Her Muslim migrant Iraqi family regularly beat her. They were not citizens of this country. The FBI has joined the search for a 16-year-old San Antonio girl, missing for almost a month. Maarib Al Hishmawi was last seen leaving William Howard Taft High School at 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 30, authorities said.
Officials said the investigation revealed the teen had been routinely physically abused by family members. Authorities are focused both on finding her and ensuring she is in a safe environment.
“We understand it’s been a recurring issues for her,” Assistant Chief Deputy Ronald Bennett said. “This is not a typical missing 16-year-old.”

1) She was honor-murdered.
2) She was returned to Iraq.
3) She got away to safety (the least likely).
Watch the press conference carefully. It sounds just like Rifqa Bary, who did run away and escape the deadly threat of her devout Muslim family. But Rifqa surfaced days later. And we helped insure Rifqa’s safety. But this young girl disappeared on January 30th. She’s been gone close to a month. Not good. The FBI has been brought in because she is Muslim. Law enforcement is bringing in “cultural education” for investigators. Something tells me it’s not Ibn Warraq or Nonie Darwish, but propagandists for sharia like terror-tied operatives like CAIR.

SAN ANTONIO — The FBI and the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office held a joint news conference Tuesday afternoon concerning a missing Taft High School student.

And when the cameras are not on her family, they are likely celebrating and think they are following Allah’s will and directives. This is certainly one sick religion with a lot of mentally challenged members.

Why IS the FBI involved, just because the family is muslim? Unless a crime was committed on federal property or has crossed state lines, I didn’t think they had jurisdiction. On the subject of FBI and state crimes, why has the FBI stopped all information about the Las Vegas mass shooting from being released?

So since my daughter is NOT a Muslim and there is no evidence of her going across state lines which is when the FIB team would normally be brought in… a MUSLIM get automatic FIB team notification? More MUSLIM privilege?

Under NORMAL circumstances she would have been removed from the household and the family investigated. That didn’t happen here. MUSLIM PRIVILEGE again?

Maarib is described as 5’5”, 150lbs, with light complexion, black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen around 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 30 leaving William Howard Taft High School at 11600 Culebra Road, San Antonio, Texas. Maarib may have been wearing jeans, a white jacket with black piping, light colored pump style heels, and a black and white floral hijab (headscarf) which covered her head and neck.
It is important to note, the investigation has revealed allegations that Maarib was physically abused by someone she knew. Authorities are therefore not only focused on recovering Maarib, but also on ensuring that she is in a safe environment.

For 5’5′ she is very over weight at 150lbs. Food is often a comfort…..Poor soul….

5’5 , 150lbs, and she’s only 16? She had other issues that manifested into her obesity. If she wasn’t obese, she was on her way. If she was beaten as they say, she and the rest of us, may be better off with her dead. How many Linda Sarsours do we need in the US?

Where was Child Protective Services ?
If she was beaten by her family regularly, who knew and when did they know it ?
If her family weren’t citizens were they refugees ? Were they cared for or sponsored by the Catholic Church ? If so where was the Church ? It’s pretty big in San Antonio. They have not just a Bishop but an Archbishop.
