Trump Appeals Latest Travel-Ban Ruling

32

This stranglehold that left-wing judges have on our constitutional republic must be broken. This ban is too small, but the blowback illustrates the over-reaching power the left/Islamic machine has seized in the post-Reagan era. Media, academia, culture — all weapons the leftwing/jihad axis employs to seize our freedoms and impose their autocratic rule under the guise of social justice and religious freedom. It’s a laughable ruse. Under their rule, there is neither.

A  democracy is a government of the people (the demos in Greek), or their  freely-elected representatives, a government of elected legislatures and laws  passed by them. This has been superseded, replaced, by a krytocracy – a  government of judges. Unelected judges.

“America’s Constitution and the  laws passed by Congress under its authority no longer have any meaning. The  Constitution’s only – only – meaning is what judges say it has. We live in an  era of krytocratic tyranny: rule by the arbitrary feelings and whims of judges,” Dr. Jack Wheeler.

I applaud Trump’s fortitude. Do not back down. And readers should be backing the President. Any Republican who works against Trump and works with our enemies must be defeated in the next election.

Trump Appeals Latest Travel-Ban Ruling

EXCERPT: WASHINGTON—The Justice Department moved quickly on Friday to appeal a federal judge’s latest ruling trimming President Donald Trump’s temporary travel ban, while the administration is separately laying the groundwork for new and broader restrictions.

The latest chapter in the fast-moving saga began Thursday evening in Honolulu, where U.S. District Judge Derrick Watson ruled that the Trump administration’s recent implementation of its ban contradicted the interim rules put in place by the Supreme Court on June 26.

Mr. Trump’s restrictions, which cited terrorism concerns, imposed a 90-day ban on travelers from six Muslim-majority countries, while also suspending the admission of refugees temporarily. Last month’s Supreme Court’s decision allowed the GOP president to enforce the ban against people with no ties to the U.S., but not against people who have close connections to family or institutions in the U.S.

Mr. Trump’s administration took a narrow reading of who qualified for the Supreme Court’s exemption to the ban. But Judge Watson, an appointee of Mr. Trump’s Democratic predecessor, Barack Obama, ruled Thursday that the government must admit a broader class of people than it wanted. That includes extended family members like grandparents, aunts and uncles, as well as a wider class of refugees.

Why Is Trump asking for 90 day ban ? Ban them for 1 year and keep extending. Ban all muslims after you ask them to condemn all the koranic anti-infidel verses . They won’t and that’s enough to kick them out as incompatible with American values.

If they condemn those verses that make them apostates !

And as for Left/Liberal loons who oppose the ban let them have Iced Coffee at these 3 chains. 3 major Coffee chains employing muslim staff found serving Iced coffee with fecal Bacteria http://bit.ly/2snziZ8

Well well, the land of the free is starting to understand how those the far side of the pond feel, shock horror, America ruled by “unelected judges” who keep frustrating the will of the people and the elected – by following the – LAW.

It’s worth remembering at this point that one Adolf Hitler gained power through the ballot box, he ran an elected dictatorship to the ruin of all {Soros excepted}. I remember reading somewhere nobody German overthrew him either.

So Pamela, what are you and your gun slinging mates going to do about this eh ? Shoot the place up and burn the town down eh ? Show all your lefties how tough and ballsy you all are, or will you all behave just the same as those “finished” “spineless” Europeans on the far side of the pond and just suck this up – like last LAST time eh ?

If certain pots stopped calling the other kettles black, when BOTH have their backsides in the same FIRE it might help. ALL of us deserve a better deal than the one we’re having to swallow.

In answer to your question I’ve taken a police caution for passing statements of printed fact {Gatestone Institute} to a football crowd. ANY charge of “hate speech” under prevailing laws here mean the seizing of my fire arms certificate before even a trial let alone conviction, you did know all this I assume ?

How many online activists , blogs, video channels have you supported with funds ? They are doing what they can to spread the awareness about islam , jihad and corrupt collaborators.

Only way to win is to wake up the masses and vote out the Pro-islam corrupt scumbags just the way Americans voted out Hillary /Dems.

Now even Left/Liberal scumbags Like Cloony who used to call Trump “racist” for calling for ban on jihadi immigration are fleeing Europe http://bit.ly/2u4CPfj

Typical cowardly Loons. eh ?

In answer to your first sentence, I’ve spent several hundreds of £s printing off information packs, sending them to political leaders, Journalists reporting in the MSM and members of the public while distributing books by Dr Wafa Sultan, and Peter McLoughlin {Easy Meat} to young and old alike who don’t go near any counter Jihad sites. This is effective, it goes unnoticed by those I fear.
In the UK, what I do has risks for me.

why would you print material to give out ?

Befriend ppl ask them if they like more muslim criminals to be allowed into the country ? Just chat .

If they agree they are not sure its good idea. ask them for name & email to keep in touch and share info about it in future .

And share articles for free without spending money on printing cost !

And focus more on criticising politicians who make bad policies that are responsible for increasing jihadi crimes & idealogy of hate in islam and Less on muslims when you speak.

Also soften your stand with ” I’m not against muslims who are law abiding citizens but only those who support and indulge in criminal acts ”

And its political parties that support them and failing to stop more of these and by failing by not deporting them.

I print and they read, have you ever tried speaking on ALL the important subjects people NEED to know about Jihad, stats, etc before their eyes glaze over and they stop listening and walk away, ask Dr Bill Warner or watch YT Why we’re afraid of Islam.

My document my wife calls my PEGIDA document, I call my Memorandum of Understanding, mass immigration to Western Countries runs to 7 pages, it’s a pretty heavy and sobering read, I could never talk it through the boredom threshhold.

If you show people where to look when they have the net at home, and they’re inclined to learn more, they read from the six sites I recommend, this one, Gatestone, BNI, Jihad Watch, Gates of Vienna and Tundra Tabloids. I haven’t yet fallen into the trap of saying some are “peaceful” and harmless when records show you cannot tell one from another, you cannot read their hearts until the attack is past, then it’s too late.

Its Al-taqiya . If you rail against all muslims when you speak or post online and when you live in sharia compliant EU/UK you need to pretend to be “fair” “moderate” who does not hate all muslims.

That gives you loophole to legally defend yourself if you are accused of hate speech against muslims.

Till majority of Brits wake up and vote out the Pro-islam parties in power you’ll have to pretend to be “fair” , “moderate” and not “extremist” , “racist”.

your ultimate goal may be to rid country of all muslims but you need to first have smaller achievable goals just the way Muslims do.

Its reverse Al-taqiya. Got it ?

I read the six sites I mentioned and three British newspapers for intelligence 7 days a week and have done for the last 9 years, I also have 11 years of press cuttings from the London Daily Telegraph on every aspect of our national betrayal from March 2005. You misunderstand me, I “rail” against no-one, I let the facts and figures speak for themselves, if you follow my example, you too will introduce other people to the truth, the young use facebook etc to warn and inform but they need to be in possession of the facts first, I see they are.

yes. nobody stopping you from presenting facts . But whenever required say “I don’t have any issue with law abiding muslims” ( we all know Most muslims are criminals anyway)

Its just a “moderate” pretense, just the way “moderate” muslims pretend they don’t hate non-muslims but in their hearts they do.

One day we may discover what a law abiding Muslim actually is, is with holding information from the security services law abiding, or can it be construed as obstructive, was the driver of the getaway car outside the office of Charlie Hebdo “peaceful” or not ? See what I mean ?

Poor thing was probably so terrified she misidentified the weapon. Maybe it was a pocket knife, but it actually looks like it was made by a piece of a broken bottle or even a coarse saw blade. Does that wound look like it it could have been made by a box cutter? Think – razor blade.

” . . . Judge Watson, an appointee of Mr. Trump’s Democratic predecessor, Barack Obama . . . “

There it is, in a nutshell. Therefore, an open-borders devotee who is also soft on terrorism. His ideology is the problem, not Trump’s “travel ban.”

Trump’s appeal should be supported, I agree. But I also believe that Hawaii, in allowing this uber-leftist to usurp the will of the American people, should be added to the list of those places where electronic devices such as laptops should be banned from all flights to and from there – not just Middle Eastern countries and some European countries.

Also, reading about the Soros-funded, Democrat Party-coordinated rent-a-mob agitators (such as those in Union Square the other day) that routinely demonstrate against our national security and for the jihad terror agenda – not to mention likewise agitating to overthrow Trump as part of the Left’s plot of a coup d’etat – they sound more and more to me, going back in history, like the mobs that were organized and controlled by the Roman “nobles” in the 14th century to hunt down and murder Cola di Rienzo, a popular leader who tried to bring Rome back to its old glory days and rescue it from the clutches of these barons who were pilfering the ancient city for their own selfish benefit – which those mobs did, in 1354. In a sense, Trump is this generation’s Cola di Rienzo. Let’s hope for the sake of all freedom-lovers he does not end up sharing di Rienzo’s fate.

Islam is far more than a religion. It is also a way of life, a set of customs and if not constrained by outside forces an economic AND governmental system. Islam is not compatible with the Western way of life. It is our right and DUTY to preserve our Western way of life.comment image
