They sure do look delicious. I enjoy making individual desserts; especially the no-bake kind and using small canning jars.
I'm thinking about making these very soon only using wide mouth canning jars. That way I can just screw on the lids which makes for easy transporting to a gathering.

These look so cool and delicious...wouldn't they be good with peach, cherry, or strawberry gelatin too? Possibilities are endless! Thanks for a great recipe.

I think they would be good with just about any gelatin flavor. I just thought the lemon would compliment the berries wonderfully.

Wanted to say that I do save them little pie tins for making other little desserts.
I bet oreo crumb crust would also be good as well
