It’s universal. Always the same, from London to Lebanon to Libya, from Manhattan to Mumbai to Madrid, from Baghdad to Bali to Beslan, from Fort Hood to Fort Dix to Camp Leatherneck. From Asia to Africa, North America to South America, from Europe to Australia ….. for over a millennium, it transcends borders, nationalities, language, governance. Jihad.
Joshua Cummings is a veteran of the U.S. Army. Then he “pledged his allegiance to ISIS and fasted behind bars for three days to purge himself of an oath he took to uphold the U.S. Constitution.” What changed? Islam. He converted to Islam. Islam turned him from a patriot into a murderer.

An ex-soldier and a self-proclaimed ISIS supporter was sentenced to life in prison without parole Thursday for the execution-style slaying of a Denver transit security guard last year.
Joshua Cummings, 38, was found guilty of first-degree murder Thursday in the death of Scott Von Lanken, 56, after a three-day trial. Cummings was issued the mandatory sentence shortly after the verdict was read.
On Jan. 31, 2017, the ex-soldier walked up behind Von Lanken while the guard was speaking to two women late at night, put a gun to his neck and shot him, police said….
Cummings, who joined the Army in 1996 but never saw combat, told The Associated Press shortly after his arrest he supported ISIS, but investigators said they have not found any evidence that the terror group was linked to the killing.
Cummings also said he pledged his allegiance to ISIS and fasted behind bars for three days to purge himself of an oath he took to uphold the U.S. Constitution.
The Texas native declined to say if his support of ISIS led him to shoot Von Lanken. Officials believe the Muslim convert moved to Denver in 2016 from Pampa, Texas, the Denver Channel reported.
Denver’s Muslim community emailed the Department of Homeland Security on Dec. 24, 2016, expressing concerns over statements Cummings made at mosque events. The email stated Cummings was “very radicalized” and was fond of Shariah law.
The FBI has declined to comment on if agents took any action regarding the email about Cummings or if he was interviewed at that time.
Cummings had been vocal on Twitter about his views on Islam, and he was both critical and supportive of law enforcement.

Not true. Look around the world at Muslim countries. In Shi-ite majority countries the Sunni are persecuted and vice versa. It’s not enough to be a Muslim, you have to be the right kind of Muslim. That’s why even turning the whole world Muslim still won’t mean there’s peace. They have to have someone to fight and kill. That’s what they do.

120 something sects of Islam I think. The two biggest are Sunni and Shia, but there are offshoots all over the place.
And yes, they tend to kill each other. The religion was based on violence and conquering others. It has not gone through the reformation that other religions have.

i live in denver. the democrat-muslim controlled media in denver hasn’t mentioned this murder-by-muslim in over a year, and the fact that the pos was a muslim convert was never mentioned. that same media has been hysterical for years about a christian baker here who refused to bake a wedding cake for 2 homosexuals from new england who just happened to drop in on his obscure bakery. the baker and his staff were ordered to a re-education camp by the civil rights commission appointed by the democrat-muslim governor hickenlooper. better to be a crazed murderous muslim than a christian baker in this state.

I kid with my buddies about running into a terrorist looking guy with a backpack and wires hanging out of it, while standing in a crowded movie line or something. He starts mumbling “Allah something” and I might pop him in the ear out of self defense!
If it turns out that he’s wearing earplugs, on the phone, and asking Al where the snackbar is, I’m going to feel really really bad. But how can you tell?

Even being in prison with no parole——he is still alive, his victim dead. And, that means free food, housing, hot showers and medical care paid to keep him alive and for what reason?? He deserves ONLY DEATH……a bullet is much cheaper.

Life in prison without the possibility of parole will cost we the taxpayers at least $20,000.00 per year for the rest of this sub-human’s worthless life.
Joshua Cummings, a veteran of the U.S. Army, took a life so he should lose his in return. But first he should be tide up securely and bathed with a mixture of pig blood, pig urine, and pig feces and told what he’s being bathed with before being shot. And this should be video taped and the video shown on prime time TV so that his coreligionists can see what will happen to them if they murder non-Muslims to follow the teachings of the Koran.
This is why we should not allow Muslims into our military.
