Politician of Merkel’s party will earn millions with refugees in her hotel

75

Now we begin to see why no mainstream politicians are speaking out against the massive Muslim migrant influx into Germany. It’s all about money for them. They jump on the gravy train, making money off the Muslim migrants by housing them in hotels or providing some other services. It is no surprise that no effective opposition has yet developed to Merkel and her policies. Yes, there is AfD, but they never had a realistic chance of denying Merkel power. And most politicians wouldn’t dare turn against her. It’s much more lucrative to abet Germany’s national suicide.

In the short run, anyway.

“Politician of Merkel’s party will earn millions with refugees in her hotel,” Voice of Europe, April 15, 2018:

Story continues below advertisement

For hotel owners the refugee crisis is big business in Germany. Only in Cologne 2,200 refugees already live in hotels and owners receive a compensation of between 20 to 35 euros per day.

It now turned out that Andrea Horitzky, a local politician of Merkel’s CDU party, is one of the hotel owners that has a long term contract with the city to host refugees. But that’s not the whole story.

Compared with other hotels in Cologne, Horitzky’s seven-year contract is the longest of all. The deal was also made at a time when the number of refugees had already decreased significantly.

According to Germany’s Bild, 26 refugees currently live in the hotel, at a compensation of 35 euros per person daily. But there will be more beds available soon as Horitzky has plans to renovate the hotel and expand its capacity with five extra beds. As the contract is non-terminable, the CDU politician could earn up to 2.4 million euros, Bild reports.

The city administration does not want to confirm whether the CDU politician herself was involved in the negotiations about the two million euro deal.

Horitzky tells the Express: “The hotel is my profession and therefore my private business. The other is my volunteer involvement in the CDU. I want to do something for the people of Cologne.”…

Collusion and folks wonder why people with any sense loathe politicians. Germany isn’t the only nation overrun by corrupt, self-serving politicos. As mentioned by AM, Cologne, the entirety of Germany has been turned into a rape-zone while this piece of filth and Merkel watch their nation slip-slid-away underfoot of the Cult, Islam. It is time for these self-serving traitors who under the banner of leadership pay the ultimate price for their treachery, a firing squad.

It’s shocking how people are so quick to sell out their country. Look at Catholic Charities – MILLIONS was spent for them to resettle this filth. They even had the gall to complain when Trump stemmed the tide of Muslims coming here. It was ALL about the money. There was another charity that made millions – it was a Lutheran charity but by far the Catholic one was worse.

You are not alone, Felix. If and when the Democrat contagion retakes the Presidency, this Republic will be ‘revolutionized’ or morphed into a totalitarian state. The leftists today are a hybrid, a commingling of Fascism, Marxism and a dose of Islam. This political and theocratic concoction will spell doom for the Liberal hybrids. Islam will only settle or abide for a Theocratic State; the Dems and their acolytes are too imbecilic to realize Islam is not an ally or part of any political recipe to regain power. Obama sponsored and encouraged a pro-Islam, anti-American from which this ‘hybrid’ was born. The polarization of America is and continues to be his evildoing, not Trump as the Dems and the Fifth Column MSM want Americans and the world to accept.

This reminds me of Section 8 housing. Landlords that can’t rent out a house or apartment can sign up with the government. The government will PAY two or three times or more the amount of rent to the owner. Owners make MORE money on it and the vacancy is filled. There is every incentive for short term gain.

Sure the place maybe trashed with renting out to crap but some see it as worth it when they are getting excessive rent for the dwelling. This trashes up the neighborhood and makes the area less safe because of what or who is in the dwelling. Many renters don’t take care of where they are renting and it is worse when they renter pays nothing to be there.

My friend used to manage an apartment bldng. in Los Angeles whose management company one day decided to let in Section 8 residents — not 6 months later his maintenance man was thrown off a balcony by gangbangers who had falsely obtained residence there by using a girlfriend eligible for section 8. The relatives of the dead maintenance man came by to exact vengeance and a shoot out happened in the gangbanger’s residence. The next day nearly all the non-Section 8 residents moved out and my friend handed in his resignation.

My dad used to buy foreclosures and rehab them. To finance them, he restored classic cars. He’d restore them, keep them for six months and then sell them putting the money in real estate. That was in addition to his white color job. So he was busy. I helped out and learned allot about houses and did allot of house painting. He never used Section 8 housing but someone did approach him about it and he declined. He’d rather leave a rental empty than deal with garbage. He trusted realtors to properly screen people. Some realtors are good and some are not.

Anyway, he bought a row house in Phila., YEARS ago!. It was run down but mostly cosmetic clean up was needed after appliances and carpeting were replaced. A realtor handled the lease and rent part. We’d stop in to make sure the property was okay and that is when the neighbors begged him to get rid of the tennents. This was back in the 1970’s. They were Muslims. They didn’t know how many lived there. There was always a parade of people coming and going. It sounded like they made it into a flop house. They also had a HORSE living with them. I kid you not. A HORSE! I knew nothing about Islam in those days… today I’d wonder if they took turns raping it! They probably did.

To make a long story short after ALLOT of legal hassles they were finally EVICTED! You wouldn’t believe the condition of the house. They ripped the toilets out, sinks out, horse poop all over, backyard filled with dirty diapers etc. They’d just open a window and throw dirty diapers in the yard. It was horrendous. It was filthy. They had mice and rats running around IN the house…food all over the place – on the walls ceilings – all over. I could do on and on. It was a wreck!
We cleaned it up and then sold it. That was the only property in Phila. and even back then, the city was INSANE to deal with. Phila. is VERY corrupt.

Muslims truly are filthy pigs that destroy anything the are in contact with. They also KNOW how to work the system. They were a real headache. Even the horse, they’d hide him so when someone came around the horse wasn’t present and say whoever said that a horse lived there was lying. So neighbors took pictures of it through the windows when no one was home to help us get them out! There was no way a HORSE was allowed in there. NO PETS was on the lease.

As mentioned, in those days we knew nothing about Muslims. We just didn’t like them after that experience and where we lived there were NONE. So we really had no contact with them.

How do you hide a horse in a house? How did they explain away the smell? And yes, they probably did take turns raping it. When the last one was ‘finished’ his buddy was probably ‘starting’ on the front section, cutting it up, getting the meat ready for dinner.

felix1999

They mainly kept it in the living room. Other times we can only guess it was kept in the basement or on the second floor upstairs. The basement had no windows and on the second floor you couldn’t look in from the street level. There was horse poop all over! So we guessed that is what they did.

Neighbors could take pictures of the horse when it was on the first floor near a window. They would call the house to make sure no one was home and then go over with their cameras and take pictures through the window to help us get them out. They didn’t want them there either and had gotten to know us when my dad first bought it and saw us fixing it up. The neighbors were really nice people and we wanted this to be a long term congenial situation.

The smell was horrendous. I don’t remember how my dad got rid of that. I think he called someone else in to handle it but I don’t remember who they were or what they did to get rid of it. It was probably some kind of a cleaning service. All carpeting, appliances, toilets, tubs, sinks, tile floor in the bathroom and kitchen cabinets had to be replaced or if possible just repaired. Of course it needed to be repainted and outside clean up. They totally trashed the house. Once it was salable it was immediately put up for sale.

What made it difficult to get rid of them is they’d STOP paying rent. So the realtor and if needed a lawyer would go after them for non payment. Renters had a certain amount of time – I don’t remember maybe three or four months as an extension – to pay the rent or a PART of the rent to show good faith. That is what they’d do. Run out the clock and make a partial rent payment and you’d start all over again looking for FULL payment and BACK payment. The horse evidence was critical in helping to evict them and end the games. The lease was clear – NO PETS, let alone a HORSE! It became a money loser between lack of rent payment and legal fees.

Oh, they didn’t always pay their utility bills for water, electricity and heating. We found that out later since that was their obligation to pay as a renter. They tried to approach US for their lack of payment and we refused since that was in the lease as their obligation. It was quite an experience.

Wow. I’m sure as a landlord, it was a nightmare dealing with those degenerates. If that had happened today, it’s likely Al Sharpton would set up a podium in front of the sidewalk, the usual group of characters in the background, and claim it’s ‘racist’ the way your tenants were being unfairly treated. He would of course gloss over the fact that they had not paid any rent but and made a pig sty of the place and instead focus on how you were ‘forcing’ them to live in sub-standard conditions. He would hold a baby in his arms and point out other completely false aspects of their living conditions that would portray you as a completely greedy landlord intent on making children sleep on the sidewalk. Sound crazy? Yep.

We finally evicted them for violating the lease of having a “pet” a HORSE! The pictures were evidence. We finally got a good lawyer. The pattern of non payment was clear.

This was a brick row house. today you might call it a townhouse. It was the corner unit so they only shared one side (wall) with their neighbor. It had a full unfinished basement and an attached single car garage, first and second floors. The first floor had a livingroom, dining room kitchen and a bathroom (toilet and sink). The second floor had bedrooms and a full bathroom (shower, tub toilet and sink). The layout was typical.

Thankfully they had no access to the garage which was backed up to the basement. That was behind the house. The garage was rented out to another guy who stored something in there – I think it was either plumbing or building supplies. He was a contractor that lived in the neighborhood and needed more storage space.

Actually, tatka, as someone that owns multiple properties, I do not accept Section 8. Laws do not require such. The Fair Housing Act does not mandate such. Moreover, if the owner does not accept Section 8, there are no dealings with HUD’s FHEO (Fair Housing And Equal Opportunity). I cannot discriminate on age, sex, religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc. However, I do not have to accept tenants that cannot pay their own rent. I can always find some reason to disqualify a moslem … any number of ways.

I couldn’t answer that. The incentive is there to do as little as possible with slum tenants. The tenants have MORE RIGHTS than the landlord. At least that is what it was like in Phila. at that time and I doubt that it has improved. It is most likely worse! I would NEVER recommend being a landlord in a city. Most cities are controlled by DEMS and they really screw the landlord over. They always side with the slum tenant. All the city wants is money out of you – taxes, permits etc..

Phila is TOTALLY corrupt! TOTALLY! Back in the 1960’s we joined the “white flight” to leave and moved to the suburbs.

Thank God my mother was a methodical record keeper. Years later, maybe ten or more, the city of Phila, sent them a letter looking for payment on BACK TAXES for the house we used to live in, in the Fox Chase section of Phila. . Believe it or not it was a brick cape cod style house, great backyard and across the street was FARM LAND!. We’d run around the corn field as kids and in the fall they’d have horse shows on another section of the farm.

Eventually the farmer sold it and row houses were out up. Between that, the constant school strikes, race riots and trying to bus school kids into a ghetto and have the ghetto kids bussed into our school district, we moved! This was back in the 1960’s. They moved just in time. After we moved to the suburbs, the housing prices went sky high! Had they waited another year, it would have been hard to afford living in the suburbs.

Anyway, my mother had ALL the cancelled checks and bills stapled together for the taxes and filed away that they tried to claim we owed. So gathered it all up, and they went down to city hall and let them make COPIES of it. They never heard from them again. How many people keep records like that? Most don’t. My parents were shocked because it was YEARS later that Phila. tried to get them on taxes that they had already paid on the house we moved from years ago!
