Looking Good. Here, we just finished having pulled pork sandwiches.
I must say; I kinda take the easy route and use a Rotisserie chicken.

@Colleen, I love using Rotisserie Chickens to make homemade chicken soup. I pull off all the meat and boil the whole chicken carcass along with (a bay leaf, celery, pepper and poultry seasoning). It makes the most wonderful rich broth.
