used to get together in a downtown pub and have a few pints and a good laugh after work. One of these lads was a muslim name of Ash.
He ran a small garage business which was co owned with members of his own family and he had three wives. But you wouldn’t believe the vitriol that he had for islam. He hated mosques and anything to do with that ideology with a passion. His wives were all part and parcel of business deals that he had to take part in and just went with the flow.
Other muz I have known also have no regard for islam and only give a nodding acceptance of it to keep the peace within their families.
As one ex muslim on this very forum pointed out very recently: islam is dying and the number of ex muslims are growing.

indeed, i, also, have known a Muslim family who assimilated; not only assimilated their children had inter-faith marriages and varied ethnicites. I am not certain that Islam is dying; the West definitely is on its way to self-destruction and Islamization. Perhaps the ex-Muslims and those choosing assimilation should speak out to the woeful, gutless Western leadership, not that the latter would listen.

Correct, unfortunately the Judges and magistrates cannot make up their own laws and have to apply the laws made by parliament It seems in USA the judges seem to make up their own laws sometimes and also think they are mini POTUS. I am sure given the appetites of Muslim men this is by no means an unusual case.
