Did FBI Officials Tamper With Documents, Withhold Information and Fail to Collect Evidence That Might Incriminate Hillary?

24

DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz concluded in his report that, although many FBI officials involved in the Hillary Clinton email investigation harbored intense anti-Trump bias, he found no “evidence” that it affected their key decisions in the case. The abundant circumstantial evidence cited in the report, as well as his testimony before Congress this week, point to the opposite conclusion.

Why would top-level officials engage in such obvious corruption? National Review’s Victor Davis Hansen correctly attributes these abuses of power to one common denominator. They believed that Hillary would win the presidency and “would reward them for going to extremes to help her.” At the time, chances of a Hillary win were over 90%. And had Hillary won, none of their questionable/illegal behavior would matter.

As Sen. Lindsay Graham (R-SC) brought up one incident after another of unethical, improper behavior on the part of FBI officials during Monday’s hearing, he asked the IG, “How did you feel about that?” Horowitz continually responded with, “We were very concerned.” Finally, Graham said, “Eventually ‘very concerned’ gets to be ‘enough already.’” Graham then asked Horowitz to reconsider his conclusion that FBI official bias had no affect on their key decisions.

Story continues below advertisement

Following are highlights from both the IG’s testimony before Congress and the report itself that lead us to believeFBI officials tampered with documents, withheld Information and failed to collect evidence that might prove damaging to Hillary.

1. Strangely, the first part of the now infamous text message exchange between Lisa Page and Peter Strzok, (“Page: “[Trump’s] not ever going to become president, right? Right?!”), was provided to the IG’s investigators, but Strzok’s response – “we’ll stop it” – was omitted. When the IG questioned this, the FBI explained it was due to a “flaw in their collection software.”

When the IG’s internal forensics team was unable to retrieve it, they turned to special FBI software, a private contractor, and finally the Department of Defense. The text was ultimately extracted from a separate database inside the phone that, whomever had initially tried to delete the message, had no knowledge of.

Judging from the difficulty the IG’s team had in recovering Peter Strzok’s now infamous text, we have to wonder how much other evidence the FBI officials either tampered with or withheld from the IG.

2. It is thought that the 302 (the FBI’s name for a witness interview report) for General Michael Flynn, who briefly served as Trump’s National Security Advisor, had been tampered with.

As Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) questioned Horowitz on Tuesday during his testimony before the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees said, “There is growing evidence that 302s were edited and changed. Those 302s, it is suggested that they were changed to either prosecute or not prosecute individuals. And that is very troubling.”

Horowitz said he had “additional information suggesting that the witness reports were changed after-the-fact in both the Clinton and Russia probes.” He said his team is currently “reviewing information concerning modified 302s.”

3. Meadows then asked Horowitz if “two anonymous FBI employees identified as making anti-Trump statements in the IG’s report were named Kevin Cline-Smith and Sally Moyer.”

Horowitz would not confirm their identities. “The FBI has declined to publicly reveal (this information), citing the supposed sensitivity of their counterintelligence matters.”

Meadows replied,

That justification may have been a sham. They don’t work in counterintelligence. If that’s the reason the FBI is giving, they’re giving you false information, because they work for the [FBI] general counsel.

4. As if we needed any more proof of America’s two-tier system of justice, when FBI officials were asked why they did not seize the mobile phones and laptops of Hillary’s closest aides, they said it was due to “the culture of mishandling classified information at the State Department which made the quantity of potential sources of evidence particularly vast.” What did they mean by this?

Tom Rogan of the Washington Examiner, says, “Put another way, the agents thought that they might find so much classified information on unauthorized servers and systems that they would become lost in the maze.”

IG Michael Horowitz questioned why FBI officials did not try to find some “middle ground” in his remarks on page 153 of the IG report:

…[This excuse] fails to acknowledge that the team was not required to take an all-or-nothing approach. For example, a middle ground existed where those devices belonging to Clinton’s three top aides – which the team determined accounted for approximately 68 percent of Clinton’s email exchanges – would have been reviewed, but devices belonging to other State Department employees would not.

Rogan’s analysis:

From my perspective, by failing to investigate material held on the personal devices belonging to Clinton’s senior leadership team and senior aides, the FBI failed in their duty to fully pursue realistic and feasible avenues of profitable investigation. Yes, it would have been utterly unfeasible to go through the devices of even senior-mid-ranking State Department officials. The bureau is rightly regarded as the world’s finest law enforcement service, but it beggars belief that the case agents didn’t even do a cursory search of those devices belonging to Clinton’s inner circle.

The FBI has investigative tools to allow for a speedy download and keyword/form specific investigation of emails from a server. That basic step would perhaps have added a few days work to the investigation, but it may also have produced physical evidence to indicate prima facie criminal mishandling of classified material.

I suspect that many police officers around the world would be shocked by this failure. As will the intelligence services of China, Russia, France, and Israel who, based on their traditional espionage tradecraft and targeting, likely focused on Clinton’s inner circle as a possible gold mine.

If the FBI found evidence of wrongdoing on any of those devices, which was a pretty sure bet; they would have had to file charges and just could not take that chance. They wanted to bring their investigation to a speedy conclusion without any unnecessary or damaging detours along the way so they could focus their guns on then-candidate Donald Trump.

It is highly likely that FBI officials have hidden and/or provided false information to investigators. Certainly, the three aspects of a crime are present. Their motives are obvious. Because they had possession and/or access to the documents and knew how to edit them (in most cases), they had the means and the opportunity as well. Under the circumstances, and given the growing evidence that points to it, it is not a stretch to believe these officials would act in their own self-interest.

My take: The FBI investigation that started as a Hillary Clinton improper email use, evolved into a coverup because it lead back to President Obama. If Clinton had won the election, the whole thing would have been swept under the rug and all the people involved investigating and those guilty, would still have jobs and the public never informed. But Trump winning resulted in a course correction and ambiguous claims of Russian collusion claims against Trump to divert attention away. Now, the whole thing is unraveling and should eventually cause a lot of people to point fingers to save their own hides. At a minimum, Comey and Strzok should see jail time. Clinton and Obama should as well based solely on classified information over insecure email, but I won’t hold my breath.

Clinton mafia still active after Trump takeover as they kill another witness to email investigation http://tinyurl.com/y8p9cv5l

They know their hold overs in FBI / DOJ /NSC will help them out !

Unless they are totally purged including Left/Liberal judges to keep out their bias …its uphill task to prosecute them.

Comey and Clinton have already taken their respective CYA battle to Twitter. What’s the old saying, “No honor among thieves.”?

If only our nation were not under siege and peril by the embedded subversives, Americans might learn the truth. Good post, I fear that nothing will come of the never-ending corruption, treason and the evildoings perpetrated by Obama, Hillary, Comey, the list is endless. The Democrats’, a Mobster Syndicate is a deeply-rooted malignancy and metastasized; they, not unlike the Mafia, will stop at nothing to regain power or keep the criminal and seditionist enterprise going.

And the ties to foreign leaders would also be produced. Globalism is obviously in full motion in Europe & Obama had been setting us up for it as well for Hillary to finish it up.

So much corruption at the highest echelons of our government. It is too much to hope that they would be beyond politics, because they clearly are NOT.

In the emails publicized there is profuse anti-Trump sentiment in street level slurs but also direct and indirect threats such as “we’ll stop” his taking office, an “insurance policy” to prevent his Presidency, and “walking around with both guns” in the event he is elected. The bottom line is they couldn’t “stop it” if they first stopped Clinton.

No bias, my ass!

“No documentary evidence…” is a joke. Technically that may be true for paper-based documents, but emails and texts are legally admissible as evidence. The IG’s own report provides ample evidence of bias, but the DOJ refuses to act upon it. Horowitz was hailed as some sort of White Knight before the report issued.
But now we know the reality: Horowitz is just another Swamp critter, excusing the FBI and failing to indict or take any real action. The further ‘investigations’ that Horowitz promises are a column-of-smoke and won’t lead to any indictments or prosecutions. The Deep State protects itself…

Well, as was said when Perot was running for President – he & his family were threatened so he pulled out of the race, and the coincidental Clinton body count, and Trump even hiring his own guards during the campaign for he & his family, it’s not unreasonable to believe that such threats were imposed upon Horowitz & possibly Sessions as well. We aren’t dealing with the boy scouts here. It IS a Mafia of sorts. They clearly will stop at nothing.

This is so ridiculous and you couldn’t make this up. Anyone else would be rotting in federal prison. Integrity and FBI are not things I put together, and after laying out the case that shows anti Trump bias throughout, no proof of bias? Just like Comey laying out a case for indicting Clinton, then “no reasonable prosecutor” crap? So much shoveling horse manure going on. A Grand Jury should have been impaneled for Clinton and let them decide.

Yes, yes and yes. With the left in control nothing is too low for them to stoop too. Especially if it’s to take out the white in shining armor.

FBI BIAS? DOJ BIAS? Nooooooo! Wait. Stop! I’m shocked. SHOCKED, I tell you! But, but, but,…..Hillary, AFTER SEVEN MONTHS following request to turn over all documents, computer discs, hard drives, cell phones, etc, actually DID….turn over the “washed hard drive….minus 33,000 e-mails, AND seven or eight cell phones that she had “fine-tuned” with HAMMERS!

And they’ve been awarding ample time to these bozos to turn over their documents as well to permit them to destroy, edit, or hide what they need to. Manfort & Cohen were raided as is usually the case, but not the Clintons or these corrupt thugs. Disgusting.

That is why obama’s first acts were to place muslim sympathizers in charge of every important office. obama has been the greatest warrior of islam and his actions could bring down the entire Western Civilization. Unless we see obama and clintons at the end of a rope we are doomed to be under sharia. All of these media frenzy’s like the current ‘child separation’ are by islams drumbeat as they have bought up most of the media.

Unfortunately, part of their power is to commit voter fraud. They just underestimated how well Trump would do so didn’t dredge up enough dead people & illegals.
I don’t believe for a minute that mid-terms will be legit.
