Israel has been under constant rocket fire this past week while the world acts as a shield for these devout savages. Nearly 200 Gaza Rockets Fired Into Israel; Sderot home hit, 3 family members injured  The incessant mortar fire from Gaza has led to rocket sirens going off in at least sixteen communities in southern Israel.

Only under Islam is targeting children, schools, hospitals and places of worship considered “righteous.”

Netanyahu: ‘IDF Struck Hamas with Hardest Blow Since Protective Edge’

“Palestinians” Fire Record Number of Rockets at Israel in 2018.

INN: Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman spoke at the start of a cabinet meeting about the latest escalation in the Gaza Strip and the possibility of continued kite terrorism under the auspices of the ceasefire reported last night.

“There is no intention to contain rockets or kites and anything,” Liberman said. “I hope that Hamas will draw conclusions, and if they do not, they will have to pay a heavy price.”

This morning, Sunday, ministers Naftali Bennett and Yisrael Katz criticized the government’s policy vis-à-vis the Hamas terrorist organization that controls the Gaza Strip.

Minister Bennett said at the cabinet meeting, “For three months, we have been witness to incendiary terror of about 1,000 balloons on residents of the Gaza vicinity. In recent days alone, the residents of the south absorbed about 200 rockets. In timing that is convenient for it, Hamas dictates that there will now be a ceasefire.”

“Let it be clear: a ceasefire without stopping terror is not a deterrent – it is surrender. I and the justice minister [Ayelet Shaked] will oppose any ceasefire that allows Hamas to rearm and continue to fire balloons at the residents of the south. The time has come to act,” he added.

Minister Yisrael Katz (Likud) added that he expects Defense Minister Liberman to present the cabinet with a proposal for a clear policy vis-a-vis Gaza.

“The collapse of Hamas and the elimination of terror, or separation from all civilian responsibility and the creation of a boundary line with full deterrence – as with Syria and Lebanon. There is no option of continuing in the current situation. It is not fair to the residents of the Gaza vicinity and harms the security of the State of Israel,” Katz said.

Now Aleppo is under attack by Israel. This is a perfect time for drills, in the midst of chaos. I thrive on it. A tidy desk is a sign of a sick mind.

It’s too bad there aren’t any decent (i.e. non-muslim) countries outside of Israel in the Mediterranean that would be worthwhile military allies.
I’d ask you how Israel has so much intel on Syrian airfields and military dispositions of Iranian/Hezbollah/Syrian forces, but I wouldn’t want you to reveal any secrets.

Interesting… from your debka link, who I also view as a good source:

However, launching military drills is a useful maneuver for underpinning a government’s policies, and the government in Jerusalem undoubtedly faces three fateful policy decisions:

An Israeli ultimatum has been issued to Hamas to halt its various forms of anti-Israel violence from the Gaza Strip – ranging from rocket fire on civilian communities; protests riots on the border fence as the pretext for terrorist attacks and infiltration; and the destructive incendiary balloon and kites. If Hamas fails to meet this demand, the IDF will continue to escalate its attacks on the strongholds and infrastructure of Hamas and other terrorist groups in the Gaza Strip. DEBKAfile is skeptical of Hamas accepting these terms of surrender, since its leaders are flush with victory after getting away with a series of terrorist harrasments for four months. Its leaders may simply pause their rockets attacks without accepting Israel’s terms and then wait and see how Israel reacts.
Another key decision depends on the outcome of the Trump-Putin summit on Monday, July 16 in Helsinki, with regard to the continued presence of Iran in Syria. If this issue is left open, the Syrian army and its Iranian allies, including an Iraqi Shiite militia, will feel free go forward for a showdown over the Quneitra region opposite Israel’s Golan border. They will be fighting under Iranian Revolutionary Guards officers.
Israel is concerned that this showdown will start in the hours leading up to, or during, the Helsinki summit.

No condemnation of Hamas attacks will befall Hamas, the Palestinians by the UN, the EU or other Western nations allied with Islam. Israel’s response to these missile attacks on her citizenry and sovereignty will be damned by the above mentioned. The bottom-feeding progressives, Democrats, Trudeau’s Liberals, May’s so-called conservatives will stand in solidarity with the scum of the earth, Palestinians, Hamas.

Israel is the only nation on this planet in which the worldview of feeble-minded, anti-Semites/Israel of the UN, and the EU face condemnation for retaliating against those firing missiles to murder and maim its citizens and Israel’s Sovereign rights.

It is time for Israel to ignore the Leftist World’s threats, the vilification from the gobs of their enemies, the EU, UN and a myriad of others. Eradicating Hamas, and its Middles Eastern, Islamic allies would be a start. Moreover, if it were an EU nation, Britain or Canada that was responding to attacks, unlike Israel, they would be backed by the above mentioned, not vilified.

Be careful what you wish for. As the United States has hopefully learned in Vietnam and Afghanistan. If the people of a country welcome you as a liberator then a guerilla war starts which no amount of firepower will win. In Northern Ireland the British spent decades spending treasure for what turned out to be 200 guns.

If Israel goes to war, which they will eventually have to do, let them fight it out.
Our help should only be a LAST RESORT.

Bennett and Katz are exactly right. A ceasefire that only helps Hamas and Islamic Jihad just when the game begins? When you give them a hand (treating incendiary kites lightly), they take the whole arm (hundreds of rockets). Israel should respond with attacks 10 times harder and continuous until their terror infrastructure is destroyed, even after they cry uncle. I don’t understand, what’s stopping Israel from doing it? the UN? Israel has all that’s required, its own immense power (the 8th world power, you’re kidding?) and President Trump’s backing. Please destroy Hamas or this will continue without end.

Frankly, Israel has to fight its own wars.
Israel can handle this. Israel is very advanced and sophisticated.
They don’t need to drag the U.S. into it at this point.
I am weary of these endless wars where we have no financial interest.

Exactly one of the most simplest and basic rules of war. You fight your enemies until they surrender or are incapable of fighting back or are eliminated. This tit-for-tat will never end, you need to finish Hamas and its supporters once and for all.

I see these events as a repeat of the Vietnam war. That war was never fought to win, and the truth is that America lost that war. When involved in a war like situation, where it is always life or death, the motivation is to use everything available to your side to win that war and utterly defeat the enemy. We never fought the Vietnam war with that military approach. We never used all the weaponry at our disposal, and we never confronted the North Vietnamese on their on ground. Wars are lost that way. Israel must face the reality that as long as they allow the Hamas to remain viable in Gaza they will continue to face this continuing conflict. I believe that Israel must wipe this enemy out completely, capture Gaza and see to the removal of all those living there by shipping them to Arab countries. That, to me, is the only way out of this mess, and will free Israel from the terror emanating from the east completely, as well as give Israel another great port for both its protection and economic growth. The rest of the world be damned!

It’s interesting to note that Nixon brought N. Vietnam to the Paris Peace talks by dropping tons of bombs on Hanoi — because when all your cities, ports of call, railroad lines, bridges and road networks are destroyed it’s difficult for the people to accept you’re winning the war. If Nixon had really wanted to go all out he could’ve begun bombing the rice paddies of N. Vietnam as well and perhaps sinking their fishing boat fleet. I believe General Curtis LeMay wanted to bomb various dams in N. Vietnam and, in general, bomb them “back to the Stone Age.”

Netanyahu is a good talker but a very weak leader. A smart leader would use these opportunities to launch massive attacks against their enemies and eliminate them. Preferably it’d be done very quietly with a media blackout.

So what if the ‘international community’ gets angry? Let them start a war with Israel too if they dare and respond with a nuke strike. This is a war, either you let your people get killed or you kill people on your enemy’s side.

I believe Israel is very limited in their means to deliver nuclear weapons. They have the IAF and a few German(!) dolphin submarines that are capable of launching nuclear tipped cruise missiles, but I’m not sure Israel has nuclear tipped cruise missiles or cruise missiles at all much less any that can be fired from underwater.

Just what is Israel waiting for, an invitation from the U.N. to be cleared to defend itself. Israel knows what must be done. They have the means to clean Hamas’ clock. So, it’s about time they get to doing just that. The time for playing nice is long over. Israel has a right to defend itself and all that Hamas is doing is nothing but pure provocation. Wait until holy hell is unleashed on them.
