New Digital Faux Embossed Tile Papers, DT Samples and Store Update!

Hi Everyone,

I have to tell you I've had a miserable week since my last post about the store in Bellingham where our orders will be shipped from and sold. The USA Dept of USA Immigration falsely believes I am going to illegally move to the USA and run the store and they would not let me cross the border this week. The store is Red Barn Jewelry and Stacia the owner is expecting her first baby and hasn't had time to design new jewelry so our products fill the empty space she has. Lyssa (my shipper) will be shipping and selling our items as well as Stacia's beautiful Jewelry. I live in Canada and I have no plans to move to the USA or work in the store!

Okay, on to more pleasant news - we have some New Printable Papers as a Digital Download. This DP-230 Pastel Tile Paper is so pretty and created from antique tin tiles with 6 pretty colors perfect for Spring, weddings and other shabby chic projects! They are brand new so watch for new samples by our DT.

I also have some fabulous samples by our Design Team like this pretty springtime postcard by DT Leader Kathy Clement who printed a postcard from our Typography CD 3, the blue paper is from our Pattern CD 1, embellishments like the mini Bingo card are from our Birds and Blossoms Digital download and the sentiment is from our Card Sentiments Digital Stamp Set.

Look at this lovely friendship card DT Member Darlene Pavlick created for a friend using our Victorian Floral Printable Easter Eggs   the Pansy Seed pack and ticket are from our Birds and Blossoms Digital Set and the sentiment is from our Garden Girls Digital Stamp Set. Darlene also has details and links about the pretty flowers she made.

If you are making some last minute Easter decorations or cards here's the printable Victorian Floral Eggs both Darlene and Diane (below) used that sell for $2.95 and include 2 sheets with an instant download and no shipping. You can see previous samples with the link like plant pot gift tags.

Here's the cute Easter card and gift tag by DT Member Diane Hover created by re-sizing one of the eggs from the same egg printable and paper from our Sewing CD #7. I love the little daffodil she made how she punched the forget-me-not flowers.

DT Member Melody Clement created this stunning Easter card using our Easter Floral Digital Art Cards and you can see the beautiful inside she made as well using a paper from our Radiant Digital Collection.

Here are the Easter Floral Art Cards Melody used an image from. The colors and detail on each of the cards is really beautiful!

DT Member Ginny from Pollys Papers created this gorgeous 'Love Lives Here' card using an image from our Family 54 piece postcard set as well as other supplies she has listed.  We are close to being sold out of the mini stamp set that goes with this for $4.95 now and then it will just be the images for $1.95. Ginny has has the links for the other supplies and more photos on her blog

Please be sure to join us here on the blog this Monday for our April Linky Party with free downloads if you play along and all sorts of great tutorials by our Design Team.

Wishing you and your family a joyful Easter!

So sorry you're going through this, Sandy, seems so unfair! I hope you don't have any further problems. The new items look lovely!

Living right on the border with Canada in Maine, I wanted to tell you how sorry I was to hear of your problems with USA officials. USA and Canada seem too close in relationship for this type of "misunderstanding." I am afraid it is "officialdom" that gets between genuine people and relationships. Do know the people who love what you provide understand your motivations and deeply appreciate you and your work. Hopefully the problems will fade, meanwhile, know there are many others who are very sorry you are in the midst of a rough patch! May spring bring you fresh air, warm hearts and solutions for problems that trouble you. You have many friends who wish you well! Best Wishes for a bright springtime!
