I always add something to my Martha White dish - whether it is chips, fresh fruit or pure vanilla. I am so thankful for Martha White products that I always buy two packages when I go to the grocery store. One of my favorite add-ins is butterscotch chips and fresh bananas to the Martha White Banana Nut Muffin mix. These are so good, whether fresh out of the oven or after the muffins have cooled off. I make one regular pan of muffins and use the extra leftover mix and make mini muffins. I make these every Saturday mornings.

I have an autistic 13yr old son who loves to bake and cook
who would love to get these to make as we don't have many options where we live
to get gluten free stuff for him to eat. He would especially love the chocolate chocolate chip
batter as that is the only gluten free muffins that we can actually buy where we live.
