“Innocuous.” Incredible. Let’s remember in what context the undercover FBI agent told the Garland jihadis to “tear up Texas.” Ibrahim Simpson and Nadir Soofi traveled from Phoenix to Garland, Texas in order to commit a jihad massacre for ISIS at our AFDI free speech event. When the agent told them this, it could have had one meaning and one meaning only: stage a bloody jihad massacre at our event in Texas. That was the only thing they came to Texas to do. For the FBI to claim now that this text was “innocuous” is an insult to everyone who was there and stood to be murdered by Simpson and Soofi. It is an insult to Bruce Joiner’s lawyers, who are conducting a serious inquiry on his behalf; Joiner deserves better than to be fobbed off with obvious nonsense like this. Innocuous is the one thing we can be sure that the “tear up Texas” text was not.

In new court filings in a case related to the 2015 attack on a “Draw Muhammad” event in Garland, Texas, the government is now saying that a text message to “Tear Up Texas” sent from an undercover FBI agent to one of the terrorists who ultimately carried out the attack was “innocuous.”
Story continues below advertisementWhen Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi opened fire at a perimeter security checkpoint at the event in May 2015, it was the first terror attack on U.S. soil for which the group ISIS claimed responsibility.
The security guard injured in the attack, Bruce Joiner, is suing the FBI in order to learn the extent of what the bureau knew in advance about the attack. In a related case, it was learned that an agent had been undercover in the ISIS cell for several months, and shortly after the “First Annual Muhammad Art Exhibit and Contest” was announced, the agent texted to Simpson, “Tear Up Texas.”
Simpson and Soofi were both living in Phoenix at the time.
When the pair opened fire at the security checkpoint that day, the undercover agent was in a separate car directly behind the two men, and had been taking pictures just moments before the first shots were fired. The undercover agent then tried to flee, was apprehended by local police, and only then disclosed to them that he was an undercover FBI agent.
The two attackers were killed within yards of where they opened fire, but not before they hit Joiner in the leg. Joiner filed suit against the bureau last October.
Meanwhile, the same undercover agent is likely to take the witness stand in an Ohio courtroom sometime this month, possibly as early as this week, and will be allowed by the judge to disguise his appearance and use a pseudonym while testifying. The judge has further ruled that only the jury and essential court staff will be allowed in the courtroom during testimony.
Those wishing to observe the proceedings will be allowed to listen to an audio feed in a nearby overflow room, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
In that case, federal prosecutors are charging Erick Jamal Hendricks with conspiracy to provide material support to a designated terrorist organization.
Hendricks is believed to have been one of the masterminds—if not the mastermind—behind Simpson and Soofi’s attack in Garland.
Previously, the FBI told CBS’s “60 Minutes” that, “There was no advance knowledge of a plot to attack the cartoon drawing contest in Garland, Texas.”
However, a portion of the government’s formal complaint against Hendricks shows that Hendricks told an FBI informant that future attacks by his “sleeper cell” would include attacks on, “the woman who organized the ‘Draw Prophet Muhammad contest,'” a reference to event organizer Pamela Geller.
Government attorneys in both cases have only ever asserted the undercover agent was in contact with Hendricks, and not with either Simpson or Soofi on the day of the attack….

Still remember them blowing up the car at 2:43 in the morning. Next time something like this happens, just get a forklift and dump the car in a end dump trailer and remove to a safe area. They tried for hours to get a robot to examine the car to see if there was explosives that could be triggered, and when the robot wasn’t up to the task did they just blow it up. It was in an area that traffic could be diverted easily, and wasn’t close around anything so just destroying the car was best option. There will be more of these in the future, so just think it through logically. A shield of plate to protect the forklift operator and a simple camera system to see what your doing or someone standing back quite a ways directing. As long as Jerry Nadler is controlling the FBI, don’t count on FBI for a long time.

Well there is one thing for sure. The FBI was more interested in stopping Trump from winning than stopping murder and chaos in the US. They have spent over 45 million looking for collaboration within Trump’s administration while ignoring Clintoon and BHO’s KNOWN/PROVEN collaboration with Russia/Iran/N.Korea/ and the destruction of the middle east for cash. Those 1500 dollar an hour working to find dirt on Trump ( over 150 of them now ) have bills to pay so be sure to work and pay taxes so Pelosi can pay them.

Pamela, all that you have been through leaves me in a deep state of despair. Our courts have been hijacked; law enforcement officials in the upper echelons have taken sides (most often against conservative Americans — the ones who responsibly pay taxes, and therefore their salaries). Thank you for continuing to state that it DOESN’T have to be this way! Maybe the libturds will listen.
