WATCH VIDEO: Iran violently cracks down, police open fire on peaceful protesters

27

This is not going away. The people of Iran, yearning to be free, learned brutal and bloody lessons from the crushing putdown of the freedom movement in 2009. Back then, Obama betrayed them. But now, Trump is President. Not only do they know how the murdering mullahs will respond, they have the American president and the Israeli Prime Minister at their back.

The Islamic Republic will not put this one down easily — not without a civil war.

They are just totally fixated on the right; while the Muslim Nationalists continue to destroy their society. Where is the #MeToo movement in Europe?!

OK UN! time to condemn Iran because your so fond of condemning Israel!

Or at least they can Al-taqiya pretend that they “condemn violence”.

I realize that the protestors are standing against a very bad situation. However, the “peaceful protestors” set a vehicle and police station ablaze. Another example of moslems … just bein’ moslems.

Iran is really not much different than China, except they have more religious fanatics.

China, although they’ve been known to have stolen intellectual property, DOES develop many high technology devices and requisite software, on their own. Iran? China is known for its workers, think of the US companies (apple ring a bell?) that outsource manufacture to them. Iran? China has millions of very wealthy capitalists, many billionaires (US dollar billionaires). Iran? China manufactures high quality goods, many for their own brands and many for Bosch, Hitachi, Milwaukee, Ridgid, Makita, and the list runs into the thousands. Iran? China is known for decent universities and OK engineers. Iran?
I don’t see too may similarities between China and Iran.

Most of the stuff manufactured in China , we call Chinese junk ! As a shipbuilder , when I needed a tool from the tool crib , if they offered me a Ryobi or a Makita , I told them to stuff it ! Give me a Milwaukee or nothing ! At least it had an AMERICAN name and wasn’t as crappy as the other junk !

Milwaukee was purchased by TTI (Techtronic Industries) in 2005,. during the booshy years. It was purchased from AEG (kraut company) that acquired it in 1995. AEG sold it to TTI. It hasn’t been an American company since willum jeffersun clownton (1995). They’ve been making some tools, in chinee land, since the late nineties. For the past few decades, everything’s been made in china excepted the corded Sawzall.

My son has been part of a demolition team pulling down a coal powered power station. The old tools he salvaged made from Australian British and American steel are just beautiful.
Must support local products. 2 years ago I bought a $650 Australian made extension ladder. The Chinese equivalent was $500. Noticed the other week that the Australian company has gone out of business and the Chinese ladder is now $650. Oh and the Chines brand is named ‘Koala’.

Ryobi is a pos. Makita, if you can find a Japanese made tool, is great. However, most are made in China. Milwaukee is owned by the same company as Ryobi (Ridgid and Emerson Professional as well), which is TTI. Although TTI is a Taiwanese company, all of their Ridgid, Ryobi and Milwaukee products are made in the same factories … in the PRC. American name, but Chinese built. Until Milwaukee came out with its “Fuel” line, Makita tools kicked their butts. Decent enough product, an American name, BUT chinee built.
The only tool that Milwaukee sells, still made in the US, is their corded Sawzall. But, their cordless models are chinee made.
They actually had Ryobi in the tool bin? That’s crap, even for a home owner.

Whenever President Trump speaks and condemns the sole supreme power in Iran, the treacherous dictator mulla Khamenei, there are huge uprisings and demonstrations by Iranians, against their supreme leader. This is quite amazing.

I think they realize that they have someone backing them up for a change. No more apologies for allowing / encouraging barbarians to run wild! If you are evil – you will die!

This is what happens when you have a selfish person like the Shah and then a revolution that results in an evil theocracy. Iran was 100% better with the Shah.

Well, it was maybe better, but not by very much. I personally think they were better before they were converted to Islam.
