The little "coin purse" jewelry boxes/bags are too cute for words. The tutorial is very concise and well photographed. I must admit that the last picture showing several of Joann's "Macaroons" made them look good enough to eat. :)
These are so cute!!! Great tutorial, and I'm sure they are probably pretty easy to make. That is if you like to sew )-: I only sew when I have to. Pinning encase I get a wild hair and give it a try! Thanks for sharing these adorable jewelry gift bags.

It's wonderful to be able to create a piece of jewelry as a gift. But for that someone special - maybe Mum on Mother's Day? - going the extra mile might be in order. I'm talking about special gift bags. If you are talented in other crafts like sewing or crochet, these tutorials are for you.

The adorable coin purses shown above were made by Joanne L of Craft Passion. One of her Japanese fans inspired her to write the English language tutorial on how to make them. As you can see, they are small but perfect for gifting and storing a special ring or earrings. You could also use anti-tarnish cloth on the inside.
I like to crochet so this quick project from Lion Brand Yarn also caught my eye. It was originally designed as Valentine's Day envelopes but they can be made into anyone's favorite colors. It's a good gift bag to make as it doubles up as a travel jewelry pouch.
