The status of the Jews in France reflects the growing islamization of the country. In Muslim countries, non-Muslims are dhimma, a sub-class status denied basic human rights. And so it is in countries with growing Muslim populations. Dhimmitude: the Islamic system of governing populations conquered by jihad wars, encompassing all of the demographic, ethnic, and religious aspects of the political system. The word “dhimmitude” as a historical concept, was coined by Bat Ye’or in 1983 to describe the legal and social conditions of Jews and Christians subjected to Islamic rule. (more)
The now default knee-jerk response to Islamic jihad and Jew-hatred is psychiatric. Were Nazi soldiers mentally ill? Or were they driven by ideology? What is madness here is the response by the West to this genocidal ideology.

The Muslim neighbor of an elderly Jewish woman beat her severely before pushing her to her death out of the window. The murderer recited verses from the Quran and the now well-worn bloodcurdling “Allahu akbar.”
“He surprised her in her sleep, he beat her with fists. Her living room was full of blood, just to inform you how hard the blows were,” said Buchinger at the press conference on May 22.
The suspect shouted “Allahu Akbar” and recited Quranic verses while assaulting Halimi, and trying to strangle her, the lawyer said, adding that the suspect also yelled at Halimi to “shut her mouth” and called her a “sheitan” [devil or satan in Arabic].
Police arrived just 3 minutes after the call, but made their way to the wrong building at first. Meanwhile, another neighbor placed a call to police at 4:45 a.m. to report the beating of Halimi. More officers arrived and congregated in the apartment of the Malian family next door, afraid they were facing a terror attack and waiting for the anti-terror squad. By the time the special unit arrived, around 5:00 a.m., Halimi had been killed.
The suspect returned to the apartment of the Malian family and was arrested there without resistance at 5:35 a.m., according to the report.
A homicide investigation was opened with police on April 14, without the anti-Semitism aspect. (more here)

French Jews Furious as New Obstacle Emerges to Future Trial of Jewish Pensioner’s Antisemitic Killer

France’s Jewish community has reacted with fury to a panel of psychiatric experts’ determination that the young man charged with the brutal murder of a Jewish pensioner in Paris is mentally unfit to stand trial for his crime.
Lawyers for the family of Sarah Halimi — a 65-year-old widow who was savagely beaten and thrown to her death from a third-floor window by an intruder in the early hours of Apr. 4, 2017 — were informed on Wednesday that, according to the psychiatric panel, her accused killer, 27-year-old Kobili Traore, lacked the mental awareness required for a charge of intentional homicide aggravated by antisemitic prejudice.
The panel’s finding flatly contradicted the conclusion of a previous expert, Dr. Daniel Zagury, who examined Traore in September 2017. As The Algemeiner reported at the time, Zagury deemed that Traore’s assault on Halimi was both “antisemitic” and a “delirious act” influenced by the assailant’s heavy consumption of marijuana. However, Zagury was clear that Traore was not sufficiently intoxicated at the time of the attack to be absolved of criminal responsibility — a key demand of Traore’s lawyers.
On Thursday, Francis Kalifat — president of CRIF, the principal French Jewish communal body — decried the prospect that Halimi’s murderer might not have to face a public trial after all.
“This report closes the door to the trial we were waiting for and plunges Sarah Halimi’s children and family into utter disarray,” Kalifat said in a statement.
Kalifat added that the announcement of the panel’s conclusion had “interrupted the difficult and painful work of mourning [for Halimi] that was begun at the announcement of the recognition of the antisemitic nature of this murder.”
For several weeks after Halimi’s ordeal, France’s bitterly-contested presidential election ensured a wall of media silence around her fate, while French authorities insisted that Traore’s apparent mental illness disqualified him from the charge of antisemitism. In February this year, a court in Paris finally decided that Traore could be prosecuted for an antisemitic hate crime.
“We do not understand the obstinacy and procrastination of trying to paint this killer as a lunatic, when he is a murderer whose alleged dementia can not hide his hateful antisemitism,” Kalifat declared.
Pointing out that Halimi had been subjected to verbal antisemitic abuse from Traore, her neighbor, prior to her murder, Kalifat emphasized that the pensioner was without doubt “the victim of an antisemitic crime.”
Gilles-William Goldnadel, one of the lawyers representing the Halimi family, was similarly outraged. “In my long career, I have never seen an instruction to exculpate the accused at this point [in the legal process],” Goldnadel told broadcaster Europe 1.
The Halimi family’s legal team now fears that instead of trial and imprisonment for murder, Traore will be sent directly to a psychiatric hospital that can release him should doctors determine he no longer constitutes a threat.

The victim and her loved one are victimized over and over for the sake of a gutless nation and its judiciary. Jews are of no importance in France; if the victim were Muslim, surely the murderer would be fit for trial.
It resonates the sordid anti-Semitism of Occupied and Vichy France during the Holocaust. Occupied Francistan needs to be given back to its indigenous muslim population that has been there before there was time itself. Only when Francistan is returned to the muslim caliphate can peace be restored. We just need to rinse and repeat this in every country with a muslim or where a muslim may go.

Using the definition that is usually applied for a ruling of “unfit to stand trial by reason of >fill in the blank<" no moslem will ever stand trial under a Democratic System of Law for any crime against a non-moslem. . It's time for Mosad to start training and arming citizens of the countries being over-run by moslems attempting to take over Europe by imigration/intimidation so that the violent jihadists are removed by the modern equivalent of Vigilance Committees.

The vast majority of people who have real mental illnesses wouldn’t hurt a fly. This man hated Jews, he was a devout Muslim and he acted as his religion demanded of him. Halimi feared for her life, repeatedly alerted the police and they did nothing to protect her. They should face criminal charges and jail-time for failing to save her.
If this continues, either your nation becomes more dangerous and lawless and Islamic gangs rule, or the people will revolt and take matters into their own hands. The gov’t better get a handle on this or they might start a civil war.

French Muslim leaders must preach love and friendship with their fellow sons of Abraham, and brook no incitement in the name of Islam toward Jewry.
But alongside all that, there must also be a stalwart decision on the part of French Jews to proudly wear their Jewishness on their sleeves.
What Shmuley Boteach is advocating Jews produly wear their Je3weishness is going to result in more brutal murders of Jews living in France.
