Kyle Kashuv said: “I find it utterly vile that he’d call a Jew the next Hitler. It’s also quite telling that he doesn’t know that Hitler took the people’s weaponry and I want more law-abiding citizens to have firearms.”
Kashuv is right. The left is unhinged, and it is clear that Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, like colleges and universities all over the country, as well as most other high schools, is no longer a center of learning, but merely an indoctrination center for the hard left. After what happened there, for teachers to be defaming Jewish students and calling for a disarmed populace is monstrous. Gregory Pittman and the school administrators owe Kyle Kashuv an apology. But will he get one? That’s doubtful.

A Parkland, Fla., history teacher allegedly called a pro-Second Amendment Jewish student “the Hitler type” and “dangerous,” according to a Friday report.
Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School teacher Gregory Pittman allegedly made the remarks about junior Kyle Kashuv in class when a student mentioned a Twitter dispute between Pittman and Kashuv, reported Fox News.
“I find it utterly vile that he’d call a Jew the next Hitler,” Kashuv told Fox. The student’s family moved from Israel to the U.S. in the 1990s. “It’s also quite telling that he doesn’t know that Hitler took the people’s weaponry and I want more law-abiding citizens to have firearms.”
Pittman allegedly made the comments during a class in which Kashuv was not enrolled. At least three students told the junior that the teacher said he was the “next Hitler,” according to the Sun Sentinel. The Twitter dispute precipitating the alleged remarks started when Kashuv posted a video and photo documenting his first gun shooting experience with his father, an Israel Defense Forces vet.
Security officers questioned Kashuv about with whom he visited the gun range and what weapons he used. One officer allegedly said, “Don’t get snappy with me, do you not remember what happened here a few months ago?”…

Why is it that the REAL Nazis are the first to call some one else a Nazi. Hitler disarmed the German people and took away their book/burned them. What kind of teacher distorts real history, he should be fired, tenure or no tenure, for false teaching, changing the true meaning of words to suit his/her agenda. Enough of this BS in our schools. I hope the parents sue him, the school and the school board for defamation, lying and what ever else they can think of. And if the school is part of the government, unlike the bar, it would also be violating the 2nd amendment.

As a retired social studies teacher, Hitler stated early on that the greatest threat to German national security was a Jew with a gun. In order to be good citizens, they surrendered their weapons, and the rest is sordid history.
The Second Amendment protects all the others.
Be safe, be trained, be alert.

That teacher needs to go back and get a real education, hitler is the tyrant who TOOK GUNS AWAY, not the other way around, and the student is in favor of keeping them, as the CONSTITUTION says, so that would make him anti-hitler at least in that way.

I differ with your/and others comment. I taught for over 18 years in elementary schools, I left when the “principal was too racist to endure”, to adults in a refrigeration school. I have worked as a mechanic on cars. I have also worked as a mechanic on heavy construction equipment. I have also been a carpenter / electrician / and mason. I have enjoyed each of these professions. However, I loved teaching, ESPECIALLY when a child’s eyes LIGHT UP with understanding when they grasp the topic being taught.

I taught and coached for 26 years and retired in disgust after the cheap personal politics took hold. When you are part of a coaching staff that wins the district title and all get fired, you better check your hole card. Oilfield down here pays better.

I grew up doing carpentry work with my father and uncle. I had “on the job” training. Every day since 16 years of age I was schooled in the arts of wood work, refrigeration, electrician and masonry. I am “re-tired” now.

Around fifteen years ago, around three years after returning to the “Big Island”, I had a contract to run 7 1/2 inch crown, throughout all hallways and common areas, in a local hotel. Due to the size, it had to be cut on the flat. Moreover, the crown was owner supplied, and varied … It looked great, but differences between each packet was not slight. So, I told the “finish carpenters” to measure the spring angle on each package, as there were variances. Every “Chuck and a Truck” asked, “What’s a spring angle?” To which I answered, “Figure up your hours. I’ll cut you a check.”
Most “carpenters” are not carpenters.

crown molding was always fun to work. The molding must have been gotten from different batches of runs to be various sizes. The same is true for door/window moldings. Had to match them up to get a good job at fitting.

For decades, almost two in particular, I logged, and billed, hours that were over one hundred per week. I was never home. In one case, close to two years passed where I didn’t see my children … saw my wife, only twice.
Bein’ an old fart is the best of times. I have to arise early, to take care of a few things. But, if I so desire … I can go back to bed around 8:30 or so.
I’m not living out of airports and suitcases. Heck, there are weeks when I don’t even leave my residence property.

Also, had they responded to calls about the kid gunman and even did a little investigating, the whole thing could have been stopped. So now they jump all over a mere video of a kid and his dad at a range – talk about trying to close the barn door after the horses have bolted – where were you when you were really needed. Parents need to stand up and demand ways to report on teachers who abuse their positions to teach a political agenda. An anonymous complaint system like the media uses makes sense. That and deunionizing teachers. But this is beyond that. This teacher is a vile and vicious bully to ridicule a child with a different opinion. Should do time in jail for this.

I’m sure the kid did “remember what happened there” a few months ago…..because everyone and their grandmother knows that there was more than a half dozen times that shooter could have been stopped from all the reports local social services, local police, and even the FBI knew about the shooter…..and did nothing. And to add injury to insult, theirincompetent, cowardly law enforcement refused to go in and stop it…..
And apparently the Libtards there don’t realize it was HITLER WHO TOOK AWAY EVERYONE’S’ GUNS….so they could slaughter the Jews and anyone else they deemed unfit to live.

We home schooled our descendants. Eventually they went on to university, it all worked out, though it was not as easy as just sending the kids to re-education centres to be indoctrinated. Though they all came out throughly indoctrinated against the stupidity of the present education system.

Although, the kids did very well … until they hit university. Freakin’ sea change. Two have outgrown their indoctrination, although one has not completely done so. It’s all my fault. The x is a rather brilliant person other than it does not appreciate the finer points of my personality. Somehow we got through the home schooling as did several other people we know. It is not easy, sometimes I am not sure it was the best path, but it did work out.

I had three natural children and at age 45 I adopted my former husband’s granddaughter as an infant…..I home schooled her after I saw what was happening in public schools and took her out after 7th grade and home schooled. She went to community college at age 15 and had a degree by 17….it was not as hard as people think ….so many classes and information on the internet …..
However, after I saw the indoctrination at the community college I decided a four year college was out…..judging by what I’ve seen going on at four year colleges I made the right choice….

Even if the “security officer” is a deputy sheriff, or a police officer with a local municipality, their questioning of a student falls under the same parameters as that of school administration, as long as they’re a school “security officer”. That matters little, as long as they run, hide, and “shelter in place”, as opposed to protecting students and staff. THAT is the poeleeeese way, cowards one and ALL.

Kashuv was not suspected of having committed any crime, so why were “security officers” questioning him. Did they detain him unlawfully? Was he charged with any offense? Why is it a “security officer’s” business what kind of gun someone uses, or who he’s with at a gun range? Is this the year 2018, or 1933? Is Kashuv’s ‘dossier’ being prepared to be sent to headquarters for review? Those security officers, the school district and the state should all be sued for violating his rights. A message must be sent to these ‘new brown shirts’ that freedom loving Americans are sick of that sh*t!

(He is a teacher at Pittman High Schoolin Florida).
When did it become okay to ambush kids in school by teachers?
As opposed as I am against litigation, the teacher should be sued by the teenager for
bullying, slander and targeting a student for his lawful belief in the second amendment.

Most people have a hazy notion of history. Their knowledge is history is pre-Hitler and post-Hitler. Pre-Hitler was a dark, dark time where evil people ran amok doing evil things culminating with Hitler himself. Post-Hitler is them coming along and making the world a better place. And that’s it!
If you explain to them that it’s way more complicated than that, their eyes glaze over and they look for an avenue of escape. This is why Hitler references are so common. This is why everyone who disagrees, however mildly, is a “Hitler”. With this view of history, the founding of America, the writing of the Constitution, the freeing of the slaves is all pre-Hitler.
It all, therefore, doesn’t matter and should be regarded with suspicion as tainted with evil. That is also why they are going after all the statues; who among them wants a pre-Hitler commemoration?
