Do you think that if Sakariye Abdalla had been a British non-Muslim screaming racist abuse at Muslims that he would have been spared jail? Of course not. Britain First leaders Paul Golding and Jayda Fransen are in jail now for “religiously aggravated harassment,” i.e., behaving in a way that offended Muslims. They didn’t hurl any racist abuse or spit at anyone. The British authorities’ version of justice today is to appease their increasingly aggressive Muslim population, and persecute anyone who dares to oppose jihad terror and Islamization. The land that gave us the Magna Carta is dead.

A SOMALI man branded a police officer a “white b****” and another a “n***** b****” during a boozy outburst.
Story continues below advertisementSakariye Abdalla, 40, came to the attention of cops who were on mobile patrol along the city’s Victoria Road one evening.
When approached for shouting whilst under the influence, the accused told police to “f*** off” and called them “b*******”.
He then began to kick and jump on shop shutters and refused to desist.
When transported to Cathcart Police Station, Abdalla racially abused the officers and spat towards a constable. The police applied spit hoods and then dealt with the accused.
At Glasgow Sheriff Court, Abdalla pleaded guilty to acting in an aggressive manner, shouting, swearing and kicking the front metal shutters of a shop in Victoria Road on January 9, 2018. He also admitted uttering racial remarks and attempting to spit on a constable at Cathcart Police Station following his arrest.
Abdalla’s lawyer claimed he was regretful of his actions. The defence agent explained that the accused, who is originally from Somalia, had been in the hostel system for a number of years which led to the rise of a criminal record and issues with alcohol and drugs….
Sheriff Alayne Swanson sentenced the accused, of Aberfeldy Street, to a Community Payback Order as a direct alternative to custody. Abdalla will be supervised for a year and will have to complete 100 hours of unpaid work within three months.

Poor fella, forced to live in a hostel and accept government welfare (read; citizen’s money) that led to criminal acts and his drinking problem to ease his conscience. You see he’s used to earning his money (mostly by piracy) and living in an elephant dung hut. The culture shock of it all…

The next attack, they’ll be blaming the lack of sunshine and bad tea in England for their behavior. The thing is, the authorities keep buying it. I have taken England off my list of places to visit.

Arraigned under Scottish law, it’s different.

See this is all I have been saying, Pamela. That not only are Muslums capable of racism, but racism is also often a key component in the rape jihad. There is too much evidence to say otherwise. This should be pointed out. Often.

As I have said before putting people in jail may sound satisfying but putting Muslims in jail, and there are already thousands of them inside, usually leads to a worse outcome, as they are subjected to jihad radicalisation by inmates much worse than them. This was not a violent offence and police are regrettably very used to being sworn at even by people who should know much better. They are also often spat at by white persons as well.

So the hostel he has stayed in for a lengthy period at taxpayers’ expense is responsible for his alcohol abuse and assorted attitude problems? The way the UK is going he will successfully sue for, and receive, compensation for the grievous harm the taxpayers’ generosity has inflicted on him.
On the other hand, he is a migrant with a lengthy criminal record and no apparent redeeming qualities of any benefit to British society.
I’m for sending him back to Somalia and encouraging him to spit at Somali police. Somehow I think the sentence would be a bit more severe, assuming the case even got to a Somali court before instant retaliation was applied.

There must be some kind of blackmail going on that the EU and UK are scared of or else they would be more aggressive and outspoken against these people.
