A five-year-old girl was raped and urinated upon by three Muslim migrant boys in Twin Falls, Idaho; one of them, a 14-year-old, videotaped the attack. After the attack, instead of getting justice, the victim’s family has been abused and targeted by law enforcement and medical authorities as if they were the criminals. The mother cannot get copies of the medical records of her own child, or transcripts of 9-1-1 calls made on the day of the attack.
In examining notes taken of their conversations with the victim’s mother, I was taken aback by how contemptuous they are of her. They talk down to her, as if she were the perpetrator, not the mother of the victim of this monstrous attack.
It is outrageous. And it gets worse. The supposedly seven-year-old rapist who put his penis in the girl’s mouth, urinated on her and in her mouth, and who reportedly owned the blue pocket knife that he used to threaten her, was never even removed from his home. That family still lives next door to the victim. For the longest time, the attacker wasn’t even limited in his access to the community’s children; now he must be supervised by someone 14 years old or older. When they stipulated this, the court had to have been aware that the boy who videotaped the rape was 14. This a gross insult against this victimized family — and a direct result of a judge’s decision.
The Prosecutor Grant Loeb attacked those of us exposing the story — read this. Loeb worked furiously to keep it quiet and sweep it under the carpet.

Exclusive: Pamela Geller says officials sacrificed girl’s well-being to protect Muslim boys

The travesty of justice in Idaho is now complete. In the summer of 2016, a 5-year-old girl was sexually assaulted and urinated upon by three Muslim migrant boys in Twin Falls, Idaho. Since then, instead of getting justice, the victim’s family has been abused by law enforcement and governing authorities as if they were the criminals – because what happened to their little girl contradicts the politically correct narrative about Muslim migrants. On Monday, the perpetrators were sentenced, and the final injustice was done to this poor girl.The injustice began in the proceedings at the Snake River Juvenile Detention Center in Twin Falls when Judge Thomas Borreson of Idaho’s 5th Judicial District ordered the little victim’s parents to say nothing to anyone – ever – about what was said in the courtroom Monday, or to disclose the sentence he gave to the savage attackers. He did allow them to say that they were unhappy with the sentencing, but threatened to jail them for contempt of court if they disclosed why they were unhappy with it.
But even though the victim’s parents were not allowed to talk to me, there were 12 to 15 people in the courtroom who saw and heard the whole sorry business. I was informed of what happened by an anonymous source inside the courtroom – and the more I heard, the more I understood why this judge wanted to keep all the proceedings secret.Janice Kroeger, the senior deputy prosecuting attorney, who was supposed to be trying these boys for their crimes, defended the boys and repeatedly attacked Lacy, the victim’s mother. A therapist for the boys was present, as well as a parole officer and a detective. Everything that was said was designed to portray the perpetrators as victims. Throughout the proceedings, they were repeatedly called victims, and the youngest one was called “the biggest victim of them all.”
The court heard all about how the attackers are doing well in school, and about how smart they are. They were praised for the supposed ordeal they had to go through. It was claimed that all three are suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) from having to go through courtroom proceedings.
After this lovefest, which lasted for five hours in the courtroom, all three boys were sentenced, one after the other. All three were given probation. They were not found guilty of rape, but of sexually lewd conduct.
In the midst of this judicial mugging, every time Lacy’s lawyer tried to speak up, he was silenced. The little victim, Jayla, was never even mentioned once by Kroeger or the judge – or by the police or anyone else. Only Lacy mentioned her, when she made her statement. Lacy detailed how the poor girl is still suffering the effects of this attack: She is wetting the bed and having bad dreams, and more.
Yet when Lacy completed her statement, Kroeger lashed out not at the perpetrators or their parents, but at Lacy. She viciously tongue-lashed Lacy for a full 15 minutes, until finally Judge Borreson had to stop her.
Understandably, the parents of the victim were and are devastated. Back in April, when the attackers initially pleaded guilty, Twin Falls County Prosecutor Grant Loebs said: “I am pleased that we were able to resolve this case in a way that was approved and agreed to by the victim’s family. This continues to be a serious and sad case, but it was resolved properly.”
Nothing could be further from the truth. The resolution of the case was not accepted by the victim’s family, and it was not resolved properly.
From the beginning to the end, for Idaho officials this case was about one thing, and one thing only: not justice for this poor little girl who was brutalized and abused, but about making sure that Americans don’t start to realize what is happening and oppose the Muslim migrant influx. Idaho officials were willing to sacrifice this girl’s well-being for that goal – to their everlasting shame.

Grant Loeb states there were no Syrians involved and it was not an assault with a knife and the story is false. The truth is they three boys were from Sudan and Iraq. There was no knife because no one looked for it.
This crappy report was by a local TV news station and carried by the New York Post. These “journalists” make little effort to check the basic facts of the stories they print.

Indeed, deportation is the only solution before some other little girl has her innocence stolen, and other parents find themselves driven out of their minds. I know one thing, if this were my child, niece or grandchild, that immigrant family wouldn’t be able to run fast enough to find a place to hide.

Many of the residence of Twin Falls were apprehensive about locating a “refugee” center in their small community. Idaho is a mostly white area so it is a target of “cultural enrichment”. District Judge Randy J Stoker has a perverse notion of what constitutes rape.

I live in Europe, not in the USA, I have no doubt however that there must be many among the readers of the GELLER REPORT who know how to organize petitions, etc. Don’t count on Facebook, it is a corrupt and hypocrite(a)social medium. Pamela has promised to do everything in her power to help the parents of the little girl and, should they be incarcerated for “contempt of court” be sure that Pamela will raise hell against these utterly contemptible individuals in the judiciary in Idaho.

Thank you for your kind word. I from Europe. I was born and raised in Belgium. But I now live in the USA. I was horrified when I read the story of this poor little girl. I bothered me a lot. I wanted to help her parents to fight this. I am going to try to do a petition and send it to the White House to Trump and Session. I am going to ask around how to start one. This is so unbelievably wrong and evil, that words cannot adequately give justice to this level of sadism. There is now a very dark cloud over Twin Falls, ID that will never go away.
The ONLY reason the prosecutor, judge, therapist, probation officer, detective and others behaved in such a contemptible and unforgivable way toward the family is because they were all gotten to, by some very large organization with a lot of power (hmm, wonder who that could be). This organization/powerful group, no doubt paid all of these people to do it’s bidding, which is to set aside all U.S. laws and erode and destroy the American justice system, as well as every other American institution protected and defended by our constitution and to usher in a new draconian system.

Good job Pamela. Somebody ought to do a high-quality video on this situation, get it on the record that way, and distribute it widely.
For me the story is quite ironic, showing my bad judgement. I think I was in Twin Falls once, on the way to the Middle Fork of the Salmon River, wonderful place for river rafting. Anyway, after that, I always thought of Idaho as the safest place in USA, to get away from all this nonsense, like we see in California. It was only after this story broke, that I realized. “What, they are even bringing Muslims into Idaho??? Is no place safe?”

Janice Kroeger should be disbarred for attacking her own client. Borreson should be impeached. This was not a trial, it was rigged.
If anyone else had raped a child in such a disgusting violent way the world would be calling for their slow and painful death.
Instead, the senior deputy prosecuting attorney, hired by the state, attacks her own client.

They’re even grooming a devout sharia compliant muslim candidate to run for president in 2020. His name is El-Sayed, an epidemiologist with degrees from the University of Michigan, Oxford, and Columbia Universities. Right now he is running for Governor of Michigan. He will most likely win as muslims have been allowed to pretty much take over this state. If he wins, it will be the first time in American history that a muslim wins a governorship. Whether here or Sweden, the authorities always seem befuddled about the age of the Muslim criminals, who are very adept at insisting they are underage or far younger than they appear and act. My daughter is a 4th year dental student and she says that all one needs to do is examine the teeth and accurate age can be established, without papers or official documents.

Not only should the DOJ look into this and deport these monsters and their families, the police, judge, prosecutor and the city officials should be fired, jailed and fined for failure to uphold AMERICAN law. This is what happens when political correctness is allowed to rule instead of law.

So why is the justice system protecting the perpetrators, it seems to be a common thread in western countries.. The only reasons I can possibly think of is that the moral standards of the judges are very questionable. “Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely”. Or that the are members of the elitist, communist, Marxist Socialist Engineering of the New World who want to start a War with Islam to depopulate the world.

Why would any court worry about the rights of people who don’t belong here and who hurt a beautiful little 5 year old girl? Why is this judge NOT IMPEACHED IMMEDIATELY?
They say children emulate what they see at home. What do these defendants see and experience at home? This case is DISGUSTING and all the law enforcement, prosecutors and judges who participated in this KANGAROO court need to be in prison.

The time has come! At this point all those involved in this travesty of Justice which has allowed these attackers to go unpunished and even coddled should sart looking over their shoulders! We will not allow you progressive idiots to turn our country over to savages. What was done to have little girl was horrendous and maybe a fitting punishment for those involved in the whitewash of his case. That girl and her family should be in protective custody before something more horrendous happens to them.

Also, how can there be a gag order when court proceedings are a matter of public record? That is what the court recorder is there for, to record them for public record. Things there are really fishy.

You’re talking about the censorship on the internet. Remember, last year, under Obummer, they finally got their censorship bill passed in Congress? And it was sponsored by none other then George Soros who told us all “not to worry.” That is when I started to do just that And, now, we are seeing it in action. This is what is what passed to do, to shut down free speech online. Where FB has us is that they own our pages and not us. It is their private property, just like when you go to a public venue and cannot bring in outside food and may even have your bags searched.
