Jack Dorsey, the chief executive at Twitter, gave a thumbs-up to an article penned by a liberal-leaning techie Peter Leyden that called for the extermination of the Republican Party.
Really? Could the obvious leftist-leanings — and accompanying censorship of conservatives — of these social media mavens get any more in-your-face?

Leyden, in his piece, said the Republican Party is morally indefensible, akin to the Confederacy during the Civil War.
And Dorsey, in a tweet, wrote “Great read.”

According to the article’s author – another liberal tech CEO called Peter Leyden – the Republican party is now so morally indefensible on every level that it is equivalent to the Confederacy in the Civil War, which had to be defeated because it was on the “wrong side of history.”
Leyden writes:
Let’s just say what needs to be said: The Republican Party over the past 40 years has maneuvered itself into a position where they are the bad guys on the wrong side of history. For a long time, they have been able to hide this fact through a sophisticated series of veils, invoking cultural voodoo that fools a large enough number of Americans to stay in the game. However, Donald Trump has laid waste to that sophistication and has given America and the world the raw version of what current conservative politics is all about.
The Republican Party is all about rule by and for billionaires at the expense of working people. Trump is literally the incarnation of what the party stands for: shaping laws for the good of billionaires and the 1 percent. His cabinet is stuffed with them.
The Republican Party is the party of climate change denial. Trump is the denier-in-chief, but there are 180 climate science deniers in the current Congress (142 in the House and 38 in the Senate), and none of them are Democrats. More than 59 percent of Republicans in the House and 73 percent of Republicans in the Senate deny the scientific consensus that climate change is happening, that human activity is the main cause, and that it is a serious threat. Another way to say it is that the Republican Party is in the pocket of the oil and carbon energy industry. Trump just cut through the crap and named Exxon’s CEO as our secretary of state to unravel the United Nations climate accords. No beating around that bush for the sake of appearances — Trump burned the bush down.
Jack Dorsey is now busily trying to row back from suggestions that when he wrote “great read” he was in any way endorsing the liberal-fascist sentiment of Leyden’s extraordinary, anti-democratic screed.

Don’t pay attention to the far-left retards, most liberals are more centrist and rational. We cannot afford a civil war, when we’re already trying to fight Islam. We need unity in America to deal with the many real threats like Iran, China, NK, Russia and the growing terrorism threat in Europe.

I really wish all non-Muslims read the Quran/Hadiths and understood the Muslims’ deceptive nature. Once you understand that most Muslims will never accept others, only then will people realize they are at war against us and that we need to deal with them accordingly.

The left speaks of diversity, of deference for the individual, and yet they wish to punish or harm those who voted for a different candidate? So what are we? Are we robots, are we slaves? Why are we castigated for our own personal choices or beliefs?
If they are so accepting, then why the snickering and insults when are First Lady prayed the Our Father? Is her accent too strong? Why has she been so often given the cold shoulder? Is that polite, or nice? Is she thus treated because she is Republican?
Did not a very famous movie/television producer couple days ago state a wish that our President would just quietly die? And now this. Then there was the comedienne with who frightened the President’s son, with her antics.
Please, can we be civil to one another and try to understand that we all think differently, and that we make decisions based on our concerns, our experiences, our own beliefs? I hope we will see some mutual respect.

The division between just about everyone reached exaggerated levels under his administration and they continue to grow even now. America is being ripped apart, her roots have been attacked and hacked away piece by piece, and the Left, under our freedoms, has festered like an untreated sore. Through all the strata of media, they have ridiculed, mocked and purposely mislead and lied for ratings all while ignoring the social collapse happening around them. And now this. They are taking the next step and declaring the Right as a cancer and eradication the cure.
We attained such levels of civilized society and are now on the verge of throwing it away, and have indeed started down that very path. If she had been elected, where would the 2nd Amendment be now and what would Americas’ reaction be. Thanks PoliTech. I think before the light shines again, we have some very dark days ahead, and not just us. Most of Europe and the UK have fallen into a ditch that only drastic measures could possibly get them out – measures that can only be stomached by the few, and the very same ditch by the way, that Obama and Clinton were taking all of us into.
America has been given a reprieve under Trump, but I fear it is a short lived window. The war drums are at least warming up, if not beating yet, and it is the Lefts’ hatred of all that is America fuelling them.
I believe God is helping us, but I also believe the juggernaut that is His final judgement has been set in motion and will not stop till it is finished. I don’t say this lightly or as some fanatic. We have had terrible world events in the past that likely inspired a lot of ” end times ” talk but they lacked scriptural support and were obviously misguided. Today, the support is there, and if or when you see the Jews rebuild their temple and begin the daily sacrifice again ( stopped since the destruction of the temple in Roman times ), you can be assured that collectively our darkest hour is dead ahead and quickly coming upon us. The bible has given hundreds of prophecies, some quite detailed, and all but a small handful have yet to be fulfilled, and of course these pertain to the “end times”. A 100% track record should not ( cannot ) be dismissed lightly

I sadly must agree and you’re absolutely right to point out that it was not just the Left. These right wing hypocrites are just as responsible and deserve our condemnation too. We needed leaders that honoured their Judeo/Christian beliefs ; instead we got too many phonies too interested in themselves to do what was right and what they were trusted for.
At one point in time, America had one of, if not THE most beautiful face amongst all the world, and although no mans’ creation is flawless, she honoured God and strived to better herself and others. She is the only western country to not completely turn its back on God. Can she get back on track or will she be destroyed from within. I hope for the former but fear the latter will prevail, because although the faithful remnant won this reprieve, the majority have embraced humanism and make allowances for evil practices. Like, did he miss the part about the Confederacy being largely made up of plantation owning Democrats, while many of the rank and file were simply defending their homes? Or did he perhaps neglect the fact that DJT is overwhelming popular with what was, ten years ago, the parts of the population that were overhelmingly Democrats, like the Blue Dog Dems?

my dog has dropped turds more relevant than this clown. He doesn’t have a clue about much of anything including the history of this country. Socialism wasn’t one of the founding principles but exactly what these clowns want. He would be hiding under his bed with his blankey over his head at the first shot he heard!

Yeah, right. When the government is financing one’s climate change research, one will say what the government wants them to say to keep the money coming. Independent researchers on climate change says it so miniscule, it really affects no one and won’t for thousands of years.
