A couple of Republican congressional members, led by Rep. Tom Graves from Georgia, have joined forces to press forward a bill to bar illegals from receiving government jobs.
And you thought illegals were already barred from this, didn’t you?
Nope. Democrats pushed an addendum onto the House’s 2018 spending bill that would give younger-aged illegals the ability to gain employment with the public service sector.

The Democrat-drafted and -backed rule was inserted into the House’s version of the 2018 spending plan via a during a nighttime July 13 debate at the GOP-dominated House Committee on Appropriations. The jobs-for-illegals amendment was adopted because some GOP legislators joined Democrats in supporting the measure, but their identity and number remain secret because it was a voice vote, not a recorded vote.
The rule was approved in a meeting overseen by Chairman Rodney Frelinghuysen, who represents an upper-income GOP district in New Jersey. He has a D+ rating from the pro-American reform group, NumbersUSA. After the vote, Frelinghuysen applauded the process, saying:
‘Our financial system thrives on stability, and this bill provides the funding necessary for federal regulators to do their jobs in a timely and appropriate manner, while stopping burdensome regulations before they can damage our economy irreparably.’
Pretty egregious, yes?
Democrats have absolutely no love of country — no regard for the Constitution and rule of law, right and wrong, ethical and unethical. Democrats would elect an illegal for president if it suited the leftist agenda.
And they’d do so happily, decrying anyone who stood in their way as racist.

Your premise is dead wrong. This, obviously isn’t just Democrats, trying to sneak this through… it is Republicans , as well.
Both parties must be expunged of Progressives,…especially the Republican party.

Come on! Government jobs? This is outrageous and one of the reasons I can’t stand the left! They care more about illegals than their own citizens. I’d love to know which Republicans voted for this and I’m sure their constituents would too. It’s hard to get a government job as it is and now they’re going to put illegals in the mix. Heck they’ll probably get special preference over everybody else. People should be ripping over this!

Illegals also get SS disability payments and because of their low level of education and poor ability to speak English and transfer into other work they are found to be disabled at much younger ages and for less physical impairment than Americans. I discovered this in 1982 and it has only gotten worse. Currently, the so called Syrian “refugees” can apply for SSD as soon as they arrive in the US. It is a huge wealth redistribution scam.

SS disability payments? Are you kidding me! That’s outrageous. Why are we giving government benefits to people from our taxes that shouldn’t be here in the first place? It makes me furious! What are the US citizens supposed to do? We can’t support everyone. Is the left so dumb that they don’t get it? No it’s because they don’t give a damn!

Yes they get SSD checks and I first became aware of it in 1982. The government calls it “insurance” but it is NOT. It is a tax on those who are working. There is SSD under Title II which does operate like an “insurance or pay in type of thing” and there is SSD under Title XVI, which is welfare for people who have never worked. Children are even eligible for SSD under Title XVI. And the bulk of government workers, who do not pay FICA taxes, believe that they are “doing good for people” by placing them on the disability rolls. Even in 1982 illegal status was actually stated on the application forms, which were processed anyway.
This is how it works:
SSD publishes “The Listings,” which are criteria for disability for a number of diseases. If you meet all of the criteria in the Listing for your disease then you are disabled. If however you are impaired but do not meet the Listing then they decide the extent that you are impaired and then determine what type of work you can do and cannot do. If you cannot do your regular job and lack sufficient education or language skills to be re-educated then you are disabled. (If you pick fruit, are 35 years old with a below the knee amputation but cannot speak English and have a 3rd grade education you will likely be found disabled. But if you speak English and have an 8th grade education then you can learn another skill and are not disabled. The alien always gets the preference by the way the system is structured.)
Now with all of these so called “refugees” coming into the US they are led to the SSD offices to apply within the first month or two of their arrival. If they were injured in Iraq 5 years ago they can apply for SSD and will probably get it under Title XVI.
If they get denied they can reapply. If denied twice the case goes before an Administrative Law Judge, not a doctor but an ALJ. If the ALJ approves it then it is done. If the case was fraudulent and the ALJ missed that due to lack of ability to understand the data, when the case comes for mandatory re-review 10 years later if it is pointed out that the case NEVER should have been allowed and the ALJ erred then there is nothing that can be done because by law the person has to “improve” to be taken off the rolls. (So if someone with 20/20 vision gets allowed for blindness by an ALJ who cannot read ophthalmology notes and 10 years later a doctor review says that the person is not blind, by law, they CANNOT be taken off the rolls because the vision has not improved!. It was 20/20 upon initial review and is still 20/20. In other words the ALJ CANNOT make a mistake.)

Wow! Unbelieveable! You sure know a lot about it. How did you find this out? I had no idea. I know they can get welfare, housing, medical and food stamps. You shouldn’t be able to waltz into the country illegally and then get rewarded with all kinds of benefits on the backs of the taxpayers. People won’t be laughing when the government runs out of money and their social security benefits they paid into is gone with the wind. The left just thinks you can just keep on spending money we don’t have. They kill me that they think socialism is so wonderful. Let them move to a socialist country then. Venezuela is nice this this time of year. Lol I say good riddance and take all your lame liberal ideas with ya! Thanks for enlightening me. I was totally unaware of that. It infuriates me!

I have worked for SSD. Sadly in 1982 some administrators were trying to get a handle of things but they were fired because whoever is the real boss feared bad publicity from the press. So they fired the people who applied the rules and it seems to have gotten worse from 1982 to present. There are lots and lots of rules but ways to get around it. As I said I could go on for hours about the abuses of our tax dollars at SSD but the bottom line is that our legislators have been screwing us for years and years and years and most people just do not know what is really going on and NO ONE IN THE PRESS WANTS TO PUBLICIZE IT.

But most of the articles that I have read do not focus on the fact that the bulk of these people are aliens, that aliens qualify at a lower level of physical and mental impairment, and that the Middle Eastern arrivals called “refugees” are being led to the disability rolls upon arrival. The entire SSD program is one of the deepest, darkest, water moccasin and alligator infested swamps in the US. And the really sad thing is that the press will no publicize it. I do not think that anyone has re-evaluated the SSD program since its inception.

Thanks for the information! I’ll read it but I know it’s going to piss me off. I watched a show once about how illegals apply for all kinds of child credits by saying they have children, siblings, nieces and nephews, grandchildren, cousins ect. living with them. It’s a huge scam and they clean up with insane amounts of fake tax credits and then send the money to Mexico. No surprise here but the IRS says it can’t check it out or follow up because they don’t have the man power. Funny they can find it if it’s a conservative group they want to go after. Does the Tea Party ring any bells? Can’t wait to see the looks on the pansy millennials when there’s no money left for them because refugees, illegals or just plain lazy scammers have cleaned the government out. So sorry. NOT! Lol
