All while still giving you the ability to monetize your virtual conference or event, track attendance, and gate access to your event.

1. Add Attendees

This video will show you how to easily add orders that were placed outside of your event to your Eventbrite event. Keeping your attendance data in one place for easy check-in and data analysis.

This video shows you how to quickly create emails that can go to people that have placed orders on your event. You can send emails immediately or schedule them to send later.

This video shows you how to handle refund requests that you may receive. You have options to fully refund, partially refund, decline a refund or offer a credit to a future event.

This video will show you how to refund orders in bulk. When plans do not workout as expected Eventbrite gives you the tools to quickly and easily issue refunds or credits.

6. Issuing Partial Refunds

Event hosts can easily refund issue partial refunds at any time. Even if you have set your refund policy to be ‘No Refunds’, you still have the power to refund a ticket if necessary. Tickets are still valid on all orders with a partial refunds and the only way to cancel an order is to issue a full refund.

7. Setup Self Service Transfers for Attendees

Instead of manually processing transfers on request, event creators using Eventbrite Payment Processing to collect funds can instead enable self-service transfers.

8. General Admission Holds

General admission ticket holds are added to a ticket type to set aside a quantity of tickets or in other words, remove a quantity of tickets from your general admission sales. This limits the number of general admission tickets available for an event. GA ticket holds are also a great ticket management tool.

The event dashboard will give you a high-level overview of your event details, including ticket sales, and event URLs. You can also navigate from the Event Dashboard to additional event settings.

This video will walk you through adding a payout method to your event if you’re using the Eventbrite Payment Processing solution.

In this video, we are going to go over what your Payment options are and how to set up your preferred option. Eventbrite offers two payment processing options: Eventbrite Payment Processing which is direct deposit, or PayPal.
