It is already a treasonous farce, because you only appoint a prosecutor if you have evidence of a crime, not to go on a witch hunt to overthrow the will of the people. The left and the RINOs hate Trump – they hate the common folk. We staged a revolution in 1776 against this very kind of thing.
If they overthrow the will of the people, the people must throw back. We cannot take this with a shrug.

On Friday’s broadcast of CNN’s “OutFront,” Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) argued that it would be fair for Special Counsel Bob Mueller to pursue any kind of crime.
Anchor Erin Burnett asked Blumenthal, “What about if they’re looking at financials and they find a financial crime, but it is not related to the election or to Russia? … Is that fair game, as it was for President Clinton?”
Blumenthal answered, “For the special counsel to be pursuing financial crimes or dealings that may lead him to charge others, like Michael Flynn, with financial crimes, and then for Michael Flynn to provide evidence that’s relevant to collusion and conspiracy between that Trump campaign and the Russians, also is well within the mandate of the special counsel.”
Burnett followed up to ask if Blumenthal was saying that it isn’t fair game if the special counsel finds a crime that isn’t related to the election or Russia.
He responded, “Any kind of crime is fair for the special prosecutor to pursue. If the special prosecutor finds a violation of law, he can pursue it himself, or he can turn it over to another prosecutor.”

Correct. All Mueller can do is offer his findings and recommendations to the DOJ and special committee. Which is all the Leftist rats like Schumer are waiting for to launch impeachment proceedings. This was about stopping Trump’s America First agenda from day one.

Would Blumenthal say the same about any offenses being fair game, say, in the case of an illegal alien who had been deported five times and wound up killing a US citizen in San Francisco? Remember, he is the guy who also falsely claimed to have served in Vietnam. Oh yes, he kept the VC out of Hartford.
The Watergate Commission was led by a special counsel to investigate a crime. This special prosecutor is leading a commission in search of a crime to be fabricated later.

This is just one man’s opinion, but Senator Blumenthal, as a veteran of the Vietnam War, deserves our respect. He has earned the right to state his views. The Senator’s heroism in the service of our country stands in contrast to President Trump’s shameless avoidance of national service as a student at the University of Pennsylvania in the 1960s.
You may agree or disagree with Senator Blumenthal, but at least respect his service — and honor his commitment to finding out the truth about the Trump campaign’s collusion with Russia to hack the election and disenfranchise undocumented voters. This is a moral issue. This is why we have a free press.
President Obama has taught us the importance of humility. We must be ever mindful of the high horse of White Privilege. This is what Bob Mueller should focus on, not whether or not there is a smoking gun in NSA surveillance records. The Honorable Rep. Maxine Waters is right that the Trump White House is in itself a crime. That is the essence of the American system of justice.
Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. Thank you for your consideration.

Gee, I didn’t think anyone could be that flipping stupid with a straight face. Of course i’m surrounded by lib tards where I live, our local weekly paper has interesting op eds every week that deal with global whining, my God how they will all die if the unaffordable care act gets repealed, the one I just had to rebut about how Trump stole the election with all that help from Russia that no one seems to find evidence of(Hint- the DNC and Podesta are not “our election” Or even ” our Democracy”.) Political parties are among the groups who put forth candidates to appear on the ballot when “The Election” takes place. “The Election” is when one goes into the voting booth to pull the lever, mark your ballot or make your selection on a touchscreen, none of which are connected to the internet. I had no KGB operative holding my hand when I voted, Hillary would not get my vote even if she was the only one on the ballot, in fact I have never voted Dem. And never will.

Trump got a medical waiver for heel spurs and if you have ever had any you would not be calling him shameless, I have had them and could hardly walk and they are not easy to get rid of and last for yrs. How could anyone serve with pain in their feet?? Do a little research on what you posted!

Senator Blumenthal should be honored for his service. But, when he tries to destroy the very country he fought for, he no longer deserves respect. In fact, he deserves contempt. He is a traitor. And you know how the military views traitors. Sen. Blumenthal is no more acting for the benefit of the citizens of this country than John McCain is and many others like them. Instead of wasting his time and our taxpayer money on searching for nothing, Blumenthal and friends are more and more forgetting about Russia, because they can’t find anything, and moving on to something, ANYTHING to nail Trump with. You call that ‘honorable.’ You call that ‘heroic.’ You probably do because anyone who truly believes that Obama ‘taught us the importance of humility’ belongs in a mental hospital.

As to the Republicans who endeavour to undermine Trump, the not very clever John McCain and Lindsay Graham among them, I truly hope that for them the chickens come home to roost.
