Thank you for your brilliant blog - it's a great help for us artisans! I love the look of Yoola's designs, but I actually decided not to purchase her designs or "loom" because she states that there is to be no selling of items made using her pattern - so then what would be the point...? Doesn't take away from her lovely designs, but if you're selling a pattern then you should expect people to enjoy it and use it (obviously so long as they're not selling the tutorial or PDF).
By all means use her patterns to learn her technique and make something to wear. But why would you sell it? It is really not your design. I encourage you to develop your own designs using her tools to sell it. I bought her tools without her patterns for exactly that reason.
Isn't it frustrating not to win giveaways? The one last week by Yoola Design was so popular that Yael has generously decided to give away a free PDF tutorial for a basic tube (pictured) to those who actually commented. A wonderful consolation prize to many of you!

What a lovely thing to do! I'm definitely going to email her.
Has anyone from Canada ordered from Yoola Design? Just wondering what the postage rates are?

Willi - I bought her looms and hooks. Shipping was very reasonable by regular mail.
Buzzy - you must have actually commented on the original giveaway post last week to be able to email her for the free PDF.

PS. Her tools come with a basic tutorial on how to create the stitch. That's all I need!
