January 29, 2018. Outside NYC Federal Plaza.
Ravi Ragbir, 43, was arrested Jan. 11, 2018 during a scheduled appointment with federal officials. Ragbir worked as the head of the New Sanctuary Coalition, an advocacy group assisting people facing detention and deportation.
He had been granted permanent residency in 1994, but it was revoked after a wire fraud conviction six years later. SO, on this day, they gathered outside the Federal Building.
I covered the Jericho Walk previously in 2011. Led by Ragbir, they marched ’round and ’round the Federal Building – SEVEN times – as in the Walls of Jericho, and looking like Fascisti every time they paused to do their HEIL salute. (picture from 2011 walk).

In 2011, Ravi Ragbir (lower left in screen grab) spoke defiantly about being in the U.S. ILLEGALLY.
Now, in 2018, under arrest and finally facing deportation, his Sanctuary Movement cohorts walked the Jericho Walk, sans Ragbir, around the Fed Building.
SILENTLY reciting the Jericho Prayer to show solidarity with their “immigrant brothers and sisters.”
The JDL was there,too, in support of American Immigration Law. (video is of 2018 walk).
The JDL presence caused a few of the Sanctuary Prayer-Walkers to behave in contradiction to their SILENT Walk instructions:Walk around building. Say silent prayer 7 times and when you stop, raise “Heil” hands in front of Fed Building. BE SILENT.

After an older woman accused them of being “uneducated Trump Voters” (starting at 3:20) another malcontent (an older fellow in blue hoodie) was VERY vocal (not silent at all) as he tediously taunted with, “Fake News. Yes, Fox Fake News. Believe your alternative facts … Babies don’t break laws … Keep America WHITE Again“.
Then there was the press. THEIR press. Eager to record this sacred gathering in support of DACA.
One familiar photographer, Sandi Bachom, got her 15 minutes last year when she went AGAINST Mayor de Blasio’s failed attempt at shutting down the Central Park Hansom Cabs. She got that one right. ONE. The rest of the time she’s out cheer-leading for every Hard Left campaign she can cover.
Today she should have just filmed – instead of her unfortunate attempts at “gotcha” reporting (in the video at 1:31): “Make America Great Again? Getting rid of all immigrants. Who told you this, Donald Trump? Where’d ja read that, on Breitbart? Where did you first hear about it (Ragbir) I never heard about it til last week ….Where’d ja hear about it? Ja hear about it on Info wars? Alex Jones? You know what that is?” Getting NOwhere with such embarrassing questions, she slank away with a “thank you.”
Meanwhile, the JDL held their ground while quietly protesting as the Jericho protestors walked 7 times around the building. Other than the bad-players in the walk, it was a very quiet event.

Later that afternoon: Manhattan judge orders immigration activist Ravi Ragbir released from custody
A federal judge ordered immigration activist Ravi Ragbir be released from custody on Monday, granting him a temporary reprieve from deportation to his native Trinidad and Tobago.
In a seven-page decision, Manhattan Federal Court Judge Katherine Forrest wrote that Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents had violated Ragbir’s rights to due process.
“The court finds that when this country allowed (Ragbir) to become a part of our community fabric, allowed him to build a life with and among us and to enjoy the liberties and freedom that come with that, it committed itself to allowance of an orderly departure when the time came, and it committed itself to avoidance of unnecessary cruelty when the time came,” Forrest wrote.
“By denying (Ragbir) these rights, the government has acted wrongly.”
She wrote that Ragbir was “entitled to the freedom to say goodbye” — indicating the activist still faces eventual deportation. [NY Daily News]

Encouraged by Mayor de Blasio’s Sanctuary City Movement, this Manhattan Federal Court Judge ignored U.S. Immigration Law, supporting those who have no respect for the Rule of Law. Anarchy? Is that the ticket?

Immigrants who break any law, should be deported. When they are allowed into America, they are getting a favour from the tax payers and those in the community. Immigrants have no right to impose the culture they fled on America, they have every obligation to assimilate or leave, any criminal activity is not to be tolerated.

muslims are of the opinion that they are the “best of all people” the problem is that they’re the stupidest of all people, they cannot understand that the countries they left are shittholes because they made them that way, they see other places that are vastly superior, thinking that as privileged muslims, in keeping with the qur’an, they are allowed to steal it.

Deport those who commit jihadi attacks and other violent crimes first. This guy deserves to go not because of “wire fraud” (which is a fraud not murder) but for supporting sanctuary city and other illegals.

Weird. Just weird, that laws are broken so easily, blatantly, complete disregard for consequences — because there aren’t any. so many Americans seem happily ignorant of the impact of immigration — legal as well as illegal — on our country, and seem to care not a whit about Americans who are affected by all this.
If we do not soon become a country of law and order, where laws are upheld, we will have serious violence, because those of us who believe in and insist on the rule of law, appear to stand against the government as well as the lawbreakers.
It must start with the traitors in politics: Hillary, and the long list that follows. If it doesn’t … it’s not good.

Humans have a right to migrate? Yeah, if you really believe that, then let these (sub-human) criminals “migrate” into your own home. YOU take them in, put a roof over their heads, feed them, give them money, AND take legal responsibility for ALL that they do. YOU do the time when they do the crime, that starts as soon as they “migrate”.

So sick of these people exploiting and demeaning the true meaning of Love, and misuse and mischaracterizing G-d’s love. How dare! They should know that G-d is Holy and Just. He doesn’t love sins, and all behaviours that against His Holy and Just character, He doesn’t love lies and liars who know what they do and keep doing so with determination, He doesn’t love people who are violent with ill intentions, He doesn’t love people with foul mouth who use their mouth to misuse His Name and at the same time cursing others with ill intent, that is not Love at all. G-d is love and that He indeed want us to love Him and others in righteous way, in honesty, in truthfulness, not what these people do. And these people have no fear of G-d’s Wrath. Yea that something they wouldn’t believe of G-d but they would be wrathful in their unjust, unloving and unkindness towards their own fellow people. Of course we should care of others who really come into our community, our country for real need of protection and freedom, and we should indeed welcome them as part of our community when they would grow and strive to bring good for the community, when they be respectful and gratefu and sincerely looking for prosperity not just for themselves but also the community, when they seek peace with others, when they are willing to be law abiding people, when they are willing to get along with others, knowing that with rights there are obligations. Freedom is earned not granted, freedom coming with respect and efforts to keep it and maintain it in all respectful way knowing it is hard earned thing. One who knows what it means to fight to have freedom yet not knowing how to respect that freedom and of all not to respect others that make it possible for them to have that freedom, and not respect the law that protecting one’s from exploiting that freedom for selfish purposes that against and violating the true meanig of freedom should have never be a part of community or a people or country, because these kind of people will only bring chaos and destruction.

Just a little note… the stretching out of the hand is a symbolic form of laying the hand onto a person or perhaps the building or all the people in the building. This is not something to be confused with the salute of Hitler’s Germany.
Having said that, confusing or conflating legal immigration with illegal immigration is not a Christian thing but a liberal thing. It is sad that liberals aren’t satisfied with laws that prescribe orderly immigration and act as if there is no way foreigners can immigrate.

The only humans that have rights are the ones that advance the Leftists’ cause. That means that migrant humans have human rights and settled humans have no human rights. It all depends on how useful you are to the Left. It’s all human rights for the correct humans and the incorrect humans aren’t even human. Incorrect humans are either stupid or evil and must someday be directed Mengele style to the re-education side or the extermination side. There is no objectivity to this. At one time, the Left was for the workers and against migrants but now they are against workers and all for migration.
Their ‘heil’ gesture that they are doing is actually a hand sign of astonishment or adoration usually directed towards the sun and is meant to invoke demons and show allegiance to certain secret societies.
