Please support our programs and patients as Care Alliance Health Center celebrates our 30th year of service in Cleveland!
With just a small contribution to Let’s Talk Turkey, you can sustain the continued efforts of Care Alliance to provide high-quality medical, dental, and behavioral health care to people experiencing homelessness or living in poverty in Cleveland.
The results of this GoFundMe campaign will be shared at this year’s Let’s Talk Turkey, to be held at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel on November 21, 2015. (Tickets are still available at ltt.eventbrite.com !)
Every $1 counts, and no contribution is too small to make an impact!
For example, a donation of:
$5 pays for two toothbrushes. Care Alliance provides high-quality dental care to thousands of individuals in need. Many individuals need assistance with obtaining essential supplies like toothbrushes and dental floss.
$25 helps pay for necessary medical equipment. In 2014, Care Alliance provided comprehensive care for over 5,500 community members experiencing homelessness. Medical supplies and equipment are always in demand!
$100 pays for two outreach encounters. Each day Care Alliance outreach workers go out to homeless camps, shelters, and drop in centers to bring lifesaving supplies. This work will always be at the core of Care Alliance no matter how many clinics we open!
$500 pays for the health care of one Care Alliance patient for a full year! That’s primary care visit, prevention, chronic disease management, total wrap around health care.
$1000 pays for a full set of dentures – top and bottom. Having a full set of straight teeth can turn someone’s life around - improving their self-esteem for the rest of their life.
