Turkey was long renowned as the global model of a “moderate” Muslim country, but stories such as this one show what has always been the reality, especially now that President and would-be caliph Recep Tayyip Erdogan is rapidly re-Islamizing the country. And this is not a singular or unusual incident. Mein Kampf is a bestseller in many Muslim countries. “Mein Kampf” in Arabic is “My jihad.”
The enduring popularity of Hitler in Muslim countries isn’t really any surprise. Islamic antisemitism is in the Quran.

Under Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his party, the AKP, antisemitism in Turkey has increased. In early 2005, Adolf Hitler’s Mein Kampf was the fourth best-selling book in the country, selling 50,000 copies.[1] It is now available not only in bookstores but at venues such as Migros[2] – the country’s fourth-largest supermarket chain, with over 1,800 locations.[3] Thirty-five separate Turkish book-publishing houses have printed translations of it by at least 21 different translators; of these 35 editions, eight were published in 2016, nine in 2017, and another one in February 2018.[4] There have been attacks on synagogues[5] and antisemitic depictions of Jews on television programming on the Turkish state-owned TV network TRT,[6] as documented by the MEMRI Tom Lantos Archives on Antisemitism and Holocaust Denial. Turkish antisemitic content has spread to other social media platforms, including Facebook and YouTube, and President Erdoğan and other AKP politicians have been depicting Jews and Israel as foes and using them as scapegoats in order to rally voters ahead of the general elections set for June 24, 2018.[7]
This report includes Turkish-language tweets praising Hitler and Nazism. Though many are from May 2018, this report includes tweets dating back to 2010. The tweets include references to Hitler and Jews such as: “If Hitler had lived, maybe now your lineage would be extinct and the world would be purified of a handful of filth” and “Hitler and Nazi Germany will be known and remembered with gratitude and respect.” Many include a quote attributed to Hitler: “One day you will curse me for every Jew I did not kill.” The tweets in this report received a total of approximately 1,500 “likes” and 480 retweets.

Thanks for this article Pamela. I luv u!! I was gonna put up a photo or 2 of Amin Al Husseini, but as usual, you beat me to it. Thinking today, June 6, of my late father and grandfather, landing in France at Omaha Beach. They lived to come home the next summer after a rough trip through France, Belgium and Germany. My mom’s side didn’t fare so well. Several of her aunts, uncles and cousins died at the hands of the butchers in Buchenwald. My father’s army unit liberated that hell hole in April 1945. I saw a color film of an American soldier, hitting an SS guard with the butt of his rifle as they walked past a pile of naked dead people outside the walls of one of the buildings there. He cracked the guards head open. Blood and brains squirted out and the German fell to the ground. Other American soldiers stood around and watched, Did nothing. Walked off…..there have been a few moments when I wished it was me hitting that guy.

Maybe you are right. For if he killed all of them there would be no Moslem alive today since you would start killing each other off. Tribe by tribe till no Moslem is left.
But you would have likely starved or die of disease first since Jews feed and take care of you, which you resent and deflect your hate too.
So, today, all Moslems should get on their hands and knees and thank the Jew for keeping him alive and disease free and delays his death by another Moslem.

The Turks will never learn. As contained in T.E. Lawrence’s “Revolt in the Desert”(’25) and the later movie based on Lawrence’s book “Lawrence of Arabia”(’62), the Turks aligned with the Germans during WWI and losing, thereby destroying the Ottoman empire.
